Personnel are very friendly. Ready to help any time. Breakfast was delicious. Saturday and Sunday you can have breakfast until noon which was very convenient as my training finished early morning I had enough time to sleep and had late breakfast. View from gym is marvelous.

First hotel since Covid-19 broke out 4 months ago.. They have made their precautions on-site but you only notice talking through the mandatory face mask is a bit hard. Back to the hotel, it's clean, well organized, spacious rooms, breakfast is decent, the only thing is that dinner and alcoholic drinks are on the high priced side. We went 1 evening to a local sushi place called Uchiwa which is 1.5km walking and worth the visit.

I reserved a standard 2 bed room for 3 nights. Upon arrival, I paid for the accommodation, The staff member that helped was not the friendliest to begin with. Once I entered the room, I knew immediately that I will not be staying at this hotel ever! The pictures on the website do not in any terms justify what the rooms actually look like. The carpets are from the 80's, the room has a distinct smell that I cannot explain. There was mold in the bathroom, the shower curtain in the bath was dirty... (brown at the bottom) I then told reception that I would want a refund, the staff member gave me attitude as if I was not being reasonable. She told me that I would have to pay for one night because I was in the room for an hour - that hour I sat in the restaurant having something to eat as my journey was long. I am utterly disgusted in the service I received and this hotel itself. Thankfully I could book another hotel relatively close by but SO much better! I actually sat in the restaurant wondering if the other people were happy with this hotel. What disgusted me even more was the attitude I got from the staff from the time I arrived to the time I left. When I asked if I could be upgraded to a different/better room, I was told they are fully booked and that the room I had was not upgraded yet! I shudder to think what the Ibis budget hotel next door looked like. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Einfaches aber ordentliches Hotel nahe dem Flughafen. Das Zimmer sehr sauber, vielleicht etwas klein. Dafür das Bad modern und mehr als ausreichend groß. Check-in entspannt und zügig, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kostenloser Flughafenshuttle funktioniert hervorragend.
