There is no signage for the Alexandra Palace, which did not help locating it. It was however delightful when found. There was a skeleton staff, who were most pleasant but due to the staffing problems, limited options for food, which didn't really do the hotel justice, were offered. On both mornings of our stay there was Guillaume, valiantly holding the fort and spinning the plates of reception, waiter and cook with great dexterity and an immoveable smile. When the additional developments are completed , it will be a great attraction.

The hotel in the row by the seaside is considered very good. The room originally had a balcony where you could watch the sunset, but the balcony door couldn't be locked (they sent someone to repair it but couldn't fix it. The balcony is connected to other rooms and it's unsafe if it's not locked at night). Then the hotel upgraded it. Got a room facing the sea view! Overall it's pretty goodFrom€205

Everything was ok except our air conditioning didnt work after technician came to fix it started making ticking sound… ruined our night sleep they gave us an extra room to sleep in so we dont have to move our things in the middle of the night…. Also, €25 for a private parking and also guest need to bring their own trash out which is funny. Imagine seeing everyone holding a bag of trash appearing at the reception to check out at 11am.From€69
