3. **Service:** The staff provided excellent service with constant smiles. They were always willing to assist and resolve any issues when approached.
4. **Room Experience:** The room was very new and well-equipped with amenities such as a kitchen, refrigerator, entertainment facilities, and a meeting room. Each floor also has a trash chute. Housekeeping is done once a week (during which, if you need fresh towels, toilet paper, or linen changes, you'll need to communicate with the staff). The air conditioning works very effectively.
5. **Suggestions:**
* The lowest setting on the air conditioner is still very cold (I suggest installing lower BTU units).
* Housekeeping should be every 3 days, and each visit should stock supplies for 3 days (mainly bath towels, toiletries, toilet paper, trash bags, and bed linen).
* The Wi-Fi requires re-logging in every 24 hours (I suggest that once logged in with the room number, it shouldn't require repeated authentication).

This is a newly renovated hotel with a modern style and comfortable accommodations. The rooms have closets and drawers, perfect for long-term stays to store your belongings. The shared kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of utensils for simple meal preparation, and it's easy to use and clean. There's a shared water dispenser where you can adjust the temperature and volume as needed. In the hallway, there's a coffee machine offering a variety of Starbucks coffees for free.
