The location is fantastic! The views from the balcony and the breakfast room are absolutely stunning! On a clear day, you can even see the snow-capped mountains across the bay! Although the hotel is a bit old, the rooms are exceptionally spacious, and the whole place is clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread is also very rich and generous!

Upon arrival, a valet promptly assisted us with our luggage, making the check-in process incredibly smooth. The young lady at the front desk was very welcoming and enthusiastic, assigning us a lovely sea-view room on the 7th floor. The ocean views were absolutely stunning! The hotel boasts five swimming pools, and you can even take an elevator directly down to the beach for snorkeling. There's also a spacious gym. The landscaping is beautifully done, and we just loved this hotel perched on a cliff along the Mediterranean coast. We booked a package that included breakfast and dinner, and the meals were incredibly generous – so much so that we couldn't even finish it all, which meant we ended up skipping lunch because breakfast was so filling! I found the restaurant staff to be very warm and friendly. Contrary to some online rumors about discrimination, I actually felt that Turkish people are very kind and hospitable towards Chinese visitors. If we ever return to Antalya, we'll definitely be staying at this hotel again.

I have been offered the Junior suite on level 9 facing sea which was amazing . Staff is really helpful and friendly. I tried the Vegetarian Pizza at their special neaplois restaurant at level 10 which is absolutely top notch well done and authentic Italy flavours . It’s been on outskirts of the city but next to beach . Highly recommend this place even if you’re travelling alone

I chose this hotel based on reviews and its affiliation with a well-known chain. Overall, it's not bad. I liked the room style, and the mattress was very soft, so I slept well. It's great that there's a balcony where you can watch planes fly by in the evening. It wasn't noisy at all, and it didn't disturb my sleep. We didn't try the food at the hotel restaurant, as the selection didn't appeal to us. We also didn't find anything appetizing at the buffet, and for the same price, we had an excellent meal at a restaurant near the hotel instead. The hotel's location is close to the airport, making it suitable for those using it as a transit point. There's a rooftop pool, but it was too cold, so we didn't swim. As for the downsides, there was only one tea bag in the room and no complimentary water. When I asked about water, I was directed to the bar. We ended up buying water at the supermarket. I'd give the hotel a generous 3 out of 5, it just lacks a certain warmth. We probably won't stay here again; we'll look for somewhere else.

I've stayed at many Rixos hotels in different countries. Some of their hotels have the 'Premium' designation. However, this Rixos Downtown Antalya is NOT Premium. So, I don't understand some of the demanding reviews. The hotel doesn't hide the fact that it's an older, standard 5-star property, but with good service. Basically, if you don't expect premium when it's not advertised, everything will be fine. The grounds are very compact, but they have everything you need for a small, comfortable vacation. No, there's no salmon for breakfast, but the food is quite varied and high-quality; Rixos stays true to itself in this regard. The room was good (we had a Comfort room with a sea view), and everything was in working order, including the bathroom. No dirt, mold, or other common issues with older hotels were noticed. Housekeeping was done daily. I only noted one downside: the double bed had two single mattresses covered by one sheet. By morning, they would separate, so one of us would wake up in the gap between the mattresses. The pillows were also uncomfortable, and there was no pillow menu. Otherwise, everything was great. The heated pool was 29-30 degrees Celsius, there's a spa, hammam, Russian steam room, and Finnish sauna. The landscape is picturesque, and they have good bicycles (free of charge) for rides along the sea.

This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Absolutely Perfect Stay! We had an amazing all-inclusive experience and were extremely satisfied with everything. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfectly organized and thoughtfully designed. We even had private access to a heated pool directly from our room, which made our stay feel extra special and luxurious. The hotel truly has everything – activities for children and teenagers, great sports facilities (both indoor and outdoor), spa area with saunas and Turkish bath, professional massages, and food and drinks available 24/7. The variety and quality exceeded our expectations. Nothing is missing here. Everything is well planned, clean, comfortable, and designed for a perfect vacation. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would happily return ourselves!

Great location, spacious room, minimalistic but practical, great panoramic views both for the sea and city. I stayed here for the second time. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, breakfast places, Microcenter just opposite the hotel. I didn’t try spa, but I saw the spa menu: very impressive.

Excellent modern hotel with a convenient location. It's right on the beachfront. Very clean, new, with good service. It has its own private beach area. The food is delicious. The kids absolutely loved the large balcony with a sea view. I recommend it to everyone.

The location is ok since you can walk anywhere you need or get there by a car. The spa is a great option to relax. Breakfast is pretty good, diverse and some options change every day. Sorry to say, but coffee was 2/5. What I didn’t get was a lack of bath robes (come on, it’s a 5* hotel) and cigarette smell everywhere, even though I stayed in a non-smoking room

I stayed there 3 nights with my friend. It was nice experience. The location was good.It walked 15 mins to MarkAntalya shopping mall and the old town bazaar just walked 25mins by the hotel. There were so many shops nearby. We felt great there. The first day the room was small and warm as face to sun after 1pm till to evening. It was too hot inside the room but we requested to change other room. The second room was spacious and cosy. The breakfast was local simple food but it was good and healthy. Overall it was good, cleaned and staff were very friendly and helpful.

We flew in for New Year's and stayed at Akra V across the street, but we used all the facilities of the Akra hotel. The indoor pool is fantastic, a comfortable 28 degrees, and you can swim under to the outdoor heated section. There's an excellent sauna and hammam, plus a huge gym. Towels are provided at the spa entrance. We brought robes from our room. Everything was very impressive.

Our family ended up here by chance. We missed our flight and urgently booked this hotel late at night, as it was a convenient option not too far from the airport. We checked in at midnight, and they kindly extended our check-out to 2 PM (instead of the standard 12 PM). The hotel is small, and they only serve local alcoholic drinks, but we only wanted beer, which tastes the same everywhere, so that wasn't an issue. Our room was clean and spacious; everything worked perfectly. The grounds are compact, but I imagine most city hotels here are similar. Nevertheless, there's a decent pool, a couple of water slides, a volleyball court, table tennis, a small gym, a sauna, and so on. The service isn't like a high-end 5-star hotel, you might wait a bit for waiters, but I didn't mind going to the bar myself. The food was excellent. We only stayed for a day, so the selection wasn't huge, but everything was delicious. We'd just stayed at a much more expensive hotel before this, but my whole family preferred the food here. I also loved the area by the sea; going down there felt like being in Italy, and you could dive into the water, which was cleaner than in Belek. There's no sandy beach, but we didn't need one. Overall, even though the hotel was full, it felt uncrowded everywhere, and there were plenty of sun loungers and places to sit. To sum it up, I think we might even intentionally come back to this hotel for at least 5 days, combining it with a beach holiday in Belek. It's close to the city center, where you can take a walk for a change of scenery instead of just staying at the hotel all the time. The value for money here is excellent!

Wanted an hotel in the center for treatments and a break. Great hotel for us, my daughter and I had a great week. The choice for buffet breakfast was amazing the staff were friendly and helpful.clean pool, towels provided, great shower, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer which saves packing space. The hotel booked our taxi back to the airport which was on time.Free air conditioning, fridge in room with daily stock of water. Kettle tea and coffee supplied. The only downfall was that the lifts where slow when called and limited plug sockets in our room, we always take and multi plug adapter and a light weight extension lead so wasn’t a problem for us. All in all a great place to stay if you want to be more in the centre rather than a beach holiday.

This was my first all-inclusive experience, and it was enjoyable and comfortable with my two young children. I chose it based on Korean reviews, but it was half Russian and half Turkish guests... haha. I didn't see any Chinese or Japanese people. The kids' club, which runs from morning to night, was mostly attended by Russian children with Russian teachers. They did provide interpretation in English, so my kids participated well. I think not seeing many other Asians made us feel more at ease. Everyone was friendly, and the service was systematic. They responded and made improvements immediately when we made requests. The programs were diverse, and all the staff were proactive and energetic, which was great to see. The pool water quality was also well-maintained daily. However... glass cups are used on the sunbeds by the pool, and sometimes guests break them and don't clean them up properly. I saw several instances of broken glass during my 4-day stay. My child was swimming and touched the drain where people spit, getting cut. Suddenly, there was a lot of blood in the pool! It wasn't a deep cut, but seeing blood was startling. The infirmary was far, and I had to ask for directions multiple times to find it. Nevertheless, a kids' club teacher personally guided us, and my child received good treatment and was able to swim again starting the next day~ Just note that there aren't many Asian food options, and it might not suit everyone's palate. (We used ramen seasoning and gochujang.) Still, we ate well and heartily for our 3-night, 4-day stay~ And! They upgraded us to a family room because we had a child! Thanks to that, we rested comfortably.
