Posizione molto centrale e comoda. Struttura curata e piacevole, nonostante gli spazi non eccessivamente ampi nelle camere ma comunque molto funzionali e curati. Palazzo storico completamente ristrutturato in chiave moderna. Letti comodi. Bagno piccolo ma molto funzionale con doccia ampia. Colazione soddisfacente. Personale gentile e flessibile sugli orari di check out.

I was surprised to see four stars for this hotel. Hotel room was clean and staff friendly. But it has some flaws. Stains on the carpet in the hallways, trash in the vases in the lobby and a bad location. Paper thin walls did not help. We had to drive everywhere. If it was a business trip I would have went elsewhere.

A couple who wanted a comfortable and central accommodation in Vicenza to spend her first year. This hotel was perfect for our requests and has been fully satisfied Super Central location, clean room, the only small sin from the room feel the outer noises. Breakfast included, good even if not with too much choice. Continging the low advance we booked with (a few days before), excellent quality/price ratio Recommended for a weekend to explore the city

We booked two rooms at the hotel and both of them had mold in the bathrooms, very poor maintenance and cleaning. Also, in one room the shower floor was cracked and covered by wooden matt/slats - the underside was also moldy. Our niece is allergic to mold so we asked for her room to be changed, they only had one available starting the following afternoon - we looked at it beforehand, it still had some mold but not as bad as the previous one. After we complained about the mold and said that we would possibly move to a different hotel we were treated very coldly by one of the receptionists. I will aso add that the hotel rooms were very outdated and dingy, the hotel could use a refresh.

we can just advice the residence Vescovado on all the point , from the area place very charmed in center , to the welcoming of katarina who is a very kind person , available for all help, for exemple she went with us untill the parking to park our car cause we were very tired and afraid to get lost even it is easy to find near the residence, she cared my glutenfree food , the flat is very beautiful, the bed very confortable, you find all your need from the bathroom to the kitchen, you just have to put your suitecase and take your sit as your home ! very very nice experience, that we recommand 100/100 she make all to make your install easy and confortable. if we have to come back vicenza for business we will return to this residence without think to another. thank you so much Katarina !

We spent a wonderful day at this facility. It is very beautiful and comfortable, there is everything that needs for a pleasant stay, even the spumant already put fresh for a romantic relaxation in the water massage bath. The holder is a very kind person and very careful to questions and requests.

This is the perfect location. Close to everything in the old town. The old chateau itself with beautiful lions at the entrance dates back to the 1700s. We had original frescos on the ceiling in our room. Fantastic Everything from reception to housekeeping to breakfast staff was great. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend

This hotel is really beautiful. The drive up to the hotel is like driving up to a country house in the Lake District. The hotel grounds are immaculate and very pretty. Etna can be seen from the hotel as well as views of the surrounding hills and countryside. On entry to the hotel it feels very high end, the decor is stunning and the staff on arrival were welcoming and friendly. We definitely got the feeling that nothing was too much trouble during our stay. We were informed that use of the spa throughout our stay was complimentary which was a nice touch. Upon arrival we were asked if we wanted to make a reservation in the restaurant to which we agreed, however after seeing what was on offer we quickly changed our minds. There are two tasting menus available 120-150 euro per person. None of the food listed appealed to us and there was no way we were prepared to pay that price every night. Luckily we had hired a car which was much needed whilst staying at villa Neri. Sadly there is very little available in the surrounding area so in order to find nice places to eat you have to be prepared to travel. Normally this would not be an issue however it is a long way down the mountain every evening around hair pin bends and no street lighting!!! It was such a shame that the hotel didn’t offer a half board option or even a menu offering steaks or fish. We did actually eat in the restaurant on the last night as we just couldn’t face driving yet again. There was an option to choose dishes off the tasting menu separately. I chose a spaghetti dish which I was disappointed in as it was very expensive and very small. On the positive side the wine was lovely and the service amazing. The breakfast at the hotel was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had. There was nothing that wasn’t available, everything you could possibly want was on offer and to a very high standard! The juice was so good as was the carrot cake!!! Our room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable and the cleanliness was of a very high standard. We had a couple of treatments in the spa during our stay, the price was reasonable for a spa but the facial I had was a little disappointing. All in all we enjoyed staying at Villa Nerri however we would not return due to the remote location and more importantly the lack of food options in the restaurant in the evenings. We would have loved to have eaten in the restaurant every night if only there had been some more affordable options. Thank you to all staff at the hotel who were all very welcoming and professional. If absolute peace, tranquility and luxury is what you are after then this could be the place for you but car hire is a must!!FromAU$493

We spent a weekend at Villa Dorata, being fixed and affectionate customers for many years, and this year, unfortunately, our expectations remained disappointed as they were expected last year. We have seen a radical change in the structure and management of the system, since in the past, under the previous management, everything was indeed unperfect. Unfortunately, we can only see how much this hotel, which is located in a perfect place for every interest, is in decline. The boys who take care of them, though gentle, educated and available, are not at the height, because they are obviously little in the hotel profession: forgotten rooms, with infiltrating spots, wheels, powder on the furniture and bad bathrooms not working. Heating absent if not on request but often and willingly replaced by boxes for constant problems at the plant, sprays and very few services such as soap in bathrooms, shampoo and kits that are usually to be provided and we have them I had to ask for three times. These problems concern both the standard rooms and the superior/deluxe rooms. Poor and disappointing breakfast with clearly frozen cornets and crostate from many days before, as well as watered coffee. We remember with nostalgia the good times when breakfast was served with surprising quantities and quality! The cold breakfast room with a closed chamber and the boy's difficulty to do everything in managing every situation at the same time. The price-quality ratio is not in absolute balance. At the time of payment, the day of check out, we were even paying the minimum cents. We were always closed and at every entrance and exit we spent about 10 minutes to play to make our eyes, and we are really disappointed that a structure of this kind would really deserve much, but much more. Modern hotel on the outskirts of Acireale with all things you would expect from an All Accor hotel. Pleasant, helpful staff on arrival got us settled in nicely. Good size room with large bathroom. In fact the bathroom was bigger than our whole room in Singapore!🤣 Room had everything you need for a short stay. WiFi and air con worked well. Good breakfast but watch out for the kitchen staff…..they’ll have your table cleared before you come back from getting another brew! After that, we made sure one of us stayed at the table when the other went for a top up. We only had one small problem with the room which we mentioned to reception staff and that was sorted out before our return later that day, thank you. Be mindful this hotel is out of town and only one restaurant within walking distance (it was shut for 2 weeks when we stayed!) Large shopping complex is right next door, handy for bits and bobs and to stock up the fridge. Enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to book here again.FromAU$146
