At first I couldn't find the way, and the boss came out to pick me up. The boss is very good and very careful to introduce the facilities of my homestay and take me up. I live on the third floor. When I open the door, I feel that I want the comfortable personal space. There are also some aromatherapy books in the room. Very intimate ～ I also introduced me to a lot of Hengchun Kenting to see the place. Next time I come to Hengchun Talk will also stay here ～

Not only did they upgrade us for free to a lake-view room with a stunning view – opening the window revealed the sparkling lake of Bailuzhou Park, and at night we could enjoy the incredible night view of Sea World – but from the moment we walked in, we felt an unparalleled level of attentive service. Every staff member greeted us with a smile, and they were especially patient and kind with our child. The biggest surprise was when the front desk lady saw we had a little one and immediately offered cute cartoon balloons, which our child adored throughout the trip.

First, four points that deserve high praise: 1. **Excellent Service:** Staff were always on hand at the hotel lobby entrance to help with car doors and luggage when getting in or out. 2. **Spacious Design:** The hotel lobby has a grand, high-ceiling design, and the rooms are sufficiently spacious. 3. **Well-Equipped Gym:** The gym is large and has a wide variety of equipment. 4. **Varied Breakfast:** The breakfast selection is extensive. And three points that need improvement: 1. **Unpleasant Odor:** The hallway on the 16th floor, as well as my room, had a strange smell like a laundry room and drainage pipes. The indoor ventilation was poor. 2. **Insufficient Delivery Robots:** There weren't enough delivery robots, so most food deliveries had to be left in a locker in the hotel parking lot, requiring guests to go down and pick them up themselves. 3. **Limited Power Outlets:** The double room only had one power outlet by the bed, which isn't very convenient for guests staying in this room type.

I'm reviewing this after getting back from overseas. If you need a hotel near the airport, this is absolutely the best choice. For an early flight requiring me to be there by 6 AM, the hotel informed me there's a shuttle bus at 5:50 AM. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. I've stayed in many airport hotels worldwide, and this one is definitely among the top. I forgot to take photos, so I'll just end this review with a picture of me wearing the hotel slippers on the plane. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have another early flight. Staff helped with luggage both upon arrival and departure, which was a very thoughtful service. I particularly liked the hotel's WeChat concierge service. You can just contact them directly via WeChat for any needs, and they respond and handle requests very promptly, which is extremely convenient. I informed them in advance that we would be arriving very early in the morning, and they made suitable arrangements for us as soon as we got to the hotel! I couldn't wait to write a review on my first day here! Even though I don't know how the rest of my stay will go, from the moment I walked in, the warm welcome from the staff, the decor and style of the hotel, and the feeling I got when I entered my room, all make me feel this is an excellent hotel and a top choice for a trip to Xiamen. During check-in, the staff first asked us to add the hotel's customer service manager on WeChat. They told us that we could contact him with any issues during our stay, and he would respond 24/7. Since it was my first time here and I wasn't familiar with the area, I asked the front desk several questions about nearby dining and tourist attractions. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and provided helpful answers, even offering many very sound suggestions. Thumbs up! The hotel's location is very close to Zhongshan Road. Although Zhongshan Road is a commercial area, the local atmosphere nearby is also very rich. Besides the shops, you can see a lot of local life. This hotel offers better value for money than the Ruijing next door and is conveniently located at an intersection. For tourists exploring Xiamen on foot, saving those few steps is truly important, haha! I think if I come to Xiamen again, I will 100% book this hotel.

Let's get straight to the point with an objective review. 1. **Service Efficiency (Check-in):** Extremely slow. Check-in was inefficient, and there weren't enough counters open during peak hours. However, the front desk staff were quite patient. 2. **Restaurant Efficiency (Breakfast):** The worst. We queued for 20 meters for breakfast. The truth is, one woman stood at the restaurant entrance with a notebook, trying to conceal it as if she was faking records. The check-in information she had was also inaccurate. She verified it multiple times until I showed my room card, and only then did she say it was okay, wasting two minutes. This is completely unworthy of your hotel's level. I just want to ask, has your hotel been losing money on countless free breakfasts because of outsiders providing fake information? Once inside the restaurant, there were plenty of staff, but they weren't assigned to verify dining information at the entrance. This is your management. Well done, keep it up! After breakfast, the queue of guests stretched into the lobby. I'd say a 50-meter line isn't an exaggeration! 3. **Hotel Size & Accessibility:** The resort is indeed large. We had to call a shuttle bus every time for breakfast, and the efficiency was decent, but it still took about ten minutes to get from the room to the restaurant. This isn't suitable for business travelers. Anyone reading this should make sure to go early for breakfast, otherwise, you'll be very frustrated. 4. **Room Facilities:** The hotel rooms are outdated. The toilet has been replaced, but the overall hygiene is acceptable. 5. **Children's Activities:** Kids' activities are mostly from 10 AM to around 3 PM. If you're visiting Xiamen and need to go to the city center, you won't be able to make use of these children's programs. We only used 2 out of the total eight coupons. Therefore, it's more suitable for families with children who plan to stay at the hotel. 6. **Soundproofing:** Poor, extremely poor. You can hear children yelling outside and even sounds from next door, which further indicates the outdated facilities. 7. **Bathroom Privacy:** The toilet blind is semi-transparent when pulled down, allowing you to see everything happening inside. Embarrassing or not, you decide. 8. **Location:** Far from the city center's Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi to get there. **Pros:** Rich breakfast, relatively efficient shuttle service, excellent park-like environment, multiple swimming pools with lifeguards.

After complaining, the front desk actually blamed the parents?! ”We can't control children jumping around.” This response definitely deserves a bad review 🙅‍♀️. 💢 **Service Fails** I asked for two bowls when checking in 🥣, but even this simple request was messed up ❌. What's worse: I asked for them around 10 PM when I checked in, and they didn't arrive until almost midnight 🕛. The efficiency was simply abysmal. 💢 **Chaotic Environment** The hotel entrance was crowded with vendors' stalls 💥. Is this really a five-star hotel? 🤔 ✨ **Only Positives** The bedding was indeed comfortable 🛏️, and the breakfast selection was quite rich 🥐. The decor was truly distinctive (too bad I had no mood for photos 📸). **Summary:** Came with high expectations, left utterly disappointed 😔. Suggest avoiding this one! ‼️

Excellent hotel, especially if you need a convenient place to stay near the airport. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle, and you can contact them to arrange it. Since I didn’t have any luggage, I decided to walk from the airport instead, and it took me no more than 15 minutes at a relaxed pace. The hotel is quiet, clean, and has everything you need for a short stay. The rooms and renovation are fairly simple, but for the price, I think the value for money is excellent. I was also pleasantly surprised that check-out was allowed until 2 PM, which is quite unusual and very convenient. Breakfast is included, although there are very few Western options, almost none. That wasn’t a big issue for me, as there are places nearby where you can walk for breakfast, and taxis are also very inexpensive. The airport transfer worked perfectly and was right on time. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you have a layover, an early flight, or simply want to rest near the airport before continuing your journey. Very convenient and great value for money.

I didn't have high expectations for cleanliness in a designer hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised by how diligent and friendly the cleaning staff were. In terms of location, it's perfect for attending concerts or exhibitions, just across the street.
