Xiaomeijia surprised me. I stayed in Tawau for one night before going to Semporna. There were three families, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The price was 400 RMB. They also gave me a bunch of thoughtful snacks and new products. The kitchen was very clean. , the bathroom is also very clean, not to mention the bedroom. There is a durian stall 150 meters away. I bought 3 durians ➕ 20 mangosteens ➕ two dragon fruits for 200 ringgit. . . Eat until you are satisfied. I will come back next year, specifically to stay at Xiaomei's house for a few more days.

I was amazed when I entered the room. It was very large and designed in a Nanyang style. Every detail was carefully selected and the color combination was beautiful. It was clean and tidy, and it looked very comfortable. The bedding was also very comfortable and soft, exceeding my expectations. There is a convenience store downstairs, but it was difficult to find a taxi. It was raining at night, but the owner found it after communicating directly with the driver.

Facilities: Mostly good, well-equipped. For Chinese travelers, it's slightly below the standard of Atour hotels in terms of amenities. Hygiene: It's newly opened, so it's very clean. Environment: Plenty of food options nearby, though many were closed during Chinese New Year. Not many Chinese tourists visit this area. Service: The ladies at the front desk were very helpful, answering all our questions professionally. Thumbs up! We even gave them our birthday flowers before we left.

This hotel has been around more than 10 years so rooms are a bit dated. Ironing board, iron, hair dryer & Thick towels were provided which I appreciate. Breakfast is provided with additional cost but starts at 7am which did not fit my schedule as I had to leave before 7am. At night a few eateries around the are serving local cuisine. Not much activity in town centre after sunset and for nonlocals could feel not too safe walking around.

Would love to have TV that support Miracast, but unfortunately it doesn’t support Miracast, so screen casting wasn’t possible. A decent stay, but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness.

3 levels shoplot building with no lift. Small room with no window. In front of market. This hotel located around 10mins walk to utc pasar tanjung tawau and 30mins drive to airport. Arrived late at night around 8pm and they allowed late check in. Aircond functioning well however the room gives a bit of musty smell. Remote tv & aircond has to be returned to receptionist upon checkout. 2 smalls soap were given during check in. Cannot expect much for rm74/night room. For muslims, has to pray on bed since too little space to sujud. Good for 1 night stay only
