A little distance from the center, it is possible to park, there are bus cards for three people, a family room for booking, and a sofa bed for children. At 9 o'clock in the evening, I have to go to the opposite hotel to find the front desk and say that it is the same hotel. The booked room has a balcony with views of the Alps and a little bit of lake.

The location was very accessible to the city central, the promenade, eateries, supermarket (migros/ coop around 10-15 mins in the old town) ! The hotel owner was very kind, friendly and prompt in their replies!
The hotel was so clean, equipment was up to date and new! Love the washing machine it was super easy to use and also convenient for us to wash clothes in the house. Room was spacious and the view was extremely beautiful especially for sunrise and sun set! It is great for a family up to 6 as there was 3 bed rooms!

The hotel felt very secure, and they offered free luggage storage. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, giving directions and even assisting with our itinerary. When we checked in, they provided a map and a QR code for local public transport, which was super convenient for taking the bus. Big shoutout to Kilian! We checked in late at night, and luckily, we met Kilian, who was so warm, gentlemanly, and kind. He spoke a bit slower, probably to make sure we understood everything, and he was patient and smiling throughout our entire interaction. His attitude was excellent! He even greeted us proactively whenever we saw him.
The hotel itself is decent; the rooms are quite spacious, which is nice. However, the facilities are a bit old; the floor in our room creaked when we walked on it.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! During the Spring Festival, it was less than 500 a night, which was perfect for a solo traveler. It even has a charming, vintage-style small balcony. It's less than a 10-minute walk from Lucerne train station, and directly below it is what feels like Lucerne's main commercial street. It's also very close to Migros. The hotel is conveniently located, about an 8-minute walk from Lucerne train station and roughly 10 minutes from the Lucerne boat tours. It's also very high-tech. They'll email you beforehand to fill in your basic check-in details, and you can self-check in when it's time. After checking in, you can use your phone to control the elevator and open your room door directly. The only downside is that the rooms aren't very soundproof. Service: Quite dissatisfied with one of the long-haired girls; her attitude was very impolite, and she seemed to treat Chinese guests differently. Early check-in required an extra 20 Swiss francs per person. If we didn't check in and just wanted to store our luggage, it cost 6 Swiss francs for two suitcases. In short, they found all sorts of ways to charge us.
Room: Generally quite clean, but there was no hairdryer in the room. We had to ask the front desk for one?!
