All great reviews except the air went out while I was preparing for my son's wedding. 79 degrees in my gown and my husband's tux. Every night there were charges on my room, and I had to spend time at the front desk to clear them up. I had one car and they continued to charge me for 2. Overall this hotel was magnificent! These things happen. I would definitely recommend it!

Best place to stay in Delray Beach central to everything very upscale and the rooftop pool and bar is the icing on the cake. Very reasonable prices for this unbelievable upmarket hotel, with ll definitely visit again

From the welcome to all the staff. Right on the water with chairs and towels ready. Housekeeping was on point the whole week. Stayed and ate at Deep Oceanfront. The food was amazing. Great time will be looking to check in again soon. Thanks.

Amazing accommodations and Quality Service. They have two very large pools - one of them heated and a hot tub. Great location being right at the beach. Will be staying here again I'm near future.

We had called ahead to our family who were also staying on site and they let the front desk know our flights were delayed and we would be checking in late. They said no problem, they have until 2 am. We arrived just before midnight and they told us they were overbooked and had no rooms left except for one with no AC. . I guess having a confirmation booking does not matter any more. Very upset after a long day of traveling and booking a couple months in advance!!

After booking the room, let Ctrip communicate with the hotel, arrive at the store very late and have paid the price of a high-rise deluxe double bed room, don't give it to the low-rise, you need to reserve a good room. But when I arrived at the hotel, not only did I not have a double bed room, but it was also a low floor room. After communication, I was given a high floor room, but there was no double bed room. I was given a crowded twin room! Stayed for two nights and communicated with Ctrip, they helped solve the room change in time, Ctrip's service is still to be praised
