Wow what an absolutely gem. Where do I start? There’s so many positive things to say I don’t know where to start. My husband booked this hotel at the last minute a couple days before departure. The hotel organised our pick up from the airport which was a stunning brand new Mercedes luxury mini bus which had enough glitz and and glam to satisfy the Kardashian’s! Once arriving at the hotel, the reception staff made us feel very welcomed with lots of information about the hotel and local area. To our surprise the hotel run a free service to and from Fira which is an added bonus as we knew we were a 30 minute walk away. Then we were taken to our room by a lovely man who carried out super heavy luggage down the steps to our room. Wow, the view was amazing. The room was spacious clean and fresh with a lovely bed bigger than two doubles pushed together. The bathroom had a rainfall shower with a handset built into an alcove which maybe tricky if your over 5’7! But don’t let that put you off, the views from every angle of the hotel more than make up for it. Breakfast was included which was simple but to a high standard nothing pre packed all fresh. The waiters were fantastic full of energy and knowledgeable. We booked our first evening meal at the hotel and the quality was amazing everything was done to a high standard. The only disappointment was we simply didn’t book longer. If your thinking of booking please do you won’t be disappointed. Absolutely fabulously fantastic, the Astro Palace is one of the true hidden gems in Santorini. To see it, to stay there, and to experience it, is to believe it, as words alone cannot describe the sheer beauty of this property. We stayed from 28th July 2022 through to 5th August 2022, to be honest, we didn't want to leave!🙈
The food was wonderful, the breakfast was buffet style but there was plenty selection from cold meat to full English. The dinner was wonderful too, the Greek Caeser salad was delicious 😋😋😋
The staff are one of the best and well trained I've ever experienced in my widely travelled life. The moment you set foot into the hotel, you're welcomed with the most beautiful smiles and you're treated like royalty. I would like to give special thanks to Hope, Anna-Maria, Efi, Natalie and Ahmed (the best front desk people I have ever seen), their warm welcome, their ever smiling faces, their knowledge, their care and their humanity is beyond description. Thank you all so much for making my wife and I feel like royalty and at home, your customer care is the best I have ever experienced, and I have travelled far and wide.

Fab hotel with great service. The breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from👌 We booked a transfer from the airport through the hotel and this worked perfectly although we had a 4 hour delay. If you arrive after 11pm the resturant and bar is closed at the hotel and there is nothing near by to grab food or drink from. The free transfer to Fira worked really well for us. Drinks at the hotel are expensive and they only issue you 1 small bottle of water on arrival complimentary. I personal thought being a 5 star that tea, coffee, milk and water should have been provided but there is a lidl down the road to get supply's. Visiting the sister hotel opposite Volcano view is a must as the view from there are fabulous. We had a couple of very nice but expensive cocktails in there, but we'll worth it for the view at sunset. Both hotels lacked a vibe at night, although we went out of season so I am sure this isn't always the case. This was perfecf for us as we was wanting a relaxing break. Only criticism is that although we booked a triple room we only had 2 seats to sit outside. I had to ask twice for a second chair as it was taken away. From$131

Thank you, Renta and staff, for a memorable stay in Santorini. I had some doubts about the suites’ location overlooking the Caldera and the climbing that might be required, but the hotel is easily accessible with lovely gentlemen who take your luggage down to your room and pick it up when you are ready to leave. The accommodations are roomy, well appointed, and have an incredible view of the sea. We had our own patio where we could eat an ample breakfast delivered every morning. On these same mornings when we were very lucky, a parade of donkeys and one mule would clop by the path near the hotel, carrying materials to nearby sites. Of course our stay in November meant that many restaurants and shops in Imeroviglia were closed, but Fira is nearby. Renta will call Nico to give you a ride into town. Both of them are so gracious and accommodating that we very much enjoyed our stay. Following Renta’s advice, we took the catamaran tour of the Caldera, a must for seeing the Caldera from the sea. The plus side of Santorini in November is a complete lack of crowds. Our weather was sunny and in the seventies every day, which may have been a Greek anomaly but perfect for us. I highly recommend the Aqua Luxury suites and staff. From$129

Very good, the environment is beautiful, the sister and brother at the front desk are super awesome, and they upgraded the room. The location is excellent, the hotel lobby is the photo spot of the Blue Dome Church. It is also very close to the town center. The key is that the hotel service is excellent. Lia was amazing! She is so friendly and helpful. If you ever want to hire a reliable employee with great customer service skills, look no further, Lia is your answer. My stay at Rocabella has been wonderful. When I arrived, Lia told me they had a special surprise for me…that my room was upgraded. I couldn’t believe it!
The daily housekeeping was great, they cleaned and tidy the room like I had not been there the night before. The breakfast options were unbelievable and delicious. You order your breakfast over the phone and the kitchen will deliver to your room within minutes. I was there late February, so it is not as busy as the summertime. So, things might be different during busy season. I will definitely recommend Rocabella to any of my friends and families that are going to Santorini.

Going in early April, the price of 2000, although it is also expensive, but compared with June and August, even if it is very favorable. We were two big and one small, and the child was 5 years old. The result was told that I could only stay 2, and then the child added 100 euros. After adding the money, we upgraded to the suite, which is very good. Breakfast was ordered on the previous night and explained the meal time. The next day, the waiter will be delivered on time, the variety is still rich, less points, or can not eat hahaSOLD OUT

The location of the hotel is very good, the service is very good, the town of Yiya is just outside the door, and you can check in the blue-roofed church in the hotel. The hotel has a private location at the best sunset point for hotel guests to watch the sunset. It takes 5 minutes to walk there. The breakfast is good, the outdoor restaurant on the roof of the hotel has a beautiful environment, and the steak and scallops for dinner are delicious!From$654

Very beautiful and clean hotel. Nice swimming pool. The owners -Popy and her husband, also the staff really made my holiday special. Everyone seems so happy working here which made my stay even more enjoyable. It made me feel like home from home and very comfortable. I would definitely come back and the best experience I had here in Santorini. They have also a very nice restaurant, a terrace outside with views and very good prices. In particular I would recommend the very varied breakfasts. I was gifted a bottle of wine. Nothing was too much trouble here There is option of Airport and Port transfers at a fee On arrival I had lost my suitcase, Popy and her husband managed to trace my suitcase. My plane was cancelled and I was also given another reservation, even though it was late in the evening. I would strongly recommend this hotel.From$60

The hostel is in an amazing location close to the main tourist area and bus stops for transportation. The convenience of being able to easily explore the city was definitely a highlight of my stay. Additionally, the AC worked well, which made for a comfortable stay. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the bathrooms (in our private suite), which had a strong smell of mold that made it difficult to use them comfortably. Also, I have to say that the owners/workers were the unfriendliest people I've ever encountered at a hostel. They seemed disinterested (and out right hostile at some points) whenever we asked questions about the hostel or Santorini.From$29

We arrived at the hotel and got a warm reception. They took our breakfast order for the following morning and completed the check in process. Our room had a sitting area at the front door and balcony. Bed was comfortable and room had all the necessary amenities. The hotel is very service oriented with friendly and accommodating staff. They delivered a yummy breakfast to our room, on time. If you don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars per night for a room over looking the ocean, but close enough to shopping and restaurants, this is the place. This is the best of the three hotels in the Holy Island (24 in total). The price is around 5k. But this is far better than the other two (canaves oia sunday suites and pegasus spa suites) The detached suite has a garden with two floors, one bedroom and one living room on each floor, which can accommodate four people: the first floor bedroom has a good view of the pool and the base bedroom space has a large view of the bottom of the pool. Champagne is delivered, as if the Santorini suite hotel will deliver champagne. The waiter's attitude did not say very well, the boxes and bags will be delivered to the room after you check in. Breakfast is different every day. Fruits are quite rich but the taste varies from person to person. The pool is small enough for a small, plunge pool that can only be considered a bath. Check out the next day to the canaves oia sunday suites to let the hotel call the car, Mercedes-Benz V, free (probably because the two are the same company) If I come with my parents or a friend next time, I still live in this store.From$613
