We recently stayed at The Westin to celebrate my wife Ritika’s birthday, and I must say – the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were impressive.
A special thanks to Jasmina, who took care of every arrangement perfectly. Her efforts truly made the occasion memorable for us. The decor, the room setup, and the overall vibe reflected warmth and elegance.
The entire staff was courteous, well-behaved, and extremely professional. Everyone made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay.
Highly recommend The Westin for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion. Thank you once again for making Ritika’s birthday so special!

The hotel rooms are very spacious and have full-length glass windows. It's right next to the high way and very close to Goregaon Exhibition center. It's inside a compound and the trees planted all around gives it a secluded feel and also a good space to walk around.
The breakfast buffet and all food options at the hotel are amazing!

Hotel facilities are old, and the various switch settings are quite different. The toilet pulls the door and does not move. The curtains and blinds were pulled up and put down for 5 minutes... The restaurant service was garbage. I ordered two dishes with the guests. After 40 minutes, the guests complained that the food was slow, and the waiter did not accept the account, causing the guests to be unhappy. Breakfast is not rich.

Not bad, the hotel service is very good, but the Indian hotel entrance will be more scented and need to adapt. The surrounding area is a bit far from the supermarket, and the traffic at the hotel entrance is heavy.

Fern Residency offers great value for money, with a perfect balance of comfort, hospitality, and convenience. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Bhiwandi area, whether for business or a short getaway.

The rooms were very clean and tidy however the air conditioner was making noise. The same was not properly attended by the housekeeping guys.
Also, the restaurant had nice ambience. However, the breakfast in the morning wasn’t that great as compared to dinner.

This place is a little dissapointing, looks good from the pics however once enter the room, found some stains on the towels as well as bedsheets. This is basically a no frills stay. However the breakfast was good.

This is a relatively well-known hotel in the local area, which is relatively localized. Most of them are Indians who live and hold events. This small area (north of Mumbai) seems to be able to find only this one.
The overall recommendation is ok, and the service is better. The only thing missing is that the room I live in has no windows, and the others are OK. Overall recommended value.

Spacious rooms, great connectivity to Western suburbs, excellent breakfast spread, and perfect for travellers looking for comfort without overspending. The bathrooms need some fixing and cleaning plus the duvet was stained when we checked in. The location and parking facilities are good.

The place is excellent with amenities like swimming pool & garden play area, lounge bar etc. It is located on the opposite side of Greenery. Rooms are up to the mark at the price they are given. Food is excellent and lip smacking. A big plus point is they have a Matrix lounge & bar, though the food inside is cost (300 for a starter) but the dj in it rocked it all. It's totally packed with the sound right into your ears so you won't stop to enter into the dance floor and make some moves.
