This is my second time staying here. The room is spacious enough, very quiet, and the bedding is comfortable. The cleanliness, however, is just so-so; the bath towels had noticeable black stains. On the first day, I ate takeout at the dining table, and when I returned the next evening, I found the oil stains were still there. The cleaning staff is not very thorough. Parking is $50 a night. Overall, it's great value for money. It's a 5-minute walk to the city, and there's a newly opened Mr. King Beef Noodle nearby which is pretty good.

We stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star. When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store. Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day. The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark. The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :( On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased. The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive. Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu. The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips. Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

This hotel is located in the heart of Perth, right by the river, surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, shops, a shopping mall, and upscale apartments, making for a beautiful environment. It's also not far from Chinatown, about a 15-minute walk. The hotel rooms are well-equipped, and our room offered lovely views of the river and the surrounding area. Both the bedding and the toiletries, including bath towels, were excellent and generously replenished each day. We especially appreciated the unlimited bottled water, which was a huge plus for us as we drink a lot of water. The bathroom even had a spacious clothes rack, perfect for hanging several items. The service was good, and the room was always kept very clean. The only issue was that the shower area didn't have a door, so water tended to splash out easily.

Perfect location for a short stay. The hotel is central, there is a wonderful bar and restaurant if it gets late and you prefer to stay in. We had a drink at the bar and enjoyed the ambiance of the place. There’s a pool and gym which is great to have on hot days. It was close to many shops and restaurants which is ideal as you don’t have to travel far also to enjoy the pier and city views.

It's about a 10-12 minute walk to Perth Station, so the location is really good. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small. If you book the most economical room type, you might not be able to fully open a large suitcase. However, it's still excellent value for money.

Unfortunately not a fan. Booked holiday inn after a great stay at Shanghai but this rendition was disappointing. Positives: location is convenient and is near the shopping streets, food, cafes and Perth station if you’re taking the train from the airport. Three lifts which was pretty good, never had to wait long. Shampoo / body gel / cream smelt decent Negatives: toothbrush provided only upon request, only two bottles of water given for the stay - the rest had to be obtained from the water cooler at reception, room carpet felt icky and no bedroom slippers were provided, room lighting was insufficient. Dated power points (no usb) Booked a king bed room but was given two double beds. I didn’t like it but didn’t wanna make a fuss. Room had zero views and was facing another hotel (?!), machines and I didn’t feel safe opening the curtains. NOISE - could hear the next door opening and closing the cupboard, bathing, talking etc Even within the room, there was ALOT of noise. From the aircon, fridge etc which gives one scares esp when trying to sleep, it sounds like someone else is in the room. Staff were relatively friendly but seems to be understaffed where reception only has one staff manning the counter. Overall; I paid a higher price point than surrounding brand name hotels expecting similarly wonderful rooms / service as holiday inn Shanghai but I half regretted staying here as soon as I got to the room. Previously stayed at doubletree Hilton which had a better room at a lower price point though location wise, holiday inn is better.

The location was decent, conveniently situated between two train stations and right next to Chinatown, offering plenty of dining options. The room was spacious, and the top bunk bed was quite high, which provided good privacy. The shower water temperature was satisfactory, but the water pressure was very weak. There weren't enough hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes. This meant if someone else in the room was using the shower, you couldn't shower, as there were no other communal shower rooms in the hostel. On the plus side, there were enough washing machines, and the dryer worked perfectly, getting all clothes completely dry in a single cycle.

I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent booking experience. The information provided on your platform regarding the room was inaccurate and misleading. The listing included a photograph and description of a room with a balcony, which was the primary reason I made the reservation, as I specifically require a well-ventilated space. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that the room shown in the photos was not the one I had booked and that they were unable to provide a similar room or offer any solution. I should note that the receptionist was very polite, genuinely concerned about the situation, and did everything within her power, but she confirmed that no other rooms were available and nothing could be changed on their side. Despite her professionalism, the fact remains that I received a completely different room with no balcony and none of the features I expected. Additionally, the hotel charged a security deposit at check-in and confirmed that it had been refunded. However, I still have not received the funds back more than a month later, which is unacceptable and has only added to the negative experience. Overall, the entire booking process—from inaccurate property information to an unresolved deposit refund—has been extremely disappointing.

It's two stops and a short walk away. The bus operates every 10-15 mins. Likewise, from the hotel, the bus pick-up point is opposite the hotel. The operating hours are indicated at the pickup points. Photo 5&6 - The hotel serves refreshing drinks and a water dispenser is available at the lobby. Overall, it's a pleasant stay at Four Points by Sheraton Perth

The hotel did not feel very 4 star and the toilet had leaks and cracks and the aircon did not work properly so i was perspiring every night. However the saving grace was always the employees. Dushan and Daniel was very helpful and professional towards us and assisted us each time we had a need during our holiday. On the last day the weather had turned very hot suddenly and I was beginning to feel unwell and Daniel was helpful towards us as we were getting to our late flight. The front desk staff were very nice during check-in, but once we got to the room, we realized it was incredibly small. It didn't feel worth the price. Its biggest advantage is being right in the city center, which made it convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. Those issues aside, the air conditioning was broken for both nights of our stay. We were hot all night the first day, and when we mentioned it the next day, the response time wasn't quick. We waited over half an hour after calling before going downstairs to the front desk to ask for a room change, which finally prompted them to fix it. In the end, we didn't get a room change or any compensation; they just took apart the AC unit and fixed it right in front of us.
