The space
“Casa Dream” Is a one bedroom, one bath condo, private balcony with gorgeous views. One full size bed with a Trundle bed and an additional twin underneath. Two futons in the living room, that makes this ideal for a family or a couples getaway. This is truly a unique and fabulous place to getaway, relax and enjoy.

If you are looking for a place to party, with loud music, this is not the place. Parties are not accepted… if security is called, you will need to vacate immediately!

You must take a private ferry (included) to get on and off the Island. Highly recommend stopping at the supermarket to pick up what you need before you kick back, relax, and enjoy this magical paradise.

@ “Casa Dream” You will have access to both pools, tennis court and basketball court on the Island. The ferry is included.

There is private parking that averages between $5.60 to $12 per day. The island boat will take you in and out on available hours, that is
from 6:30 am until 10:00pm from Sunday to Thursday. Friday and Saturday's from 6:30am to 11:00pm.

The island boat won't be
available from 10:00pm until
6:00am. Make sure you travel
on time.
Other things to note
Private security upon arrival. Great little restaurant/bar (Open Wednesday through Sunday) if you’re not in the mood to cook or just want to kick back with a nice drink by the pool. Strongly recommend stopping by the supermarket to pick up any items you may want during your stay Before you arrive on the island.

Wake up in paradise! Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with a spectacular view. This apartment is located on a private island, 5 minutes off the coast of Fajardo. Fully equipped complex with 2 pools, basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court, picnic areas and laundry. Harbor Cafe is the restaurant on the private island, which is open Wednesday to Sunday. Get ready to enjoy breath taking sunrises and sunsets from the large balcony!
