Excellent hotel. Food was awesome, service was impeccable, and facilities were perfect. The location was ideal for access to the JKIA airport.

The hotel was in a great location and they provided a free shuttle to the airport. The room was clean and the room service was great. We had the lamb chops, highly recommend. However, no toothbrushes were provided in the room, we also called reception asking for some and the request was not fulfilled. Despite this, we would stay again. Very convenient for our transit.

If you go there for the first time, you might mistakenly think you have entered a battlefield. Soldiers with guns are everywhere 😎 Of course they are protecting us. What is disturbing is that even in the eyes of black people (referring to those who can afford to stay in this level of hotel), East Asians seem to be unwelcome.

Polite and very professional people. The best part was the timely airport pickup which also happens to be located rather close to the airport. I highly recommend those in layover to consider staying here. The rooms are super clean and fully functional with extra self care like tea. I’ll definitely be staying here each time I’m in Nairobi.

Booked hotel for a short overnight 6 hours stay (rather expensive) before catching an early next morning flight. Checked in at 11.45pm and after a quick shower and made a cup of complimentary tea, slept for next 5 half hours. Generally a good sleep with security.  However the stay was marred when I checked out at 5.45am, the hotel staff claimed that I have consumed a bar of chocolate in the room which I obviously didn’t. I explained that I couldn’t have eaten as it was almost  sleeping time when I checked in. I then boarded a shuttle bus ready to go to airport but was asked again to go back to counter to explain the choc bar issue.  I again stood firm and asked them to check the room rubbish bin for any chocolate paper proof, offered for them to check my bag for proof esp when I didn’t leave my room after midnight. After paying for rather expensive 6 hours stay, I could have paid for a bar of chocolate if I have eaten it

A good value stay marred by ineffective air conditioning in bedroom. The park view room faced the sun meaning the room remained over 26 degrees for the full 48 hours we were there. Neither Reception or Maintenance could resolve. Shame as this puts us off a return stay.

The receptionist Beryl is the best! Super good service, me and my friend really enjoyed staying at easy hotel, will definitely come back again! Recommend!
