Nice location located inside Grand World & room equipped with all the basic amenities including hair dryer & minibar. Good Hot Shower and AC in room with daily housekeeping. Shim (believe is the owner) & her team members were very helpful and attentives with all enquiries. The hotel can help to rent scooter and purchase some attraction ticket nearby. Had a walk to Grand World & enjoy daily Water Light Show and do some shopping here. Worth to stay & will revisit again 🤩

The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was very convenient, is in the Grand World. The receptionist was kind and had a smile on her face. There is an elevator and stairs available. 房間舒適,整潔,位置十分方便,在大世界內的,下樓便可以四處逛逛。接待人有善,臉上充滿微笑。有電梯和樓梯。

The fireworks view was amazing. The apartment having a washing machine is a huge plus. We definitely concluded that we would stay here again; we wouldn't be able to live right in the center of Sunset Town. This hotel combines everything: care, cleanliness, comfort, and a slight distance from the center, which is a good thing if you appreciate a bit of peace away from the crowds. There are many places to eat nearby. Out of three hotels, this one left us with the most positive impressions! 🥰

This is a neat and lovely hotel, but the bed linen could use a more thorough cleaning. The room itself was clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly, assisting with anything I needed. The hotel's location is great; you can even watch fireworks from your room. It's a very peaceful hotel.

A very questionable hotel. The room had a very unpleasant smell, and I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. It says it opened in 2025, but it definitely felt earlier. It's quite dirty, and the kind of dirty that can't be cleaned. For example, the paint on the floor wasn't scrubbed off. The door to the balcony was broken and very difficult to open. There was a VERY loud noise coming from the ventilation system, and it wasn't because it was ventilating the air, but rather because it was venting into some very noisy utility room. This is just my guess, but it was definitely very noisy. The air conditioning is questionable. On the positive side, I submitted a request through Trip to leave two days early (with a refund), and they approved it, so I got my money back. Overall, if you have other options, stay somewhere else.

The room was very clean, the host was very welcoming, the view was great, and all the facilities were new. It was excellent value for money.

A magical beginning for a wonderful hotel! We recently stayed at the Monstera hotel in Phu Quoc and want to share our warmest impressions! The hotel just opened, and you can already see the love that went into creating it. It's incredibly clean, cozy, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. But the main treasure of Monstera is its staff! Every employee greets guests with a sincere, sunny smile, is always ready to help, and creates a truly homely atmosphere. And the coffee is a separate delight! Yes, the coffee shop is still in the launch phase, but the coffee they're already making, especially with coconut milk – it's out of this world! We haven't tasted such delicious coffee in a long time. It's located a bit away from all the noisy spots, but for us, as a family with children, this was very convenient; it's quiet and peaceful at night. We wholeheartedly wish Monstera hotel prosperity, a swift completion of all initial processes, and most importantly, the kindest, most understanding, and positive guests! May everyone who comes here appreciate the wonderful atmosphere you create. You've done an amazing job! If we're ever in Phu Quoc again, we'll definitely be back! With best wishes, Your guests

When I checked in, the staff seemed unable to find my reservation details and asked me which agent I booked through. It felt like they had no record of my booking. It took almost 20 minutes, and then the staff took me to another building to check in (it was across the street from the original place). The room was completely different from the photos of the room I originally booked. I found it a bit strange, but since it was still a twin room and just across from the original location, I didn't pursue it further. Overall, it was acceptable. The location is very close to Grand World, which made shopping and dining very convenient.

When you're in Phu Quoc, I highly recommend skipping the Sunset Town in the southwest. It's not very convenient for dining or currency exchange. This hotel, however, has it all: a beach right outside on one side, and a commercial street with plenty of restaurants on the other. They offer complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, and dining options nearby are plentiful. If you want to visit Sao Beach, which is considered the best, you'll need to take a taxi as there are very few accommodations there. The breakfast here is excellent, and the service is top-notch. They even upgraded me to a sea-view room for free, so I could watch the sunset from my room. Alternatively, you can head up to the semi-open-air pool bar area on the rooftop, which also has free billiards.

I was a bit hesitant when I first booked this hotel for two nights. But as soon as I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by their warm and enthusiastic service. The hotel's decor has a lovely Vietnamese charm, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff, in particular, are incredibly welcoming and friendly. I ended up extending my stay for another two nights, and I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends when they visit. The hotel breakfast is also fantastic, with a great variety that changes daily. This hotel was truly the highlight of my trip to Phu Quoc! 👍

Great location the only problem that we found was that the breakfast wasn't at the actual hotel but a shop about 150 meters down the road , and you get a meal ticket from the hotel to give the shop staff when we went for breakfast the first day we got there at 7.08Am and it opened at 7 am we was the first customers that day and when we asked if we could have seafood soup they told us it was sold out but impossible as we where the first there. I realised that because we gave them the meal ticket they didn't want us to have there number 1 top dish as they could sell that to a non hotel customer. Very happy with the hotel room but not the breakfast service which was very poor

The hotel's location is very convenient. Five minutes to the cable car station, the evening market, the bus stop to Khem, and the city center. We had a room on the 4th floor with a sea view. We saw the Symphony of the Sea show, which was absolutely amazing. San Bavaria is below us. The room had everything as advertised: crisp white linens and towels. The receptionists were polite and friendly. The hotel's decor is beautiful. I recommend this hotel. Breakfast is two minutes away; you just choose one dish from what I think is eight.

Vingroup pretty much dominates every industry in Vietnam, and this hotel is part of their Vinpearl brand – choosing it is definitely the right move. It includes unlimited rides on the Vinbus routes 17 and 19 during your stay. The bus goes as far south as the InterContinental Hotel, stopping at King Kong Mart along the way. If you're heading to Sunset Town, taking the bus (then a short taxi from the InterContinental stop) could save you around 1 million VND in taxi fares round trip. The hotel is deeply integrated with other Vingroup properties like VinWonders, Safari, and Grand World, boasting an excellent location and the most frequent shuttle services to Safari and Grand World. Recommended: Sunset BBQ Cleanliness is good, and the pool hygiene is better than the Crowne Plaza. The service was consistently friendly, and the staff were very dedicated in introducing the hotel amenities.

If there were ten stars, I'd give this hotel ten stars! When you're in Phu Quoc, definitely choose a five-star hotel like this one. The island itself is a bit boring, so picking a good hotel is really important! ✅ The facilities are perfect, everything you need is there: a gym, a stunning swimming pool, a private beach, an open-air restaurant/bar, and an outdoor bar with a schedule and movie screenings in the evening. ✅ The hygiene is excellent, and the room is cleaned daily. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. ✅ The overall service was very friendly! This is key! Honestly, the service industry in Vietnam generally isn't the best, it can't compare to Thailand. Only these big hotels offer top-notch service, from the tone of their voices to how they handle things, everything makes you feel very comfortable! It was an experience that was well worth the money, and you absolutely CANNOT miss the sunset! This pool design is just gorgeous!

Good location with restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Breakfast was very good, and it was impressive how the restaurant staff managed to serve such a large number of guests efficiently. Special thanks to the dining staff for their hard work. However, the overall experience does not meet 5-star standards. The sea is not clear, and the pools did not feel perfectly clean. There was also a recurring unpleasant sewage smell around the property, which significantly affected the stay. Basic room amenities were not properly provided, and guests had to repeatedly request simple essentials. These small details should be standard in a 5-star hotel without needing to ask. The hotel is heavily overcrowded, which impacts comfort and availability of sunbeds. The gym is too small for such a big crowded hotel. I have no complaints about the staff doing their daily work — they were doing their best. The main issues are related to management decisions and overall standards. Overall, not a 5-star or even 4 -star experience.

The stay was great, we had wonderful time at the hotel. Rooms were clean, everybody in the hotel was pleasant and welcoming, everyday welcoming you with smile. You can reach the swimming pool nearby the hotel. The beach also is close, you should cross the area of the hotel in 2-3 minutes, and will get to the beach. Hotel provides you free towels and free places at the beach. The staff was great, especially Tai Fo. Thank you for everything. Hope will come back once again.

I had a pleasant stay overall, and one of the biggest highlights of this hotel is its location. It’s conveniently situated, making it easy to explore nearby attractions while still offering a relaxing environment. The amenities are also a standout — I especially loved the swings and hammocks, which added a unique and peaceful touch to the experience. They’re perfect for unwinding and enjoying the surroundings. However, the transportation services need improvement. The free shuttle to Grand World and the bus going to VinWonders were quite disorganized during my stay. There was no proper queuing system, and it often became messy and confusing, with guests crowding and cutting in line just to get on board first. This made what should have been a convenient service feel stressful. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for its location and amenities, but better organization of the shuttle and bus services would significantly improve the guest experience.

A really great hotel! They offer a free shuttle service to the airport, which is only a 9-15 minute taxi ride away. The facilities are quite new, and the swimming pool is massive with dining options on both sides, so you can eat right after your swim. The landscaping is beautiful, and you can also have lunch and dinner at the hotel. The service is top-notch; we truly felt at home. We stayed for three nights with our child and it was very comfortable. During the day, we visited the Big World and the zoo in the north. On our third day, we went back home from the hotel, and the journey was smooth sailing all the way. KING KONG MART is also very close by from here.

Lahana is an amazing hotel! This is a rare case when in reality everything looks and is even better than on the website. Wonderful staff, varied breakfasts, the hotel itself looks like an oasis in the center of the city. The swimming pool area is charming. The Christmas decorations are wonderful as well. The room was so spacious and stylish that we didn’t want to go home. Thank you, Lahana team, for everything 💜 We already miss our 8-day stay there. See you next time!

After several failed attempts to visit, I finally made it during the May Day holiday this year. I chose this hotel myself, having read many mixed reviews on Trip.com, but honestly, I wasn't disappointed at all – in fact, it exceeded my expectations! I was pleasantly surprised by its excellent location. The breakfast was even more amazing than I anticipated, with a wide variety of dishes and a spacious dining area. There were dozens of coffee machines, offering everything from Chinese and Western to Southeast Asian options. The pool was also quite large, and the price was very reasonable. I'd definitely stay here again on future visits! I hope the hotel can add more staff who speak Chinese; that would make it even more welcoming!

We came to Phu Quoc for a Chinese New Year vacation with our three kids, and specifically chose the InterContinental. The hotel is very close to the airport, about a 10-minute drive. The hotel did an amazing job with the Chinese New Year decorations; every corner and detail was beautifully arranged, making it easy to snap great photos anywhere. There are several restaurants, and I highly recommend booking the Sunset Restaurant in advance, as the views are stunning. The kids' club has both indoor and outdoor water activities, and our children loved it so much they didn't want to leave. The only downside was that due to the high number of guests, we had to queue for check-in, breakfast, and other meals daily. This is something I think the hotel should improve. However, for a Chinese New Year break, I still think it was worth it!

For our company team-building trip, we splurged and booked four rooms. With Marriott Gold/Platinum status, the upgrades were incredibly smooth, almost like having a cheat code! The rooms? In a word: the ultimate 'lie-flat' haven. Once I collapsed onto the bed, I felt like I'd reached peak relaxation. The private beach was ours to enjoy, with paddleboarding and kayaking 🏖️🚣 all completely free! We didn't want to leave the water. We rotated through the three pools, swimming like we were on a diving challenge. Breakfast was so amazing, I wanted to become best friends with the chef. But what really impressed me was the service – everyone deserves five stars, smiling like old friends. Just outside the hotel entrance, there are local street food stalls, perfect for late-night snacks. Want to visit Sunset Town? Just grab a shuttle bus and you'll be there in no time. Plus, our stay came with a complimentary fireworks show 🎆, so no need to plan for romance yourself. Oh, and the same shuttle bus goes directly to the Hon Thom cable car, offering a 'god's-eye view' of the sea – totally worth it. All in all: This hotel is truly the king of resorts – perfect for team building and pure relaxation. You have to experience it to believe it! 😎

A great find of a hotel resort . We loved Cassia Cottage and the staff are all exceptional. We met the owner Mark and applaud his vision in creating this eco resort. However we wouldn’t go back to Phu Quoc itself as the island have building works everywhere and it’s such a shame to see the damage being done to this island. We ended up spending all our time mainly in Cassia Cottage as it’s a haven of tranquility away from the madness of all the traffic and crowds and abandoned building projects and dug up roads and pavements covered in electrical cable trip hazards, but I think this is being cleared up when we were about to leave. Be prepared to be bitten by mosquitoes, I’ve never been bitten so badly anywhere else on my travels.

The room was a bit small, but there was enough space for luggage. The balcony and pool were both very large and excellent. The front desk staff were also great and very polite. The hygiene was good, the air conditioning was strong, and the hot water was reliable. The breakfast selection was good. They even provided tickets for the airport shuttle, although the shuttle stop isn't directly at the hotel; you have to walk to the station within Phu Quoc Grand World to catch it. Overall, this hotel offers decent value for money, especially since it's right next to Phu Quoc Grand World with its colorful buildings. It's also just a two to four-minute walk to the Venice River.

we would highly recommend this hotel. 1/ every where including rooms and beach are very clean and neat 2/ I found this hotel and rooms are quite new, at less not yellow as the other comments mentioned 3/ food are reasonably priced though we have Hassel-free half-board service 4/ Receptionist Ms Yen is very smart and helpful However, there were serval drawdowns I won’t expect a 5-star should have . 1/ staff in general (except the belt boy sat the entrance)would not smile at you when they passed by you . I never have this experience in other hotels in the world 2/ Mainly 1-2 staff can speak English in every restaurant. 3/ Procssco is offered in the breakfast buffet but not dinner buffet.

The hotel comprise of 2-4 bedroom villas and the landscaping has a tv drama suburban vibe to it. The villas are spacious but the hygiene was just fair. Our kids developed rashes after frequent contact with the couches, which looked quite dated. The amenities were also so so, no body lotion / insect repellent as most hotels would have provided. The pool water was also a bit dirty, with quite a lot of dead bugs in it. The main pool was also small for a hotel this scale. I would say on the overall it was ok for the price and for my kids to experience a pool villa, but the entire Vinpearl complex is dated and kinda eerie. Staff were helpful and nice. But the hardware and maintenance were really three star max.

We did not expect much but it really surprised us. It is clear that the Palmy used to be a grand hotel and, yes, it needs some investment in the general areas, but it really met our demands. The room is big and spacious and it was clean. There is a big balcony with two reclining chairs where you can dry your towels or swimming suits. The beds are big and comfy and the towels have excellent quality. The TV has access to YouTube and other apps, which we loved . Our deal included breakfast ( buffet style) which we also loved and the best of all is the front swimming pool with private access to the beach. All in all, top choice for the price you pay. We tried to extend our stay but it was fully booked. We will definitely go back in the future.
