One of the most iconic buildings in Asian (one of the ugliest too??) with a great view over the lake from the room. A lot of options for foodies and the food quality was high. Service was good even before the holiday. However, if you are looking for a relaxing and zen holiday, this would not be ideal. The lobby is always packed; it looks like a train station. The interior design of the room... I am not capable of appreciating it (yet). Love the in-room steam shower very much.

Booked this room for the second time as it is really convenient to everywhere. New Yaohan, Senado Square etc. Many small eateries and shops around the corner. Room is huge and I love the amenities and facilities provided by the hotel. Daily breakfast set was flavorful too with some Chinese dimsum / local variety.

This hotel had just opened, and because I have a special connection with London, it had been on my radar. For our anniversary trip, it was the obvious choice. Five days before our arrival, a hotel staff member called to ask about our needs for the stay. They also added me on WeChat to provide important check-in information, including the airport bus connections and details about the Huating Club benefits. **Facilities:** The layout of the living room, bedroom, and bathroom was well-designed and flowed seamlessly. The bathroom fixtures were all luxury brands, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. There was even a foot massager in the living room, which was a thoughtful and friendly touch. **Environment:** All the rooms are designed as suites, making them comfortable and practical. The lobby, breakfast area, afternoon tea restaurant, and cocktail bar all boast an exquisitely luxurious design with a strong British vintage feel. **Service:** From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the butler service made us feel truly at home. After checking in, our butler, Cindy, escorted us to our room and provided a thoughtful introduction. She was available online throughout our stay, arranging meal times and seating, organizing anniversary room decorations and a celebratory cake, and even bringing us small desserts and handwritten cards in the evening. The service was incredibly meticulous.🌹 The restaurant staff also made our experience very enjoyable. A special thanks to Willian, the handsome gentleman at afternoon tea. His warm smile was charming, and his professional and attentive recommendations for freshly made desserts felt like he could read my mind. I was holding a bottle of sparkling water and was about to open it myself when he appeared by my side, providing the perfect service – twisting it open and pouring it for me, all seamlessly. This is the highest level of service. Candra, who worked at the Leadenhall Market breakfast, spoke fluent English and was delightful and incredibly attentive. We went back for breakfast a day later, and he immediately recognized us, greeting us warmly with a special sense of familiarity. Knowing we were leaving after breakfast, he mentioned he had specially made a rose latte for Madame, which made us very happy. I also want to thank Jessica at the evening cocktail bar for making us anniversary fruit cakes for two consecutive nights and for taking photos that beautifully captured the ambiance.❤️ After all that, I haven't even mentioned the amazing food at the Huating Club. The breakfast was so rich it was moving, with various sashimi, seafood congee, seafood noodles, chicken soup with fish maw, various Cantonese dim sum, steak, and lamb chops – all fresh and delicious. And it's available until 1 PM, which is perfect for late risers. After exploring and sightseeing, there's also an excellent afternoon tea with a wide array of exquisite desserts, savory snacks, and beautiful small bites. During cocktail hour in the evening, not only are drinks unlimited, but they are paired with a whole set of beautifully plated snacks, and the offerings change daily – so much thought put into it. The service and food are absolutely top-notch. The experience was fantastic. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Macao next time.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and the concierge team was incredibly helpful. They assisted with receiving flowers and decorating the room, which made my girlfriend so happy. They also stored our luggage. I particularly want to commend Collin and another colleague whose name I don't know – they were truly wonderful. The evening bar staff were also exceptionally friendly, and the bar had a great selection of drinks and delicious snacks. What really touched me was that even though I hadn't specifically mentioned it was my girlfriend's birthday, they prepared a cake and even sang 'Happy Birthday' to her – I suspect Collin might have arranged it. It was incredibly thoughtful and moving. I'm definitely coming back to Macau, and I'll always choose to stay at this hotel.

Because I'm used to it, I like the hotel feel. Familiar feeling. Moreover, it is very convenient to go to Yaohan, the old street, and it is convenient to eat and shop nearby. The hotel service is also very good. We were upgraded to a luxury suite once. Very praiseworthy. It's a pity that the big fish tank is gone. . .

At least ten likes, free upgrade to sea view room, the handsome guy at the front desk is super good, actively helping the elderly, the room is large, clean and bright, very satisfied! You can also visit the Yuanmingyuan animal head exhibition for free, which is a feast for the eyes!

This is by far the most welcoming hotel I've stayed at in Macau 🏨. A lovely lady at the front desk, realizing we were two families traveling together with two children, proactively arranged connecting rooms and upgraded one of our original king rooms to a Parisian Macao Eiffel Tower 🗼 view room. We ended up with a spacious two-bedroom, two-living room suite, and the kids were thrilled, playing trains 🚄 and doing gymnastics 🤸 in the room. When we requested a change to the minibar drinks, a server 💁‍♀️ promptly came to replace them. Plus, we received a complimentary exquisite afternoon tea set upon check-in, a three-tiered French Eiffel Tower 🗼 pastry stand 🥧 that was incredibly ceremonial!

Exceptional stay at Paiza Lofts. We booked 5 rooms for 3 nights for our family of 15, and every one of us truly enjoyed it. The suites were spacious, spotless, and so comfortable—it genuinely felt like home. The staff were outstanding. We were celebrating my dad’s recovery, and Ariel thoughtfully arranged a cake for us, which meant a lot. Iris was also incredibly attentive during our group check-in, ensuring everything was smooth and comfortable. A heartfelt, memorable stay—definitely our top choice when we return to Macau.

I checked in early because of Ctrip VIP, but other guests didn't. The room was standard and relatively new, and they gave me a small gift and welcome fruit. They also gave me a subway card, which was unexpected. I didn't plan to take the light rail, but I experienced it and went to the Mazu Temple, which was very popular. The breakfast was OK, but not very good. There was one problem, the shower water temperature was unstable, and it was scalding from time to time. This is unacceptable for a hotel that costs 5,000 per night. In short, I didn't like it very much, nor did I dislike it very much. I probably won't book again.

excellent service by the staff of MGM Cotai, from the reception to the front desk. Very well service by the individual restaurants staff , including the Chinese catering 淳, and 好煱。Very helpful and nice service staff, not only rendering appropriate seats and recommending delicious but suitable dishes, according to the needs of the customers. It was difficult to obtain transportation means in the morning, but the staff , namely Richard Liu of the main lobby, has spent extra efforts to call a taxi for our aged patients. Many thanks to this gentleman and his fellow workers.

An absolutely wonderful experience! The front desk service, provided by a Malaysian girl, was exceptional. From check-in to personally guiding me to my room and explaining all the facilities and their use, she was incredibly nice. The room itself was spacious, and the fresh and delicious fruit delivered daily was a lovely touch. Evian water was readily available everywhere. The room was also cleaned promptly and thoroughly. The 31st-floor pool was sparkling clean. All in all, this is hands down the best hotel in Macau. I will definitely choose Banyan Tree again for my next visit.

This is my first time stay in this hotel. Room conditions is good but the pool inside the room is a bit waste because it seems no use except a family stay in with kids. Water, welcome fruit, mini bar really good enough. lighting, room set up is at high level. sauna room is a bit disappointed because no rest room, no wet towel, no 1 time use underwear, the only good is the opening time is at 08:00 - 22:00 which is better than other hotel. the best is the service, front desk and the floor manager very concern the tenant's comments and the reflect action is quick. Definitely will stay again to try their SPA.

Not the most convenient location, but there’s shuttle buses provided by the hotel to/from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, The Venetian and The Parisian. Shuttle buses to the hotels at Cotai Strip only starts from 11AM though, would be great if it can start earlier. The staff also made up for it with their service! They were very helpful in directing us to the bus stop that we were looking for, and helped us to break our note to give us small change so that we can get around Macau by public bus. Ron very kindly upgraded us to a sea view room and we had a very comfortable stay!

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our stay truly felt like a home away from home. We owe a massive thank you to Sonia and Nate from the Concierge team. Unfortunately, an elderly family member had an accidental fall, sustaining a scratched arm. Sonia and Nate were absolutely incredible – they went above and beyond by helping us coordinate parking and even accompanying us to the hospital for treatment. We are profoundly grateful for their exceptional assistance!

Staying in Morpheus has been a gorgeous experience for both my friend and me. Both its architecture and service are top-notch! We arrived at 12 noon aiming to simply drop.off the luggage to wait for checking into.the room at 3 pm. The receptionist kindly advised us that the room will be available at around 1:30 pm. Then, he personally took us to the room and patiently explained to us all the advanced operating tech in it. The ambience and the facilities in the room are unforgettable! This is one of the best value for money hotel-stay I have come across so far! Thank you for booking this nice hotel for us and look forward to my next visit there! M. Chan

This hotel is incredibly grand and the property itself is excellent, but surprisingly, the service was completely out of line with what you'd expect from a luxury hotel in Macau. At check-in, the front desk staff didn't even offer a basic greeting, and the breakfast restaurant's service was even more underwhelming. It left a lasting impression, but not in a good way, as it felt totally mismatched with the hotel's caliber.

The hotel is quite grand and the rooms are very spacious, though a bit old-fashioned. There was a faint 'ding-dong' sound occasionally at night, so the soundproofing could be better. The service was excellent; the front desk staff were very welcoming and my luggage was delivered right to my room door. The shuttle service was great, running every few minutes, very convenient! Recommended.

My wife and I chose Nuwa in Macau to celebrate our anniversary, and the hotel's arrangements were an incredible and pleasant surprise. A special thank you for the thoughtful flowers and red wine, which added a wonderful sense of occasion to our anniversary celebration. The in-room details at Nuwa are absolutely top-notch: **Premium Hardware:** The quality of the toiletries and slippers is excellent, and the mini-bar is fully stocked with drinks and a coffee machine. **Thoughtful Design:** The room features a direct HDMI input, which was incredibly smooth and convenient for me, as I enjoy casting media and watching sports. Regarding service, I particularly want to commend Tiffany at the front desk, the staff member who assisted with our luggage (Mr. Yu, if I recall correctly), and the staff member who helped us open our red wine. Their service during our stay was professional yet incredibly friendly, always prioritizing the guest experience and making us feel right at home. Having stayed at dozens of hotels in Macau over the years, Nuwa definitely ranks in my top three. Both the physical amenities and the soft services are of the highest standard. Highly recommended!

I've stayed here many times. Their concierge service is excellent; the pre-check-in service already started, which was very thoughtful. This time, for our wedding anniversary, they sent chocolates, wine, and more – the service was truly outstanding. The room was spacious enough, the bedding comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful, with special gourmet dishes that were very appealing.

This hotel is located in Macau Peninsula's Ponte 16. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, making transportation very convenient. The buffet lunch at the hotel's Seawind Restaurant was rich and varied, with the fried rice and beef brisket noodles being particularly delicious. I especially loved the small pastries and desserts, which were exquisitely made. As a French brand, Sofitel really excels in its desserts – thumbs up! 👍

Had a fantastic experience! The young man with glasses who checked me in was super nice. He upgraded my room and even sent up fruit and a cake. He also took the time to explain the hotel facilities and resort (I forgot the name of the resort, but the service was excellent). Room 916 was great, and the toiletries were lovely and fragrant. The hotel is centrally located and has a really charming, vintage feel to it, with lots of international guests. The lobby is quite photogenic, especially with the grand staircase and chandelier! The hotel's location is also convenient, with a bus stop nearby.

There were two things I was happy with, and two things I wasn't. This was our first time in Macau. We’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels before, so we didn't have high expectations, but Studio City Macau pleasantly surprised us. When I booked on Trip.com, I mentioned it was for a birthday celebration and asked if the hotel could arrange a birthday setup or cake, but I didn't receive any reply. At check-in, the front desk didn't seem aware of this request either. However, I must highly commend Marco from the front desk; he added 80 points to our experience at this hotel! 👍🏽 After hearing my request, Marco proactively arranged for the decorations to be set up after we left the room, asked what time I wanted the cake delivered, and then even extended our check-out time, adding, “The most important thing is to have fun.” Marco felt genuinely friendly, not like the jaded or robotic staff you sometimes encounter at other 5-star hotels. He showed genuine warmth and was very patient in answering our other questions. Furthermore, every request we made via the in-room phone was met with polite, patient, and accommodating service from the staff, which truly made us feel at home. The second thing I want to praise is the hotel room. I honestly didn't have any expectations for the hotel, as it’s not a brand-new property, so I anticipated it might be a bit dated. But I was pleasantly surprised the moment I stepped in! The room's hardware was well-maintained, and its cleanliness was perhaps the most spotless I've ever encountered in a hotel. You could tell from the bathroom – not a single water stain! No hair, no dust, the bathtub was incredibly clean, and we were very satisfied. The room also came with complimentary snacks, drinks, and fruit, which was a lovely bonus. The only minor drawback was that the TV wasn't a Smart TV, so if you wanted to watch Netflix from your phone, you had to ask the front desk for an external connector. Also, the room felt much larger than it appeared in the photos, which was another great surprise. Now for the two things I was unhappy with: First, while most hotel staff were very nice, a few male concierges were utterly unprofessional and rude – worse than what you’d find in a low-grade hotel. Both times we approached the concierge with questions, their attitude was like that of *****; they rolled their eyes and were impatient, even though three of them were just standing around chatting, not busy. Our questions were very simple. Me: “Excuse me, what facilities are exclusively for hotel guests?” Concierge: (Dismissive, unwelcoming tone) “Huh? None.” Me: (But the front desk mentioned a sauna near the water park? We also bought park tickets, so I wanted to clarify.) “Like, the gym? Pool? Sauna?” Concierge: “You have to pay!” Me: (What’s wrong with paying? My question wasn't about whether it’s free or not.) “So, which facilities are there?” Concierge: “They're all closed.” (It was around 9 PM at the time.) I have to commend Marco again, because his excellent service kept our spirits high throughout our stay, so we didn't bother arguing with those concierge '*****'. However, because of them, I can only give the service 4 stars. The second dissatisfaction: The hotel breakfast. The concierge told us breakfast hours were from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. We arrived at 10:29 AM, only to be told that breakfast was actually from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. We rushed to grab food, but a male restaurant staff member was already competing with us, clearing away food and tongs. He even threw food away right in front of us, preventing us from taking any… was he really in such a hurry? We were helpless and asked him for tongs, but he impatiently told us to find other tongs that hadn't been cleared yet. We sat down, and by 10:50 AM, a female staff member came over to rush us, saying they needed to do a deep clean. I ate my food under pressure in 20 minutes and left, feeling utterly uncomfortable. There were still many people in the restaurant at the time; we weren't the only ones.

The room was pretty good. Even though the hotel is a bit old, I'd stayed here once before 1999 (when there was no Grand Lisboa or Venetian Macau), and it's clear they've been continuously renovating. They offer a shuttle service from the Gongbei Port to the hotel. The staff were all very enthusiastic, helped with my luggage, and communication was seamless. You can easily walk to famous spots like the Ruins of St. Paul's, St. Dominic's Church, and Senado Square. Margaret's Café e Nata (for egg tarts), Yee Shun Milk Company (for double-skin milk pudding), and Koi Kei Bakery (for local snacks) are all nearby. Plus, casinos like MGM and others offer free milk tea, Coke, Red Bull, coffee, juice, sausage buns, and red bean buns – the rich folks really are generous!

In late May, I took a ferry from Hong Kong's Sheung Wan pier to Macau's Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, then walked 20 minutes to the Rio Hotel. The hotel strictly enforces its 3 PM check-in policy, and there were many guests waiting to check in at that time, so we all had to queue up. The standard room was very spacious (much more so than Hong Kong hotels). I booked the hotel through Trip.com for an average of CNY 450 per night, which included breakfast for two (the breakfast was decent and suited to average tastes). The hotel is very close to Macau's famous landmark, the Ruins of St. Paul's, and is within walking distance. After checking out this morning, I stored my luggage and spent most of the day exploring Taipa. To get back to mainland China via the Gongbei Port, you can hitch a ride on the shuttle bus from the neighboring hotel. I visited Taiwan in 2019, and now that I've explored Hong Kong and Macau, I've checked off all the boxes for my travels!

The hotel doesn't offer a shuttle service. From Macau Airport, you can first take the Venetian Hotel's shuttle. Get off at the Venetian, then walk across the street (about 1 minute) to transfer to the Sands Macao shuttle. After getting off at Sands Macao Hotel, it's a 2-minute walk to Harbourview Hotel. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with good water pressure. However, there was a musty smell when I first entered the room, but it dissipated once the air conditioning was turned on. The sea view was mediocre. The staff were friendly. Guests can purchase breakfast/lunch/dinner at a discounted price, which is slightly cheaper than booking through online platforms.

The shuttle bus to the border gate drops you off about 700 meters away, so you have to walk the rest of the way. The bus was on time and not crowded. The front desk staff were very kind. A friend had an interview in the afternoon, and they helped us with a late check-out. I requested a room with a good view, and they provided one with a view of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, which was truly fantastic. The room also had an extra-large bathtub.

Stayed here with friends, and it was a fantastic experience! 🏨 The ambiance is super elegant, perfect for taking photos. The service was also very attentive; as soon as we walked in, a staff member warmly guided us. The room facilities are very new, and the bedding is so soft, I slept incredibly well. My friends and I had a wonderful time here, and we'll definitely choose this place again when I come with my family next time. Service: I particularly liked one of their male staff members; he personally carried our luggage to the room and even helped us with our slippers.
