Very nice hotel, clean and beautifully kept. It has several pools and hot tubs, restaurant on site and spa. Location is perfect, right outside of the national park, next to the visitor center. It’s the closest hotel to the park except Zion lodge which is in the park itself. This Hilton curio hotel is much nicer than Zion lodge of course. Great view of the river and mountains out back, food at restaurant was delicious and portions were huge huge. Highly recommend to order one entree only and share for 2 people, it’s too much for one. I couldn’t finish even half of it and I was really hungry.

The hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures.

The hotel has a beautiful environment and there are also shuttle buses. It is hard to find the lobby and ice machine! The lobby is actually in a small house like a security room at the gate; the ice machine is in the laundry room! What bothered me the most was that I brushed my credit card for $152.2 and didn't tell me in advance. After that, I saw the transaction reminder and feedback to Ctrip. After Ctrip asked, I told me that it was “additional cost”! Similar to the deposit! You said, you have to collect the deposit, you can directly say that it is a deposit, but it is necessary to say what additional costs, but also a fraction, it is very puzzled!

The hotel is at the foot of Mount Zion National Park, surrounded by mountains. You can see the colorful and steep peaks from anywhere in the hotel. It only takes 2 minutes to walk from the hotel to the free bus stop No. 6. Then it is very convenient to take a bus for 15 minutes to the entrance of the scenic spot. We came back from the scenic spot in the afternoon and had an Italian-style dinner opposite the hotel. The taste was very delicious and authentic. I felt that the day's activities were perfect😍

Hotel location is good, the room is old, the care is not bad, the feeling of the holiday house! Parking is free, dental appliances and slippers are not provided, please bring your own. Breakfast is the best, you must recommend the cooperation point to eat!
