Hilton Garden Inn Boca Raton

The room has a smell right when I open the door that I don’t smell on other hotels I stayed in and I kept sneezing. I am allergic to whatever detergent they use on beddings.

We love this place, is super! That’s why we always comeback anytime we have to do business in the area

The room was clean and comfortable. They have a good fitness room with equipment and weights. The weather was bad so we did not get a chance to check out the pool.

my air conditioning unit was not working and was not fixed during our 6 day stay there. I would prefer daily room makeup rather than asking for this service. Coffee and toiletries should be replenished daily. Staff was very nice.

Room was not clean, service was poor- asking for towels 3x, bed not made for 2nd nights stay.

I didn't appreciate that my tub had a used towel in it. The toilet you had open the top get it to collect water to flush. The iron board was poorly repaired that they forgot to put a nut on the screw. Also this was communicated to the front desk and nothing was done to rectify the issue. This shows how CRAPPY of a Hilton product this is.

My husband & I have been Hilton honors members for a few years now & usually travel for business around the country. Last saturday morning while staying at the Hilton Boca Raton Suites, we had the scariest and unpleasant experiences ever staying in a hilton. After getting in late from being on the road late the night before, we requested a late checkout (12:00). This was well documented and agreed upon with the front desk when we checked in. Fast forward 9:40am the next morning while deep in sleep and dressed for bed, our room door was being forced open. To my husband’s suspicion he got up to checked who was at the door, for a minute he thought it was next door. But to his surprise our door was the one being opened, luckily the secondary lock was on the door and prevented him from forcing his way in. When my husband went to the door a guy from house keeping was the one trying to enter. He was very unapologetic & unremorseful when my husband went to the door & he just walked off. This event was very scary, traumatic and upsetting only for the reason that my husband normally goes to the gym in the mornings. If he had gone out to the gym that morning, I would have been left alone with no secondary lock on the door & he would have forced inside the room with me sleeping. God knows with his questionable demeanor what he would do. This was reported to the front desk who said that a manager would reach out us & no one ever called or contacted us in 6 days. This is unacceptable.

The brackets were the shampoo goes had blue tape on them, I haven’t received my 150.00 deposit back, I was supposed to have an accessible room and the bed was very uncomfortable I was not please
