Advantages: The location of the villa is not far from the main street of Oia Town. The yard is relatively large, the view is very good, and the sea view is very good. The swimming pool is very nice to take pictures. The landlord is very welcoming, the service is very good, and breakfast is available. The landlord has arranged a pick-up and drop-off service (additional charge). The landlord provides welcome wine. The landlord provides a take-out lunch box for breakfast. Disadvantages: From the villa to the main street to climb a staircase, the elderly need some physical strength. The room type has two bedrooms. The master bedroom bed is not comfortable and the noise is very loud. The second bedroom has no air conditioning and windows and poor air circulation. The master bathroom is underground and the stairs are steep. The interior is a bit damp. After the sun sets, the recliner cushions in the yard will become very wet and cannot be used. Problems I encountered: 1. On the day of check-in, the landlord sent welcome fruit, but the fruit was not fresh and the grapes had traces of eating. The photo has been uploaded. 2. The landlord has arranged for a luggage porter to carry luggage. On the day I checked out, I had to catch a plane and leave at 4 am. The landlord asked me if I needed a porter to carry my luggage. I said yes. The landlord said that there would be a porter coming to help me carry my luggage at 3:45 am. However, I waited until 4 am that day and there was no porter. I could bring my own luggage to the meeting point and meet the taxi driver who dropped off the plane.

Hotel location is very good, authentic Oia Cliff Hotel, the size of the small suite room is large, the terrace is very large, the photo is very convenient! There is a private pool on the terrace, but it is not big. It can only be used to take pictures and bubble water to cool down. If you want to swim, give up your thoughts. The hotel landlord is very good. After you book it, you will check the mail and you will check a lot of things. Can find a landlord, very convenient

Very clean and spacious room with a lovely balcony.  The staff was amazing.  From the front desk to the bartender to the breakfast room.  Funny story.  We needed to arrange a ride to the port and I asked the front desk if she needed our name and she said « oh no, we know who you are. » it was a lovely stay.  Very quiet and calm.  Only way it would have been better would be if located immediately in town.  It was a 5-10 minute walk to town.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! We visited during the off-season, so it wasn't crowded, and the service was impeccable. We stayed for three days and didn't eat out once. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning, even on windy days. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Getting around was fairly convenient; there's a bus stop nearby, though the buses aren't very frequent. A taxi ride takes less than 15 minutes and costs around 25 euros. Hotel staff helped us with our luggage. The room itself was superb. We enjoyed dinner on the balcony, watching the sunset, and even had a stray cat keep us company. It's truly a paradise for cat lovers!

The hotel is perched at the highest point in Fira town. Carrying our luggage up was quite a strenuous task, so I'd definitely recommend taking a taxi directly to the hotel. The fare from the airport is a fixed 40 Euros. The hotel's facilities are outstanding. The swimming pool and loungers were incredibly comfortable, though the pool's daily opening hours were a bit short. The front desk kindly upgraded our room, and the 270-degree panoramic balcony was absolutely breathtaking. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fira.

When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel upgraded us to two rooms, each with a welcome drink, and then a bottle of champagne and fruit in each room, it feels really good. Breakfast We went to the restaurant to eat, gave a menu, order form, each dish is very large, it is recommended that only one per person is enough. In particular, the hotel's bed is super soft and super comfortable! The only downside is that there is a little distance from the town of Oia, and there is no sunset at the hotel.

We’ve just returned from a truly perfect 9-night stay at Katikies Santorini and already wish we were back. From start to finish, everything was faultless. Sofia and the entire team were absolutely brilliant – genuinely warm, attentive without ever being overbearing, and always going the extra mile to make our stay special. The hotel itself is immaculate, beautifully kept, and the views are simply incredible – one of those places that really does live up to the photos (if not exceed them). Waking up to that caldera view each morning never got old. Breakfast was absolutely amazing - one the best! We also found that most guests tend to stay just a night or two and move on quite quickly. Having spent nine nights here, I’d honestly recommend staying at least a week, if not longer, to properly take it all in. It’s one of those places that isn’t meant to be rushed – the pace, the views, the atmosphere all deserve a bit more time. Being among the few guests staying longer really allowed us to appreciate it fully, and it made the whole experience feel that much more special. It’s rare to find somewhere that gets every detail right, but Katikies really does. We felt completely looked after throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. A very special place – we’ll definitely be returning.

It was an incredible experience in villa Manos, the stuff (all of them) it's like a family and you can feel it every day at your stay. The hotel is amazing , I would say peaceful. Every day I ate my breakfast in the restaurant and the food is so nice. The room is clean every day, and they have different pool as well. All the people are so happy to meet you, from Babies to Popi, Mara ecc... They are so nice and special , and they will provide all the services for you. We are mature second marriage honeymoon guests for 9 days at Nikki Beach Hotel and Resort. We loved our time, the service was always attentive and rapid. We own a Destination Wedding Venue INOLA Blue Ridge in the U.S. and understand luxury and service. The pool design and lighting is spectacular, room views great. Word of caution, if you dont like loud party music 11:30am to 7pm. Do not book a room near the main pool. The small pools at the rooms need more plantings and decor to make them more intimate. Also for about 80% of the pool rooms, other rooms look down into your pool. Go for the view and not the small pool. Thank you so much Nikki Beach!!! R. Skelton
