Because the price was set two days before check-in, the price was very expensive, but the room was large, and in the ancient city of Kotor, you can go shopping at night in the ancient city. Front desk service is very good 👍

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the main entrance of the ancient city, and the service is warm and meticulous. The bedding is generally the same, the pillows are too high...the pier is across the road from the ancient city, and it is very convenient to go to sea.

The apartments are in the very centre of the old city. We had a room with a balcony from which the beautiful view of the church and the Kotor ladder was opened. The bed was comfortable. The room cost included a cheese breakfast at a restaurant in the neighboring building. A manager who helps with all the issues is appointed. What didn't like: Eternal parties in the old city. Here until late, people are heard cheerful and drinking in bars. Also my partner woke up early in the morning from the church hours. Pensioners may be uncomfortable: apartments are on the 3rd floor, on a steep staircase, without an elevator. All of this, the building is protected by UNESCO.

Everything went wonderful, the location is perfect in the old city, near the Sea Gate, came to the port and came on foot with suitcases, when you were dispatched by foot reached the bus station ! Very clean, thank you for the present- delicious and wine! The view from the window is fire!

The hotel is part of the city wall, old and traditional decoration style, travel is very convenient, the service staff is very enthusiastic, help us book a boat and book a car is cheap, breakfast is rich, hot water is good, the only suggestion is that two handles can be installed next to the bathtub to reduce the risk of slipping. Very warm hotel!

Staying at the hotel was one of the most pleasant in my history of travelling across different cities and countries. A very polite, heart-hearted and responsive service, we were appreciated to the luxuriant with the balcony because there were free places and we traveled not in the season. On the top floor there is a wonderful terrace on which you can drink coffee and read. I would like to celebrate breakfast separately - simple pet food and dishes, but cooked incredibly delicious. Also we helped call a taxi to the airport, we flew very early and feared we wouldn't find the car on our own. I will certainly recommend and if I choose to accommodate in which again, thank you ❤️

Very good servic , we booked prepaid no refund stay for wrong date, they arrange for rooms and agreed to use the payment that is due in a month. It is a boutiq hotel with fine items in the room , grate shower . Best location inside the old city. On the down side no parking arrangmet. ,free parking is very hard to find and cost of parking is very high .Also no way to get in with cars to this earia , so u need to hand carry the lagouge for 500 mt.

The room is very good, the space is relatively large Auntie cleaned at ten o'clock in the morning and swiped the room card directly. It was a bit scary. There is always a male staff in the gym women's locker room speaking Polish, which is scary! In general, the quality of the personnel is terrible, and the others are pretty good!

The hotel in Warsaw was great, but the one in Krakow was a pleasant surprise. The moment I stopped at the entrance of the hotel, I felt very good and liked it very much. You can see the textile hall at the entrance of the hotel. The location is excellent. The interior decoration of the hotel is very tasteful and very high-end. The room is large, the bathroom is larger than normal, the room equipment has a strong sense of technology, and it is very comfortable facing the courtyard. Breakfast is also great, this restaurant is recommended by Michelin at night, it is so delicious. Krakow is too beautiful to have time for hotel spas. The only thing I don't understand is that there is no partition in the bathroom shower, and the water will spill on the ground beside it.

The hotel is centrally located about 5 mins walk from the main square. The staff are really hospitable and made a special effort for my partners birthday. We had a premium room number 119. Room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Room had great amenities, nespresso machine and kettle, toilettries in pump bottles. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants within a couple of mins walk. Really well located for Old town, Galleria Krakowska, train station, trams etc.

Right from the time we arrived at the hotel to the time we checked out , we found the attention of the staff exceptional. In particular, the reception desk went up of the way to assist us . We would like to mention Arthur and Martin , both of whom took effort to explain and make our experience rewarding. The room was well kept and the amenities well maintained. There was coffee and tea making facility and topped up when requested. The breakfast was sumptuous and dining room tidy and clean. The location is unique , close proximity to to the train station and walking distance to the old town. On the whole, it was a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station. Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift. Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!

The hotel is decent for its price. However, it's quite a distance from Krakow's Old Town. The breakfast is excellent, considering the price. Overall, we're satisfied, but it would be good if they could fix the issue with the room doors. They close abruptly and make a lot of noise, constantly interrupting our rest. Additionally, a smart TV would be preferable. Finally, we requested a wake-up call service for two days, and it wasn't provided either time. As a result, we missed a pre-paid excursion one day. Interestingly, they did call us for check-out later. It would be beneficial if these points were taken into consideration to improve the quality of service.

Yeah, so. this is a pretty fantastic hotel in terms of having amazing rooms and the location is quite nice because you're next to all these parks and it's about a 33 minute walk to Old Town, which is actually perfect because you can get a lot of exercise but I would say it's not in Old Town itself if you prefer to be right in the middle. and that could be an upside or downside depending on what you feel about it. and then everything is pretty excellent. I would say the only confusing thing is the rooms have confusing light switches that don't necessarily work the way you might want to. and initially the kettle was also broken. and like it wouldn't stop boiling the water. it wouldn't do the auto shut off. However, they did fix it relatively fast. and the hotel food is pretty decent. but obviously old town food in the actual city is better. location is good. There's like a well fitness gym close by. and overall it's worth staying. Worth noting if you want late checkout they charge some amount per hour. and if you have Marriott status they won't give you free breakfast if you have a high status which is also interesting. But definitely pretty good hotel.
