The service was absolutely excellent! We went to watch the fireworks from our room on the second day of Chinese New Year, and the whole building had such a great vibe. The service from the Hong Kong staff genuinely made us feel comfortable. The hotel is directly across from 1881 Heritage and right next to Harbour City! Next time I visit, I'd definitely choose this hotel again. Our room was quite spacious too!

Stayed in hotel for 5 days as my usual hotel I stayed booked out, so first time in Royal Garden, it was pleasantly surprised. Apart from my reception lady was a bit less welcoming and little smile (which was somewhat disappointed), everything else was all great. The cleaning staff especially were amazing, polite, welcoming, attentive with my rooms (without me giving them any instructions, they had done all the right things), the room was excellent, big, well functional, well good rooms. I would come back to stay again in HK with Royal Garden and also would recommend to others.

I've stayed at Cordis countless times now. It's gotten to the point where the junior staff at the Executive Lounge remember us – the service is truly excellent, so comfortable and thoughtful! This time, I was on the 36th floor, the same floor as the Executive Lounge, which was incredibly convenient; it was right there as soon as I stepped out! However, this was the only time there was no turndown service or chocolates, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the cleaning this time felt a bit sloppy and not very thorough, and this is the first time that's happened...

This hotel is conveniently located right above Mong Kok East MTR station, on top of Grand Plaza, which makes it super accessible. That's why I always choose to stay here whenever I visit Hong Kong. Downstairs, you'll find a shopping mall, restaurants, and entertainment venues, offering everything you need in one place. Just a short walk from the mall and you're in the vibrant heart of Mong Kok. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the rooms are quite spacious by Hong Kong standards. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Wan Chai and Causeway Bay Hong Kong|4.81km from city center
The Regal Hotel was the biggest surprise of our Greater Bay Area trip, exceeding all expectations! While an older hotel, it's very well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and the bedding and mattress were incredibly comfortable and soft. The absolute best part is its superb location in Causeway Bay, offering excellent transport links. We arrived from Zhuhai via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, and the A11 bus takes you directly to the hotel. For our return to mainland China, there's a CTS (China Travel Service) bus ticket office right next to the hotel entrance. You can buy tickets a day in advance for easy access to Shenzhen Port, Shenzhen Airport, and various cities in Guangdong. During our stay in Hong Kong, we walked to Sogo, Hysan Place, and Times Square, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. To get to Wan Chai Pier for the Star Ferry, you can catch a 'ding ding' tram right outside the hotel, and the MTR station is also very close, making getting around incredibly convenient. Finally, a special thanks to the hotel for providing a birthday cake 🎂 and red wine for my friend, which made for a wonderful birthday celebration in Hong Kong.

Room: The standard room is quite small; I couldn't open my suitcase on the floor, so I had to put it on the bed. Booked two standard rooms for 2 adults and 2 children. Facilities: The slippers were thinner than paper. You can heat water, but honestly, my expectations for HK were already low. Cleanliness: It was acceptable, and the shower had good water pressure. Environment: The surrounding area has convenient transportation, with a supermarket right outside and a metro station within walking distance.

Traveled to Hong Kong with my son. The hotel is right by K11 and not far from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. There are lots of trendy '网红茶餐厅' (internet-famous tea restaurants) nearby. After dinner, it was lovely to stroll to Victoria Harbour. The hotel facilities and management were decent. On our last day, we stored our luggage and went shopping in Tsim Sha Tsui, walking to Harbour City, then to Central, Stanley, Victoria Peak, Kennedy Town, and even Macau. The transportation and transfers were all very convenient. Its excellent location is definitely its biggest selling point, highly recommended!

Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong|2.14km from city center
We stayed in a room with two 1.8-meter beds, and it was super easy with three kids. It's really rare to find a hotel with two large beds like that in Hong Kong. This room type had just been renovated, so it was pretty new, and the room size was decent for Hong Kong standards. The only downside was no breakfast spot, and the facilities could use a bit of an upgrade. Luckily, there are tons of restaurants right downstairs and nearby, like Hong Kong style, Japanese, Korean, and Southeast Asian cuisine, which was super convenient. My favorites were Lian Xiang House, Wa So Cafe, and Red Tea Cafe next door – highly recommend them, the food is delicious! In terms of transportation, it's very close to Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station, and it's an easy walk to major Tsim Sha Tsui East destinations like Harbour City and the Avenue of Stars.

Before my trip, I was really torn, like opening a mystery box, especially since we were traveling with an elderly person. After comparing triple rooms, location, price, and ratings, we settled on this hotel. You can't compare it to brand new hotels in mainland China, so it's best to lower your expectations a bit. For a place to stay, it's perfectly adequate. I was on the 10th floor, and this is the view from my window. It's clean, and they clean the room daily. The front desk service was also good; I forgot my plug adapter, and they were able to lend me one. They speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, so you can speak whatever you're comfortable with, and communication will be smooth. Breakfast can't compete with 4-star hotels or higher on the mainland, but it's quite varied and enough to fill you up before heading out. There's afternoon tea from 3 PM to 6 PM. You could even consider it dinner, which really highlights the value for money. They offer chicken wings, pastries, and black sesame paste, definitely better than trying food you might not like. There's a supermarket right across the street, and it's a 7-minute walk to the MTR station. It's also a short walk to the Avenue of Stars and a 10-minute walk to the airport bus stop. I hope this helps others.

I left a review for my friends at the hotel, but I'll share it here too. It's a wonderful hotel, close to the metro, 7/11, food, vegetables, and fruit. I love room, hotel and everything, but I have to mention the hair care the hotel provides. I really liked the conditioner and shampoo; it felt like a hair mask, not a conditioner, and you'd had a keratin straightener. Very nice cosmetic i love it!!!! The hotel is located just two metro stops from the central. If you walk down from the hotel, there's a park and a promenade nearby, all convenient and comfortable for walking. You can even walk from the promenade to the bus station where buses go to Macau. The hotel room is not big, but 1-2 people will be fine. You can see the view for yourself, to be honest, I was fascinated by the view of the mountains more than ocean bcs i lived 10 months near ocean before 😀. The hotel is located just 1.6-2 km from the center and is cheaper than in the central part. It's easy to get from the airport by Aeroexpress to the HK station, walk 3 min go to central station 🚉-> 2 station and you arrive. In general, if you want to save money and stay in a good hotel, I recommend it.

Five-star review! (^ω^)👍🏻 The hotel environment is great, the room is spacious enough, and the cleanliness is excellent. Having a direct drinking water dispenser is very convenient, and it also comes with a mini-fridge, a safe, and an iron. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic. The cleaning lady was especially kind and even told us about fun places to visit and how to get around using public transport. The location is superb! Across the road is the International Shopping Centre and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station Exit C1. Next to the shopping center, there's a street with a Hong Kong-style 'cha chaan teng' (tea restaurant) that has lots of delicious food – we went there four times during our four-night stay! 😂 Chungking Mansions and Mirador Mansion are right next door. Jenny Bakery for Jenny's Cookies is on the second floor of Mirador Mansion, just a few minutes' walk away. However, you need to go early to queue, preferably before 9 AM, and be prepared to pay with cash. It's also very close to Victoria Harbour's Avenue of Stars and the Hong Kong Museum of Art, about a 10-minute walk. It's super convenient to stroll along the Avenue of Stars in the morning and enjoy the night view and light show in the evening. If I visit again, I would definitely choose this hotel!

After the Chinese New Year, during the off-peak season, it was less than 500 a night, which is half the price of my last visit. Although it's a bit of a walk from the two subway stations, it's still pretty good value for money. The twin room felt a bit more cramped than the single room I stayed in last time. 【Subway 🚇】Olympic Station C5 exit is the closest. For Mong Kok, I recommend exit E, which leads directly to Donki and Matsukiyo (no elevator, not recommended if you have luggage). 【Return High-Speed Rail 🚄】You can take the free hotel shuttle bus to West Kowloon. The drop-off point is at Exit B, just inside on the right (picture 3), and you can take the escalator up, which is quite convenient.

The room was tiny, but the location was fantastic, right in the city center. It was super convenient to get everywhere, practically next door to The Peninsula. You don't even need GPS; just remember the landmarks and you can easily navigate downtown to places like DONKI, Harbour City, Victoria Harbour, the Hong Kong Space Museum, the Science Museum, and more. If you're feeling adventurous, you can even book on the same day, as that's usually when you'll find the cheapest rates for hotels.

Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong|1.85km from city center
Our extended family traveled to Hong Kong for Chinese New Year, from the fifth to the ninth day of the ***** calendar. So, I booked three sea-view twin rooms (for four nights) and one city-view king room (for two nights) on the 14th, costing over 15,000 (non-cancellable within three days of check-in). However, two days before departure, two family members had urgent work and needed to return home two days early. I immediately called the front desk to discuss, but they flatly refused, saying it was booked through a platform and had nothing to do with them. I promptly contacted Trip.com, and they replied a few hours later saying they had negotiated with the hotel, but the hotel wouldn't budge. Trip.com apologized and offered loyalty points instead. I understand we were past the cancellation deadline, but for such a large booking, and given we've stayed here for the past two months, and we weren't canceling the entire order – the bulk of it was still going ahead – it felt incredibly inflexible and uncooperative. It really felt like the Hong Kong way of doing business was very inhumane. Last year, I booked a hotel in Mexico through Trip.com, and we canceled the entire order a week past the deadline. I submitted a request on Trip.com, and they immediately agreed. Picture three shows our review for a two-night, two-room booking made on another platform in January. Because of this experience, I don't think I'll choose this hotel again in the future. The city-view king room we booked here was an accessible room on the 17th floor. It felt larger than our sea-view room, but the bathroom was very basic, with only one sink and no vanity counter, which was inconvenient. I forgot to take photos.

The front desk staff member was incredibly polite and well-mannered. The one wearing glasses seemed to be around 173-175cm tall. My friends who went to check in earlier were told there were no rooms available and had to wait, but this staff member immediately and proactively helped arrange one for us. It felt like encountering a true lifesaver, and I'm so grateful and appreciative! Thumbs up for him. Although the room wasn't huge, it was quite clean. There weren't any disposable shower gels, which would have been a nice touch. Anyway, I'm still giving a perfect score because of that staff member's excellent service attitude! 💯
