The service is very professional, the English is very good, and they received us very warmly. Seeing that our two girls also helped call taxis and carry luggage, I recommend the yogurt for breakfast. The homemade raw milk fermented slightly sweet taste is silky and dense

Overall, it's very good, just next to the shopping mall, but the air conditioner in the room doesn't get hot no matter how you adjust it, it's a bit cold

I have been to so many hotels in morocco but the Fairmont Rabat sale became one of my favorites or I should say my second home 😊 I spent ten days with my son visiting my hometown Rabat. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with dates and almond milk a tradition used in special occasions, everyone was so kind and ready to provide any assistance to make our stay comfortable! A special thanks to Tarik el youssofi who went above and beyond from the moment I was trying to make my reservation to my arrival, he surprised me with a beautiful room looking at the Marina and a sweet welcoming card, he also checked on me and my son every single day and made sure to give us a call to get ready for suhour. Ramadan really felt like I was home. Big thank you Mr Tarik, Mrs Sara, Mr bargash, Mr Hicham at room service and all the staff members working in the Fairmont Rabat sale. We can’t wait to comeback soon.PS: an updated menu to the amazing food you provide will be a great addition to your five stars services. As much as we loved the food the selections were limited and we were craving for more since our stay was longer. Rather than that everything was beyond excellent!

We had a delayed flight to Casablanca from Paris and got to the Fairmont late. We were greeted by Jaafar who made us feel like royalty. We checked us in, gave a personal tour of interesting facets of the new ( 2022) property and made sure our luggage got to our room. It was past 1 am by then. The next morning we had a 9 am pickup and Jaafar was there to make sure we made it. Probably one of the best experiences I've had in a hotel. The rooms are great.

Lovely, clean, modern hotel about 20 mins from the chaos of the old Town. Nice rooms, great toiletries, comfortable beds and pillows. A bit noisy so ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Amazing breakfast spread of Western and Moroccan food. A pool, I didn't use.

The hotel has a parking lot and the location is average. If you are not eating in the hotel, it is not convenient to eat out. There are not many good choices within walking distance. Hotel service attitude is pretty good

Very good hotel, excellent location, very close to the railway station; first-class environment, the garden inside is very local, in addition to the price is expensive, it is recommended!

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. Thanks to all the hotel staff and especially El Khalil, Myriam, Imane, Mariem, Jalal, Mehdi, Adam and Taoufiq for the excellent treatment and will always be ready to help us and meet us in everything we need.

Very beautiful hotel, the service staff is very enthusiastic, I ordered a half board for 4 adults, it is very delicate and tastes good. The kids ordered pasta, we ordered cocktails and white wine, all free. The mini bar and snacks in the room are also free.

Reviews From Real Travelers
1. Travel preparations The evening before I had booked via the Ctrip APP and got the room confirmation. I drove to the hotel the next day but couldn't find the proof of reservation. We were physically and mentally exhausted after 6 hours of long-distance bus travel and continued to wait for the hotel to check the place for more than an hour. I was told that the reason the hotel didn't have a record was that Ctrip local agents had not booked a room with the hotel before. I was very disappointed with Ctrip Dienst, which has nothing to do with the hotel. 2. Hotel rating Location: The location is in the old town of Medina. The market is a few minutes walk from the hotel. It is very convenient. The main attractions of Rabat are also within walking distance or a maximum of 5-10 minutes by car, however the hotel itself may not be easy to find (usually there is a widespread problem that the old building in riad has been rebuilt because they are all hidden in private houses), it is recommended that the driver (if any) take the same to the hotel, or ask the hotel staff to come out for a pickup, this is safest Surroundings: You can see that the hotel owner has put a lot of effort into combining the classic and modern elements of Morocco when designing the floor plan. He particularly likes the atrium, which lets in sunlight. The rooftop relaxation rooms and pool are also worth spending half a day sipping a cup of mint tea and enjoying the scenery. the place , Service: The staff are friendly and efficient and actively respond to requirements. Whether we want to carry luggage, book a car or just have a cup of mint tea, we are very satisfied with the service Facilities: This time it's the most unsatisfied part of my stay. It is most apt to refer to it as ”fancy”. The room was originally equipped with a tablet computer to intelligently control the room's lighting, air conditioning, etc. The bespoke software is only in French and it is not easy to use. and the function is also problematic (you cannot adjust the temperature of the air conditioner), which can be operated in a very simple way, but has to be dealt with in a complicated way There is no splash-proof design in the bathroom. After showering the entire bathroom was very wet and the entire wall was covered with traces of mold. The hotel ignored the details. The lights on the wall were at an angle and the TV set was also placed at an angle. i don't know why it came out In general, I don't know whether the people who gave high scores have eye problems or a higher level of acceptance than I. The service and the location of the hotel are overall full marks, but I think the room furnishings are absolutely unqualified and the price / performance ratio is absolutely unqualified extremely low.
- ZHIJIAN
Here you only have wow, wow, wow. For this price, stay in the most special and exquisite hotels, such as museums. The hotel owner is a famous local designer who transformed a ruined old house into the Islamic style, but If you can use a modern courtyard hotel, I will give you 200 points!

My husband and I stayed here for five nights. Beautiful quiet recently refurbished Riad in the medina located a 3 minute walk to Avenue Loulou where you can get a taxi. A 5 minute walk to the Kasbah and marina. What distinguishes this Riad is the kind warm thoughtful friendly host team, Aliza and her husband Aziz. They genuinely care about your comfort and interests. Our room on the third floor was spacious, comfy bed, a couch and two chairs, tv with many channels including English ones, excellent consistent wifi, excellent heat pump great on those days it was 10-12 degrees Celsius. Lovely rood top terrace outside our door.Very good full Moroccan breakfast served in the courtyard or lounge depending on weather. Highly recommend and will return. Aziza came with us to buy a SIM card and when we were leaving asked her husband to reinstall our original one. Very thoughtful of her.
- Guest User
Very comfortable riad located in the heart of the Medina. Service was impeccable. Rooms were large and clean. The staff and owner were very helpful and made sure our stay was fabulous. The breakfast is always well served and super fresh. Must consider this riad for your stay in the Medina.

Stayed for one night as part of a tour group . When you arrive there is a vibrant seating area with lime green / teal decor . It looks lovely. There was a nice view from our room but we didn’t plan to spend long in it . Sadly it was downhill from there. The beds had to be the hardest we have ever slept on . There was no spare bedding that you could use to lay on. I had requested a walk in shower but had a room with a shower over the bath , maybe they don’t have rooms with just showers . There was no safe in the room . We were not informed at Reception that we would need to register our credit/ debit card if we wanted to charge anything to our room .This led to a heated exchange with a staff member in the bar , who told me the bar only accepted cash . Some customer service training is needed here. Dinner & Breakfast were included . Food was not wonderful, tables weren’t cleared between courses. Food wasn’t refilled when dishes were almost empty. Rabat looks a lovely city & there must be much better hotels than this one .

It would of been a much better review except for the staff, the receptionist told us upon check in that our room would be ready in a few minutes, 40 minutes later I had to approach them, than all of a sudden our room was ready, the staff that work here are not friendly at all, especially in the breakfast room they were very rude and abrupt, one staff member was so upset that we did not use a tray, we didn't see them, but he over reacted, location was horrible we were far from everything, could not figure out the transportation, taxis are not very honest, so if you want to walk everywhere not a good choice, now for the good, there is a bar on site, rooms were very nice and clean, lobby area was very nice and bright, the bartender was very friendly, close to the train station if you are taking trains, we only stayed for 2 nights, staff need to improve their people skills, your in hospitality and need a good personality

Hotel location is good, walk to the train station, there are many shops and restaurants around, it is very convenient to go out to eat and buy things. The facilities in the room are very new and there is no damage, that is, the area is relatively small. Breakfast is not very good, but the juice is freshly squeezed.

Rabat|0.34km from city center
Room located on second floor at the back of the hotel opposite ‘Sitel’ which is a call centre seemingly specialising in the North American market and so is busy over night with staff coming and going and chatting in the street. If you like a window open at night it can get very noisy. Room comfortable but reading lights are too dim. Breakfast fine with a good selection of foods. Location 5 minutes up the hill from Gare de Rabat and central to the city centre but the walk from the station is a bit awkward because of building work on a building next door. Highlight was the Bar serving food and alcohol (Moroccan wine 120 DH a bottle) with music supplied by a resident guitarist. Low light was extending by an additional night and being charged the walk in rate which is rather expensive rather than what we had paid for the initial stay on Expedia. Rather puts a dampener on the whole stay but won’t get caught again. Would I recommend? Yes I would.

The location of the hotel is close to Rabat city station and tram, very convenient, and the front desk service is good and helpful. But there was no electricity in the room, so I asked the waiter to deal with it for a while, and the electricity was cut off again at night. We did not use any electrical appliances in the room from start to finish. Bad experience. The water pressure in the hotel bath is great! This is very commendable!

It is a very good family hotel, the boss should be French, and the French and British people are mostly. The overall design mixes Moroccan and French styles and is very good. Although the location is in the old town, it is not far from the small square outside the spice market. Get off at the small square and cross the alleys of the spice market. You can walk in about 5 minutes. Facilities, services, and sanitation are very good. European guests are well dressed, so if you dress properly, you will be more respected, it is best not to wear jackets and sports pants.

Super super good! The reception desk, and the restaurant's little friends are super good. I always go to the bar to have hot water instant noodles. Hahaha, they are particularly interested in my instant noodles. I ordered Loup and sent me to the room to eat, delicious! Let the front desk help us book the taxi in advance, go downstairs at 5 am, and the staff is on duty at the front desk, really thank you!
