I have over 1000 nights on the road and am retired from Medical Industry. Checked in and no mention of Bonvoy Elite Status, no offer of points or a complimentary snack. Room was 419. Clean and hot as the devil even with the thermostat on 70 degrees and the curtains were down. Finally got the room cooled down by adjusting the thermostat to 65 degrees F. No water/drink cups in the room. Bed was comfortable and I set a phone alarm for 7:00 AM. Slamming doors until midnight and then it started again at 5 AM. Went to breakfast at 7 AM, fresh fruit was gone and I grabbed a Sealtest individual bottle of skim milk out of the small refrigerator. Took it back to my room so I could take my medications with milk. Took a sip-spoiled and I rushed to the sink to spit it out. Turned around and gathered my belongings and checked out ASAP. This was my second stay at this Springhill Suites and it will be my last. My first stay also had issues at the supposed breakfast. Upon checking out, I told the friendly gentleman at the desk about the spoiled milk. He apologized. Location is decent but I am also a Hilton Diamond member. My next stay will be at the Embassy Suites by Hilton.

Stopped on our way to Florida to spend the night. The gentleman who checked us in was so helpful and courteous. The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast the next morning has so many choices and was very good. I had planned to go to a local restaurant but when we saw the variety and quality of the breakfast we decided to eat at the hotel. The breakfast bar was well stocked and we enjoyed the variety. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Top notch.
