The counter staff was very kind, I didn't know English well, I could speak slowly. Be patient, the hotel is clean and tidy as a whole, but unfortunately it was too late to check in, the facilities were not used, and I will choose to stay again next time.

There are several steps at the door, which is not convenient for dragging luggage. Later, the hotel arranged for a bellman to help carry the luggage. The room was quiet.

Basement suite with a private Entrance, only couple minute walk from downtown Jasper. Kitchenette, King bedroom, with pull out couch. Our tourist suite is located in the basement of our family home. Cozy getaway located in the heart of the beautiful Rocky Mountain. Our kitchenette has NO OVEN OR STOVE but we do provides an induction burner, microwave, full size fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, pot and pans, glassware, plates, cutlery, utensils, cooking utensils, basic spices, oils, paper towel, and linens. Our bathroom has towels, toilet paper, soaps, first aid kit, and other complimentary toiletries. Linens are included for our double pull out couch, and king size bed. We also include an extra blow up mattress and kids pack n play in the closet. There is an assortment of board games, cards, and kids toys for your enjoyment. Our living room has a Roku tv, with cable, Netflix and other streaming networks are available with your own accounts. Wireless internet provided. We do have small kids that live upstairs in our family home, we do our best to keep them quiet during sleeping hours but you may hear them from time to time. There is a Large private outside patio area with BBQ, prep station, patio furniture, and outdoor dining set for your enjoyment, it is located just outside the doors to your suite. My name is Lena and I live on site to answer any questions you may have and to assist you with your stay. Self check in system with key located in lock box on the door to your suite. Parking available located in front of the entrance to suite. Were upgraded to a room with kitchenette. Room is newly renovated & spacious. Due to ongoing works, the pool, restaurant, gym & laundry is not available yet.
Takes 10-15 mins to walk downtown, pretty decent food there considering it is a small town .
One downside of this hotel are the bedaheets, they are so rough, uncomfortable to sleep in them .

The cabin is surrounded by beautiful scenery, and surprisingly, there was a friendly lady at the front desk who spoke Chinese. Taking a morning walk by the lake, watching the geese rise and fall, and breathing in the fresh air was simply wonderful. The staff were also very welcoming; they were always willing to drive you to the front desk. The hotel is quite large.

Aside from the small beds and dog poop on the grass, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The individual wooden cabins were very charming. The overall environment of the hotel was also very good! There were also various activities available for registration. Satisfied!

The room is a bit small and the water is salty. If you live on the second floor, you have to carry your suitcase upstairs. The view is good and quiet. There is free boating for one hour every day. There is a free coffee bar. The restaurant is small and you must make a reservation. Otherwise, you can drive to the town.

It is a good hotel near Jasper. The hotel faces the Pyramid Lake and the scenery is beautiful, but the facilities in the house are average. The bath water was not hot that night and it could not be washed into a hot bath. It may be concentrated for use.

We stayed here for one night. The room was bright and spacious. I liked the sliding shower door. Usually hotels have curtains that get wet and sometimes water leaks outside. The bathroom was small but clean with good lighting. It had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and tv. The room window was nice and big. The pool and hot tub was a great amenity. The pool place had nice big windows with a great view. I loved the shower/restroom (with a bench) by the pool which made it convenient to shower and change before heading back to the room. They also provided pool towels. The location was conveniently located near restaurants and maligne canyon (which was closed due to the wild fire). Breakfast wasn’t included. I would recommend staying here.

The hotel is probably one of the best hotels in the town. It is conveniently located in the town center, opposite the train station, Jasper's tourist information center, etc. There are many restaurants and bars within a few steps. The bar downstairs is also good, especially the local Canadian beer brewed with barley and wheat is very delicious. A full cup is less than 8 Canadian dollars, which is worth trying. The room is on the top floor, the 3rd floor, very clean and comfortable. The color of the furniture makes people feel comfortable as soon as they enter the door, with a wooden feel. The room only has a coffee machine that can be used as a kettle, and there is no microwave. The decorations in the lobby and the stairs are good, free parking, and there is an elevator to go upstairs.

Booked this last minute as I had a problem with a booking at the fairmont. I was very impressed with the service, location and the rooms. The rooms are more modern than the fairmont!!

The hut has a hob to cook for yourself, with underfloor heating and a fireplace. But driving in after dark is very dangerous. There is no trace of light + roadside stone. The Astoria Hotel is in a great location right in the heart of Jasper, which makes it super convenient for exploring the town and nearby attractions. The room was very clean, which I really appreciated, and the staff were friendly.
