It has been years since I last visited Tioman island.. This time we choose the Berjaya Tioman resort and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived..Especially thanks to Nana and her partner driver where they bring us around the tour. The resort's beach was absolutely stunning, with crystal clear waters and soft sand that made for the perfect backdrop for relaxation and fun. One of the highlights of my trip was the snorkeling experience. The resort offers snorkeling tours that take you to some of the most beautiful spots in the area, and I was blown away by the colorful marine life I saw on my excursion. Renggis under water world is amazing In addition to the beach and snorkeling, I also had a chance to indulge in the resort's spa and food offerings. The spa trea**ents were top-notch, and helped me unwind after a day of adventure. Overall, I would highly recommend Berjaya Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation experience. Despite the pretty old facility.. The combination of friendly staff, beautiful beach, exciting snorkeling, and great food and spa services make this resort a true gem.

One of the best resort @Tioman. Was there for 4 days for diving. First of all, all Berjaya staffs were friendly. Secondly, credit must be given to Mr. Wei (Activity counter manager), who organise our diving activity. Well there were less crowd on weekdays, but Wei manage to organise a dive on Monday morning specially for me. Thank to Dive Instructor @Danny as well for the great holiday! Definitely will return! Thanks to the manager as well!

Our stay at Tioman Dive Resort was definitely an excellent choice for our diving trip with B&J dive center. We arranged this via email with Martin, who has been helpful assisting us with the arrangement of the dive package, which includes the accommodation as well. We stay at the triple room and the rooms are clean, well maintained and equipped with ac, tv, hot water, soap and even hair dryer. The location is about 5 mins walk from the ABC jetty and close to all dive center, their bar, beach and restaurants. There is no duty free here though but we manage to rent bicycles to go to the next village, about 10 mins away (nearest duty free is about 25 mins) while enjoying the wonderful scenery along the way and passing by the local bats colony of tioman. Ben, P’Gell and team really makes us feel like family and ensure we have a great time during our stay here. We love it so much to the extent that some of us decided to dive lesser and spent more time resting away in the room (their bed is really comfortable) or hanging out at the resort bar at night. Highly recommended whether you are diving trip or just enjoying a simple vacation with friends in tioman.

Highly recommended! Was there last year for the COT cleanup event in Sept. The room was clean and really huge! We booked the triple room. They are more eco-conscious so they provide large refillable glass bottles to refill water. The rooms were very near the dive centre so it was convenient. This was our first time at ABC and the feel was very different from Kg. Paya. Much more laid back and quiet. There were a few food stalls along the street. Staff were friendly so wouldn't mind coming back again!

In addition to the two rooms can communicate, breakfast is European style, but there are also Chinese steamed buns, porridge or something, ordering can be full, lunch and dinner are not very expensive, the price is as shown, the best is that there are few beach people, the front of the hotel is the sea Behind the mountain, in addition to signing up for diving, I thought I could go hiking. The hotel provided guides and the guide was particularly warm. I took us to the village to eat a variety of fruits, mainly durian and coconut. A highly recommended hotel! Suitable for taking kids! Suitable for diving, suitable for playing in the sand, suitable for walking in the rainforest. The most amazing thing is that I booked two rooms. The waiter can arrange two rooms to open a door to connect into a large room! Particularly convenient, it is particularly convenient for two people to open the middle door during the day, and closing the door at night does not affect each other!

Gorgeous beach resort. Travelled for a short dive escape with my parents joining me. The resort is at Kampung Juara, a 30-minute 4WD journey through the island jungle from the Kampung Tekek pier. I was fine with the 'little adventure' but my mum wasn't into it, not her cup of tea. Consequently, take note of this, who you bring along. We booked the superior family chalet. Spacious, clean with sufficient power points. Wifi signal is so-so. Thankfully, the celcom telco signal is rather reliable in my room. During my 4-day stay, there were at least one intermittent power trips daily but were resolved within a minute. I had already came across this reviews before making the reservation, so I was anticipating this. The only time, I felt frustrated when it happened while watching movies on the TV set. I will have to turn it on again and forwarded the timeline to where the video last stopped. The aircon and fan will resume when the power is restored. Most of the staff are friendly. The restaurant's food is pricier than those of the neighboring cafes/resorts, yet they are delectable. There is a wide selection of choices available. The beach was certainly stunning, yet unfortunately certain parts of it were plagued with sand flies, due to the remnants of food left by guests. We were blessed on the 2nd day of our stay when a turtle conservation centre close by released baby turtles right infront the resort. I would like to express my thanks to my divemaster Benny and dive mate Sen, who makes the stay more enjoyable.

A richiesta asciugamani spiaggia.

I had such a wonderful 2 night stay at Papaya Resort - I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. The price was very good, considering the proximity to the beach, local amenities, and being only a short walk (5 mins) from Tekek Jetty. The real highlight of the stay here was the staff, the manager was exceptionally welcoming and warm, and was always willing to stop and have a chat about activities on the island - he even set up a snorkeling trip for me on the next morning.
- Daniel
very good, well managed hotel in Tioman. Hotel manager is very friendly whereby he will help you arrange for transport and activities such as snorkeling, if requested. Price is reasonable as well.

The hotel owner is Chinese, so domestic friends don’t have to worry about language communication problems. The hotel environment is very good. I personally like nature and virgin forests. This hotel meets my requirements. It’s the most primitive feeling when you come out to play. The cabins are unique and I like it very much. It’s not far from the pier. There is a duty-free shop at the end of the pier. Similar to small shops in China, Tioman Island is duty-free Island, you can book a BBQ with the hotel owner. Breakfast is toast, nasi lemak, tea, and coffee. The hotel is not a five-star hotel. Those who mind are careful

Can’t fault it for the price. Only 5 mins walk to jetty. Serene, calm quiet chalet, you can practically hear a pin drop (and nature) by night fall. Chalet is pretty basic but has all that we need. Bed is clean and comfy. Owner is super helpful and obliging. Breakfast which is included in the price is basic but hearty .. typical Malaysian fried rice & noodles, omelette, curry puffs, samosas, doughnuts. Kids are delighted to find coco pops, toast, cheese & butter is also on the menu lol! The resort is well equipped, all you need to do is ask, Mr. Goh will come to your rescue in minutes! We had a lovely stay and won’t hesitate to be back.

Japamala is a good place to hide. A total of 15 rooms, except for the first room we stayed in on the first night, are basically on the mountain and need to walk up the mountain. There are two kinds of meals in the hotel, Italian and Thai. The breakfast buffet is very rich. The hotel is clean and quiet overall, and the general service staff is very polite. Talk about this very bad experience: First, the traffic is not convenient. I said that the traffic is inconvenient, not to go to other places on the island. We found this hotel, just to avoid the noisy, quiet rest, I said the traffic is inconvenient, it is the hotel's feelings in the shuttle service. The hotel is 2 hours by boat from Mersing to Merting. The fee is RM70/person. After arriving at Merting, the hotel will use its own boat to connect the guests to the hotel. The flight takes only 5 minutes, but it also costs RM32/person. The hotel greets the guests who came from the original road, and it’s just that the fees are so high and the feeling is very bad. Second, the hotel check-out service is very unhuman. Our return ticket was 12 noon. It only took 5 minutes, but we asked us to pick up the barge and leave the hotel at 11 o'clock. I told the hotel that it was too early to leave the store at 11 o'clock, but the hotel insisted that we leave at 11 o'clock. It took 5 minutes to get to the dock by the barge ship. We had no place to stay from 11:5. Even if the big ship is coming, this hour, we have no place to sit, no place to stay, there are no good cafes and rest places on the pier, and some of our guests who have retired from the room, like the tramp on the hot bay The tramp is guarding a lot of luggage. One of the guests is a pregnant woman. The round-trip passenger ship was monopolized by Bluewater. As a result, we took the boat back to Mersing on that day. It was more than 2 hours late and arrived at 2 o'clock. Several European and American guests who checked out with us also waited on the dock like them. More than an hour, and no one told us why it was late and when the big ship will come. I said that it is not human enough, including the following two points: 1. The hotel will send the guest away 1 hour in advance. There is a sense of service at this price. Even if the hotel needs to be hygienic, we can rest in the hotel beach or lobby, even if we leave 15 minutes in advance, I It is acceptable, we all know that it only takes 5 minutes, but we ask to leave one hour earlier. 2, the hotel can help the guests to confirm the boat information, if the boat is late, you can let the guests rest in the hotel beach or lobby, so that guests can get on board in the hottest weather with the shortest waiting time. 3. Hotel pricing is confusing. We plan to stay at the hotel for two nights, but there is only one room available on Ctrip for the first night. We found the second night's room on the hotel's official website. The two nights were different room types, and the difference was very large, so we thought that the room for the second night would be much better than the first night. Although we need to change rooms after a night, I am still looking forward to experiencing different room types. As a result, room 1 on Ctrip on the first night was not only much larger than the room 11 booked on the official website on the second night, but also had large open floor windows, private yards, and an independent hot spring pool. The price was actually cheaper than 300; originally thought that the conditions for the second night of the 11th room would be better, the result is that the room is small and dark, only the small window on the side, no hot springs, no yard, and mountain climbing. I really don't know how the hotel made the price. Third, the hotel basically has no network. Of course, we are here to fully relax and rest, but it is inevitable that there will be some arrangements or a small part of the work that requires internet. The hotel only has a slight signal in the lobby. The photos of the room I put on are the photos of the first room in the first night. I regret that I only stayed for one night.

It’s very close to the pier, and to the right is the hotel. In the evening, I will have a barbecue dinner facing the sea. It’s so comfortable. Duty-free island. Beer is super cheap. You can drink it casually. The facilities are new, but there is no wifi. Traffic, pay attention to this village digi cannot be used, directly without service, hotlink 4G full grid. Most of this village is floating on the water and has all-inclusive services. We went to sea fishing, and the harvest was full.
