The house is on two floors and is composed on the lower floor of: entrance, large living room, fully equipped kitchen with fridge oven dishwasher. Upstairs there is the sleeping area consisting of a large mezzanine, single bedroom with 3 beds, double bedroom, bathroom with washing machine and tub.
Strategic position at the gates of the historic center, not a limited traffic area therefore easy to access, it allows you to access the pedestrian area in a few minutes on foot.
Always on foot you can access all the main services (pizzerias, bars, restaurants, bank, post office, supermarket).
The parking space is located exactly under the house. As it is not a limited traffic area, the apartment is easily accessible by car.
In case of arrival by train, the station is about 1.4 km from the apartment. It is possible to walk through the historic center, or book a taxi for around € 7. The first bus stop is located about a hundred meters away.
Please always inform the arrival time in advance (at least one hour before) so that we can organize the check-in on time.

Via Cavour is the main street of the historic center, below the house you can find all kinds of shops and services. From Via Cavour it is possible to reach San Vitale and Galla Placidia in just a few minutes.
All the historic center of Ravenna is pedestrian, so you can reach all the main monuments and services on foot.
If you arrive by car you can park nearby, for example in Piazza Baracca or at the San Vitale car park (€ 3 all day). All the parking lots around the historic center with blue lines are charged until 6.30 pm, after which they are free until 8am.
This apartment provides self check-in in cases where the guest arrives outside hours 15. 00-22. 00.

There is also a kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, kettle and coffee machine (oil, vinegar, salt, coffee, tea, herbal teas, washing machine detergent and dishwasher are available on site). The bathroom is complete with toilet, bidet, sink and shower (there is shower gel, shampoo, intimate soap and towels). Finally, we have a terrace with table, chairs and relaxing armchairs (here there is a sink with tap and purifier, which can be used free of charge to drink water, glass bottles on site).
