Meals were served at the restaurant in the facility, and although there was a negative point that there was no shower in the room, other than that, the service level was more than sufficient. While the dishes were unique, they were finished with seasonings that were particular about the ingredients. All the staff were very hospitable. Not only were the hot springs reasonably substantial, but the maintenance was well maintained, so I was able to spend a comfortable time.

The entrance had a suspicious atmosphere and I was worried if it was okay, but when I entered the room it was completely normal. There was no one at the front desk and everything was automatic, so I was confused, but I was only planning to stay overnight so it was fine. They also served juice and the room was clean and spacious, which was nice. I wonder if this style of room rental will become more common in the future. If it helps reduce costs, I think it's good for just staying overnight.

The Sheraton Grand Hiroshima Hotel delivers from beginning to end regarding service and location. I had the chance to stay one night in early June before heading next morning to Okunoshima, and it was highly worth it. Next to Hiroshima Station, this location is a must. In addition, the quality of service provided by each member, either at the front desk or Club Lounge, was excellent. Daisuke in the Club Lounge was helpful and went above and beyond to assist during my stay. Regarding the room, I highly recommend booking a Club Level room or suite. The panoramic views of Hiroshima are amazing, but the room is exceptionally comfortable. I had the chance to stay in a suite, approximately 750 sq. ft., which was quite comfortable, especially the bed. The bathroom was spacious, and the bathtub was worth it after a long day or walk in the city. I also recommend the spa facilities in the hotel. If you pay around 1,650 Yen, you can use the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and cold bath. This is a great activity to relax and disconnect from reality fully. I enjoyed my time there and would return if I had the chance. Overall, it was a great stay, and thankful for the generosity and excellent customer service provided by the team in this hotel.

The location is very convenient, just 5 minutes walk near the original explosion top. The room is big! It is also very close to JR Yokogawa Station. It takes 5 minutes to take the road tram to JR Yokogawa Station. It is very convenient to go to nearby places. If you are a family or a friend traveling together, it will be very suitable to live here.
