At first I couldn't find the way, and the boss came out to pick me up. The boss is very good and very careful to introduce the facilities of my homestay and take me up. I live on the third floor. When I open the door, I feel that I want the comfortable personal space. There are also some aromatherapy books in the room. Very intimate ～ I also introduced me to a lot of Hengchun Kenting to see the place. Next time I come to Hengchun Talk will also stay here ～

When I finally left, there was a problem with the car reservation, and the lady boss arranged a special car. This service is worth 6 stars

Having never stayed at a Pan Pacific hotel, I had no idea what to expect, but it really impressed me! The gym definitely stood out, the equipment was so smooth and well-maintained, easily the best hotel gym I’ve used in a while. What really made the difference was the team. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel personal and warm. The team kindly helped, sharing directions and local tips and insights. From travel times to sharing maps, they couldn’t have been kinder in helping. The room was cosy and comfortable and I personally slept really well (better than at home!) the location worked well for me too, I found it calm and well connected. It was an stress-free, enjoyable experience to stay at this Pan Pacific and I plan to stay again. :) Thank you to the Pan Pacific team for going above and beyond to provide the best in service and care. I would like to share a special thanks to Joey, Lundy, Freda and Bruce who made my May Day holiday, may your week bring the best! 🌷 ☕️ If you are considering this hotel I would say the hotel's experience is in its favour and it is charming. My overall stay was very comfortable. The hotel's location is a huge advantage, being right next to the city hall area, which made getting around for business incredibly convenient. The surrounding transport network is well-developed, making daily commutes and travel hassle-free. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; check-in and check-out processes were efficient and smooth. They were friendly and polite, and patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. The executive lounge had an elegant and tranquil vibe, with a clean and comfortable environment, creating a great atmosphere for relaxation. The food selection was rich and comprehensive, with fresh ingredients and excellent taste. The hot and cold dishes, drinks, and snacks were well-balanced, catering to popular preferences. Had a terrible experience. The comforter was damp. Aside from the sea view, it was worse than staying at an Atour. The most frustrating thing was the long wait to check out. When I asked the front desk, I was actually scolded! I reflected on it afterwards: 1. I wasn't feeling well and my reactions were slow. 2. If a five-star hotel can't shake off its 'Kong Yiji' (pretentious and outdated) attitude, it should at least maintain its facilities, even if the price is a bit higher. 3. Maybe I haven't stayed at hotels requiring a deposit much in recent years.

Our experience was fantastic! As soon as we drove up, a bellhop jogged over to open the door, immediately helped with our luggage, and directed us to parking. When checking in, the front desk agent, Sophia, noticed I had a child and proactively upgraded our room and brought over kids' toiletries. After checking out, I realized I'd forgotten a book, and when I called, they found it right away. Their perfectly balanced enthusiasm made us feel incredibly welcome. The bedding was high-thread-count and super comfortable, making for a very refreshing sleep. The double vanity, separate walk-in closet, and extra-large bathtub all exuded comfort. As for breakfast, it was incredibly rich and varied; everything you could want was there. We had a great time eating with the kids.

It's conveniently located: 30 minutes to the airport, 18 minutes to the high-speed rail station, 20-30 minutes to Xiamen University, under 20 minutes to the Bashi Market, and under 20 minutes to both ferry terminals for Gulangyu Island. Pros: Each elevator has its own call button, so you don't have to wait for others to come down. You can just call the one you want. The 2.4-meter bed is made from two 1.2-meter beds pushed together, and it's huge! Cons: The decor is a bit dated, and the soundproofing is very poor! I could hear children talking loudly in the next room, and even people showering. If you're sensitive to noise, you might want to reconsider booking here.

This is genuinely the first time I've actively and wholeheartedly given a positive review. The hotel environment is absolutely fantastic, perfect for families with kids – they'll be entertained from morning till night. The hotel also offered so many perks that we couldn't even use them all. Plus, the hotel has a grand layout, which really sets it apart from other family-friendly hotels. The hotel upgraded our room to a waterside room in the main building. This is the first hotel I've ever encountered where you can pack up your buffet breakfast to go! It was incredibly convenient! One morning, the main building restaurant was full with a long queue, so I asked the butler if we could go to the Shuiyuan Restaurant instead. They agreed without hesitation and even arranged for a late check-out. Oh, and adult socks for the kids' club are provided for free! Many other family hotels charge 5 yuan per pair! This really shows their superior approach! We didn't have time to use the complimentary afternoon tea on the day it was offered, but they kindly extended it for us multiple times! Every detail, every request we had, was immediately addressed! They also provided swimming rings and sand toys. In short, with all these thoughtful details, the hotel truly has a big heart and a grand vision! My expectations for family hotels have definitely been raised! Now, for a couple of very minor personal suggestions that I think could be improved: The hotel is very large and primarily caters to families, so the kids' club could be even bigger, perhaps 1500 sq m, 2000 sq m, or even larger, aiming to be the largest kids' club among family hotels in China. I noticed that kids especially love the trampoline, but there's only one, which can lead to older kids without family supervision competing with younger children for it. Other than that, I have no more suggestions; the hotel has done an outstanding job.

The front desk staff did an excellent job picking out our room – the balcony faced the sea, it was close to the elevator, and surprisingly quiet. It was perfect! The hotel is also close to the beach and has an outdoor pool, which was ideal for our kids. They had a fantastic time.

The property is located near Train Line 1 at Zhenhai Road Station, about a 3–5 minute walk away. Please note there is a steep road with uphill and downhill sections. A 3-minute walk will take you to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street and Zhonghua City. The Eighth Market (Bashi) is about a 15–20 minute walk from the hotel. Staff and service: The front desk staffs and cleaning aunties are friendly and helpful. However, I noticed that the aunties in the breakfast restaurant tend to chat a lot among themselves and only attend to guests when someone asks for something. I preferred a window room, but just be aware that you can hear the restaurants across the road shouting to attract customers, (p/s: the front desk staff has highlighted it during check-in). When the street is less crowded, you can even hear the ”Alipay payment received” announcement (”Zhifubao daozhang”). The water temperature was not hot enough on my last day stay, not too sure why. Overall is ok.

This hotel is really unique! Downstairs there's a coffee bar, and they even give you a complimentary drink upon check-in.
