Highly recommended. The service and welcome are exceptional, as is the hotel’s exquisite forest location and ambience in Camp John Hay, Baguio. Although it’s quite an old hotel, the highest standards are delivered. It’s quite expensive, although the dining and drinking options are priced quite reasonably for a hotel of this nature. We really enjoyed a very relaxing stay, enjoying the outdoor views and easygoing classic charm. Great job, and thank you!

This hotel has some good points: 1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests. 2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area. 3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool. However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas: 1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience. 2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved. 3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted. 4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service. We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

The King Chef Dimsum Restaurant at the First floor provided a tasty meal as well. Even more important, the hotel was very close (7 minutes) to the center of the city (Burnham Park). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

One of the main concern is the flooding in the shower area, as the drain is more elevated than the rest if the shower floor, causing the water to be stagnant, almost causing me to slip multiple times. The buffet breakfast selection is limited and repeated the next day. The service of the front desk is amazing tho, especially Maddie who made sure that our needs are being tend to immediately.

The hotel location is very nice, we were able to walk around Burnham Park in the morning, and the view is also nice. The breakfast is ok, and could have been perfect if the food is hot/warm. My only concern would be the facilities... The aircon is not as cold as we wanted to, and this is probably because a lot of hotels in Baguio does not have AC due to the cold weather. But when we visited, it was too warm already. They also dont have any electric fans. The comfort room smelled like mold, and the hot/cold shower is not working as well. The good thing is when we asked the front desk staff for assistance, they immediately helped and sent the maintenance staff for assistance. Overall, we enjoyed our trip in Baguio, but will probably consider other hotels instead.

Location of hotel is good and near in the burnham which I think the center of the city. No traffic noise. Cleanliness of the room needs a little bit of improvement. Free breakfast is also good, they will give u 2 breakfast if you avail a room that is good for 2 even you're solo. Hot shower is also working which you need when you stay in the baguio because of the cold weather. Overall 9/10, just the cleanliness of the rooms needs to be improve.

Everything was fine and great. Staff were very nice with good services. Location is great, easy to reach the main touristy spots. There was renovation during my stay, so heard some noise but not a big deal. The sound proof was considered okay. Very tiny noise from the renovation I heard and also when people passed by the corridor and talking. There was no separation between the shower and toilet bowl, but the shower water was hot enough. There was also water dispenser for you to refill water and provided with their glass jar, which is great! Overall, I had a good stay!

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from SM Mall, and the rooms are large and clean. The staff were very nice, and the breakfast was okay. The city is definitely worth a visit, so all you backpackers, stay for at least two nights! There's a huge mall and a massive market in town. We really enjoyed our stop here. The bus station to head north is located behind SM Mall. We paid 141 Pesos per person to get to San Fernando.

This was our second stay at Travelite Legarda. We usually go to Baguio every January. During our previous visit, we stayed at Travelite Express Hotel near Burnham Park, and the following year we decided to try Travelite Legarda. This is now our second time staying here. We initially checked in to Room 321 and noticed that there was no hot water in the room. I immediately asked for assistance from the front desk because hot water is really important, especially since Baguio is very cold. FO Ericka and HK Arnold assisted us and helped transfer us to another room with hot water, Room 309. At around 9:32 PM, we had already transferred to the new room. Since the hot water was working, I started taking a shower. After a few minutes, two male guests suddenly opened our room, which shocked us because they were able to access the room. The two guests said that the front office had also assigned Room 309 to them. After I finished my shower, I waited for any staff or front office personnel to come, knock, or at least apologize for what happened—but no one came. I was really shocked and disappointed. I also work in the hotel industry, so I understand that mistakes can happen, but this situation was clearly a serious negligence. At the very least, an apology should have been given to the guest. I don’t know if the staff were busy or unaware, but this experience was not good for any guest. I hope this incident will not happen again to other guests in the future.

Room was clean and spacious. The room I booked has a balcony that had a very nice Mountain view. There was breakfast included and I had that at the balcony of my room with that great view. There was vendor passed by selling Taho too and many went down to get one! The location is a bit far from the city center, but very close to the Mirador Hill Peace Memorial. I just walked there from the hotel. The sound proof was not great and there was chimes from the lift. So you will hear people talking and steps when they pass the corridor, when the lift arrives every time, when people talk at the balcony or turn on the TV a bit loud. Anyhow, the bed and blanket were comfy with hot shower. I had quite a comfort stay.
