One of the best hotels we have ever been to. The architecture, service, food, and facilities are all amazing. Wish we could've stayed longer. Definitely recommended for the price and location of the FS.

The hotel is in a very windy place. Think about it before you come. Waiters: the guys are trying, of course, but it is not clear why, then there is a problem with the management. swissotel is a very nice and enjoyable resort to stay in the middle level. The resort offers all-inclusive services including meals, parties and internal transfers throughout the day (semi-regular). A decent hotel. Everything is new and functional, and the room matches the description. The grounds are extensive, with both pros and cons. The food is typical for Egypt – nothing ever changes. The alcohol is local. The hotel staff's attitude towards Russians is a bit better here, but the service is still lacking. We traveled independently and stayed at three different 5-star hotels; we recommend this one, but only if you've already decided on Egypt. It's not worth the money. We haven't been to Egypt in 10 years and don't know when we'll return, especially until their attitude towards Russian tourists improves. But if you're set on going, we do recommend this hotel. There are heated pools, a water park, and another pool is currently under construction. You won't go hungry; everyone will find something to snack on. The airport is 5 km away.
