The live resale ticket at Green Arena Hiroshima hit two days ago, so I searched for it and made a reservation in a hurry. I was worried because it was cheap, but it was good at all. The receptionist was also a kind uncle. The room was like an apartment, with a small TV, toilet, washbasin, and toothbrush, towel, and yukata. The bath is shared, but there was also a bathtub. The facilities were old, but it was clean and I was satisfied because I only stayed! It was close to the green arena and there were places to eat rice and convenience stores on the way back to live.

It was a reasonable inn for sleeping, but there was no particular problem. The location was good within walking distance of the Peace Memorial Museum. I will also use it next time I go to Hiroshima. It's even better if you can use Wi-Fi. Thank you very much.

繁華街の中にあり、出張の仕事が終わって　居酒屋、お好み焼き、ラーメンなど食べるところには困りませんでした。逆に迷うくらい沢山ありました。隣接の駐車場があると聞いていたのですが、ちょうど修理中で停められなく　やむなく近くのコインパーキングへ。。。ちょっと残念でした。朝食は、簡易バイキングとはいえ　十分満足できました。

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, greeting me upon arrival and seeing me off at check-out. The location is excellent, right next to the station with plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel's own restaurant is superb. The bedding and pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable, truly impressive – I even considered buying some to take home! The environment was clean and hygienic, and the windows were so spotless they seemed to disappear, giving me a fantastic impression of Hiroshima overall. The only minor downsides were the hairdryer wasn't great, and the shampoo and shower gel weren't big brands, leaving my hair a bit stiff.

Breakfast was quite crowded, and the food quality was average.

This is my fourth time staying here, and I stayed for three days this time too. The twin room is very spacious and comfortable, and the furniture is well-designed. The high-floor view is also great. However, the service really has issues, especially with a female staff member named Akiyama. It was raining continuously during my stay, and when I went out at 11 AM, all the umbrellas were gone. She had a very bad attitude and just told me to go buy one at the convenience store, which made me really angry. Honestly, it's a management problem; they don't ask for room numbers when lending umbrellas, and no one collects them when you return.

Initially i wanted to book a hotel somewhere in the downtown. But the breakfast and the dinner here caught my eyes. Also the view of the inland islands. I stayed 2 nights here, I came from Fukuoka where my plane landed. The taxi fare from hiroshima station to the hotel is about 3000-3500 yen. There is free hotel shuttle bus but i did not take it. Also, there is public bus stopping right outside the hotel (which i found out later). Though the hotel is old, it is well kept and clean. The staff were very eager to assist the guests and there is always a smile on the face. I was given the 17th floor facing east. But the morning sun was too bright. Though it didnt matter much to me. Another reason i booked this hotel is they have speed boat counter for Miyajima island. I booked one way there as I have the JR pass for return and I have plans after. One way ticket from hotel to Miyajima is 2400 yen and return is 4500 yen. There is a convenience store in the hotel. But I believe they closes at 2200. Also, there is hot spring in the hotel. There is a usage charge for it, but i do not recall the price as i did not use. I went up to the bar on the 1st night. The view was great. Most importantly the price are reasonable too. For both days, i ate at the chinese restaurant for breakfast. 1st day was Japanese breakfast set. 2nd day was Japanese buffet style breakfast. They were delicious. The western and Japanese buffet breakfast at the top floor were very crowded. But they had more selections. For my return trip to Beppu, I used the concierge (bell desk) to send my big luggage to Fukuoka. The price was okay. I took the hotel shuttle bus go Hiroshima station. It was a pleasant ride. Do take note it is first come first serve and there’s a queue. I will stay here again, should I come back to Hiroshima. Thank you.

The rooms were comfortably large for two people and the beds were comfortable. Overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended. A room for improvement would be to consider providing bigger/more pillows for the beds - one small pillow may not beto everyone’s liking. Also, I felt the reception staff were a bit stingy when they declined my request for more bottled water after finishing the ones in the room…

The location itself is incredibly practical. You're just a few minutes away from supermarkets, shopping streets, and even a large Hiroshima department store. Dining, shopping, and even walking to the Atomic Bomb Dome are all within easy reach. Plus, you can catch a direct boat to Miyajima right from the riverside. There was a crowd during check-in, but the hotel staff efficiently handed out queue numbers, allowing guests to wait comfortably on the sofas. The room I got was perfectly quiet, which was great! Since it's a business hotel with a high turnover, if you need to sleep in a bit later during the day, you can call the front desk beforehand to arrange a suitable room cleaning time. This way, you can get a better rest in the morning. Check-out is a bit early at 10 AM, but you can pay to extend it for ¥1,000 per hour. The hotel also has laundry machines and a public bath on the top floor, making it excellent value for money. The staff provided great service too. Highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Hiroshima Station's South Exit. The room was on the smaller side, which I expected. Downstairs, they offer breakfast from 7-10 AM, with a good selection of breads, small pastries, apple juice, orange juice, and coffee. If you don't have super high expectations, it's pretty decent. There are also quite a few good izakayas nearby, but unfortunately, they allow smoking, so we couldn't go in with kids. However, there's a nice yakiniku place close by that was a good alternative.
