At first I couldn't find the way, and the boss came out to pick me up. The boss is very good and very careful to introduce the facilities of my homestay and take me up. I live on the third floor. When I open the door, I feel that I want the comfortable personal space. There are also some aromatherapy books in the room. Very intimate ～ I also introduced me to a lot of Hengchun Kenting to see the place. Next time I come to Hengchun Talk will also stay here ～

Encountered a few minor problems, but the lady boss’s service was too good, and they were all resolved. From a hearty breakfast to a variety of warm tips and introductions. When I finally left, there was a problem with the car reservation, and the lady boss arranged a special car. This service is worth 6 stars

We've traveled to many countries and stayed in numerous five-star hotels over the past few years, but this hotel has something truly unique and memorable: a dedicated service group for guests. Often, guests do have needs, but they might be reluctant to communicate them repeatedly or feel awkward asking. With this service group, however, any request can be communicated directly at any time. Responses are almost immediate, and issues are resolved quickly. This level of efficiency and attentiveness is really rare. What was particularly helpful was that we bought a lot of items, and the hotel was able to receive our packages and deliver them directly to our room, which was incredibly convenient and reassuring. In contrast, at some five-star hotels in China, you'd often have to go to the front desk or a designated area to pick up your deliveries. The service experience here is noticeably more detailed and personalized. Furthermore, the room itself was a major plus. It was very spacious, with a well-designed and comfortable layout. The bathroom featured a semi-open design, allowing for direct sea views from the bathtub, complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows that offered expansive vistas. The overall decor was modern yet distinctive, with excellent attention to detail, making for a very relaxing stay. The bedding was also very comfortable, contributing to an extremely pleasant overall experience. Overall, from the facilities to the service details, you can feel the team's dedication. The hotel environment is also great, and the front desk service was very good. The first night, we were assigned to the guesthouse, which I found inconvenient and didn't want to go to, but they said the main building was fully booked. The room was very spacious, which the two kids loved. It was indeed a bit out of the way, but the shuttle service made it very convenient, getting us to the main building within five minutes. The second night, we stayed in a family room on the first floor of the main building, which I personally really liked, and my younger daughter absolutely adored. Honestly, the first-floor room wasn't musty or damp as some online reviews claimed. As for breakfast, it was incredibly rich and hearty – we were stuffed! It was much more plentiful than the breakfast at the InterContinental we stayed at last year. Finally, regarding the service, my older son said he could find fault with other aspects, but the service was truly impeccable.

You simply need to contact the staff via WeChat once you arrive at the airport; they are very responsive, and it took us less than 5 minutes to get to the hotel. The room condition was excellent and true to the photos. The bathroom has a well-thought-out layout with separate zones for the shower and toilet. The room was free of any cigarette smoke, and the walls are thick, so we didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms. All necessary amenities were provided, and average breakfast.
