"I stayed here on business and this simply is one of the most opulent hotels I've ever stayed. From the moment you approach the compound in the car, into the lobby and the rest of the building. This is not ”Grand,” this is Opulence. In a way that only Arabian Royalty would produce. I was blown away by the detail in the lobby alone. The rooms were excellent. Not to level of opulence as the lobby and hallways (but I was only in a ”regular room”) but it was just lovely. Room service was good. The breakfast buffet was excellent. For the most part, it was everything as you'd expect. But that was for the most part. Evidently, the Marriott corporation has become so hell-bent on their War On Tobacco that they shut down any and all cigar lounges in all properties worldwide. While draconian measures might be welcome in fascist places like the United States, it is unwelcome elsewhere. Let adults have a place to enjoy their desires. This is the Ritz-Carlton, after all, not some Holiday Inn in Peoria. That said, the staff were more than accommodating. When I needed to broadcast an internet show, the concierge boys truly rolled out the red carpet, setting me up with table, chairs and beverage outside with a stunning backdrop of the lit hotel." "I stayed at Ritz almost 4 months ago and tasted the “maasoub” bowl at breakfast and since then I’ve been telling all my friends about that dish. Today I came back to Ritz just to eat this dish after having asked all around for a hotel that provides the maasoub but no one does. I am happy i came back and had the chance to meet Chef May, she turned out to be the person who added the maasoub to the breakfast buffet. Thank you Chef May for the best maasoub ever!" "My wife and I felt so welcomed and were treated like Royalty! Mohammed Alharbi, better known as Harbi (our personal Jeddah google) made our trip to the Red Sea area extra memorable. Also Shahrukh Khan, Albader Alhazmi and Hadi were very helpful. Also Mart at the gym was my personal trainer and attended to my needs. The Ritz Jeddah is the destintion while in Jeddah due to the Staff and the Hotel Beauty."

"An amazing place to book a hotel. Great environment. Definitely worth trying!! The food, cleanliness and everything is just great! Make sure to visit at least once with your family!! I loved staying there and hope you do too!! Rating a 5 out of 5!!" "it was a perfict trip " "First off we checked in and the room smelled like sewer and stale cigarette smoke. Reported to reception and they sent a cleaner whom proceeded to spray air freshener and mop floor.... Mask the smell instead of discovering the root issue. My wife then cleaned the first 1.5 hours in the room. Bottom line is the place is old and not well maintained. Mold/Mildew and scum in the bathroom grout, water damage on the wood cabinets in bathroom. The kitchen counter and cabinets have burn marks and damage. Place just felt dirty!!! $600 a night you would expect a much better standard. Asked for a late checkout for 3pm was declined and then proceeded to tell my wife she had to be out by 1pm even though booking said checkout was 2pm. My wife called back and sent a copy of our booking and the reception said oh ok 2pm... like really... Don't be fooled by room pics and the view. the view is only positive note on the place. Total Dump!!!!"

An amazing place to book a hotel. Great environment. Definitely worth trying!! The food, cleanliness and everything is just great! Make sure to visit at least once with your family!! I loved staying there and hope you do too!! Rating a 5 out of 5!!
The hotel is in a strategic location and walking distance to city walk . The view is amazing but unfortunately blocked by track of formula 1 I liked the big room its really is cozy but I think facility can be better. Hotel is very busy. But yet the service from friendly staff is amazing My room has problems with the lock key It did not work often and I had to go to reception to renew the key. Also I recommend the Budget car hire in the lobby. Their rate to airport and pick up is very great 👍
Let me start out by saying the first impression was not good. It took 38 minutes to check in because there was only 1 employee working at the reception desk despite a line of people waiting to check in. The lone young lady was doing her best and she herself was good. However, I was never advised about the exec lounge hours, the breakfast routine since it is Ramadan, or any information. The security was as lax as it could be. Depsite having 3 security guys standing next to the walk thru metal detector, everyone beeped but they stopped no one. Ever. Why even have security. And they had no one place their belongings in the xray machine. Why have the machine? The hotel is a bit dated. A very good location but needs updating. My bathroom had mold in the shower however the towels were really good: soft and quite large. I usually stay at the Ritz Carlton or Intercontinental hotels but i thought I'd try the Hilton. I do like the view from the exec lounge at the Hilton and the food was good. The location for my purposes was quite good. When i tried to call to ask about the breakfast which came with my roon, no one ever answered. There needs to be a serious training in customer service, add more employees, or have the employees simply be more efficient. 38 minutes to checkin, with only 1 person in front of me!!! Overall, it wasn't bad but I certainly am not impressed.
Thank you hk team to make my stay memorable specially fahad jameel housekeeping Supervisor I had back ache and hk supervisor helped me a lot to deal with it he is very kind and helpful guy this hotel have a very professional hk staff anybody can come to this hotel without any hesitation
Stayed during my business trip. Good as location, very spacious and clean rooms. Check-in is very fast. Bed is very comfortable. Type of a hotel apart with elegant kitchen design. Window is full height across the room facing the street which make it really nice.
Excellent hotel with great location. Great and courteous staff, super helpful. Especially Mr Mohammed Qasim from housekeeping, went out of his way to help and serve the requirements. Also great breakfast.
Staying on business, the hotel is far from the international airport, plus inconvenient transportation in Jeddah, only a taxi, I wasted 150SAR, so dark, the average taxi is estimated to be about 50. But it was close to where we were going. I heard that it was a famous four-star hotel with a small parking lot. The hotel environment is good, the rooms are clean and hygienic, but the air conditioning is too noisy, like a tractor, people who sleep lightly are tortured, but for one night. Breakfast is ok, not many types, taste is ok.
Room facilities are complete, disposable toiletries and slippers are equipped, which is a lot higher than IBIS, but there is no clothesline, but hotel laundry is not expensive
Especially the hotel staff were very welcoming and polite. MOHAMED ALI from Bangladesh is worth exaggerating.
Hotel breakfast is also rich
I saw a lot of Chinese people staying in the hotel. There is a picture in the hotel lobby with Chinese characters. It seems that the Chinese cliff carvings are printed on it. I do n’t know if the hotel has any relationship with China.
I requested a receipt that include the expenses of the stay while checking out of the hotel. The receipt is required to give to my job for compensation purposes. I gave my email to the reception employee for him to send the receipt to. The receipt was never sent to my email. I called more than 3 times telling them to send the email and every time they say it will be sent to my email and it never did. This is unacceptable by any hotel standards and needs to be dealt with.
The room type is small and the breakfast time is relatively late. After 8 o'clock, it is recommended not to book breakfast if you catch the early flight. The location is better, there is an open-air parking lot at the door, and the price is moderate.
A good/excellent hotel. spacious rooms with every comfort. Excellent cleaning, clean bathroom with courtesy sets that is renovated every day. Comfortable and large beds. Breakfast with international and local buffet. Each dinner is served with buffet. It is a normal food, don't expect big things, but it's a hotel not a restaurant.
Very excellent hotel. The room is very clean, bedding is very comfortable, and shower room also is excellent, all the equipment are Ger*** brand. So when we stay there, it is very comfortable and convenient. The most importand thing is the breakfast. ***y choices and delicious. All of our colleagues are very happy to this staying. We will go back again next year. 就是环境非常好， 现代美观。 床品舒适， 浴室用品比如马桶， 花洒等全部都是德国牌子， 用起来非常方便。 最重要的是早餐丰盛可口， 可以满足中国的需求。
We booked 30mins before we went to the hotel and the receptionists, (remembered only one of the two, Noor) were very accommodating. We even requested if we could check out later than 12 and they heeded our request.
