The kids were so excited that they wanted to go again! The buffet at night is mediocre, but it’s very rich in the morning. The service and equipment are good. You can basically enjoy all the facilities during your stay. Although the room rate is quite expensive, it’s worth the money!

Very attentive + attentive + sincere hotel. The service is kind, and the call is made before you check in to greet your needs and dining preferences. The rooms and facilities are exquisite. Next to the beach, the balcony looks at the sea and the mountains. It is worth enjoying again, but unfortunately it can only be rated five stars, if there are six stars, it would be great, 👍

Because the hotel is located in Fuyuan Forest Park, the reservation is one parking and two meals. Breakfast and dinner are buffet buffet. Although there are not many items, the taste is not bad. Breakfast is also eaten. Hualien's famous ”just buns” check out at noon. The service staff also prepared ribs lunch box intimately. Let's finish the walkway and fill our stomachs. The four-person room is small but clean and comfortable. The bath pool in the bathroom is very large. The bath is super comfortable and relaxing. The ecological is rich. The trees and dream garden near the parking lot are full of a bunch of purple butterfly flying around. Suitable for the whole family to relax here. Soaking up, walking trails and observing ecology

Stayed one night, booked the package including access to marine park with breakfast. Arrived at 1330 and took the last free bus iMR 1400 to the marine park and spent a few hours watching the sea lion and dolphins. Back to the hotel to the room with fantastic with sea views. Hotel is huge, outdoor swimming pool was closed but great space to walk around and admire the sunset over the sea or back towards the mountains and Hualien city. Good buffet breakfast, busy but well organised - would definitely recommend for families with children.

A very satisfying experience, my first time staying in an ideal place! I've been looking forward to it for a long time. The service and overall environment are great! The shuttle bus in the park is very convenient, the scenery is beautiful, and the atmosphere is good! Experienced many activities! A hotel you must visit in this life! It is an ideal land!

The hotel is very new. The room is very clean and tidy. I am very satisfied. The bed is very good and the view is also very good. The bathroom is very big and the bathtub is also very large. The laundry service is a bonus. The clothes hanging in the room dried quickly. I am very satisfied👍

The pool is biggest ever tried in Taiwan, kid is having fun. The facility is impressed after renovation, but few things can be improved; 1. The buffet restaurant is small, easily overfull and took long line to get in on peak hours. 2. The bed is too hard, this is quit disappointed, it seems to me the bed was not upgrade during the room renovation. V

Positives: - Huge room - cable tv (not the usual 第四台） - separate toilet and bathing area - separate shower and tub - tub has ocean view - hotel big on sustainability (no disposable toiletries provided, as well as no bottled water - can fill water using water dispensers outside the rooms) - child friendly hotel with children’s activity room - in house sauna! - pet friendly hotel too with a pet room for pets to stay Negatives: - room has a step up which may be inconvenient for ppl with disabilities - the separate toilet and shower area is in between the sleeping area which may be a bit inconvenient - bed is a tad soft
