Innit consists of 7 modern villas located on a nice beach of southern-eastern Lombok. It is very isolated location so it is advised to take this into account prior to booking. There is literally nothing apart from the hotel and the hotel restaurant. No shops, nothing. You can’t even go for a walk after dinner or so because you’re really in the middle of nowhere :-) However if you’re looking for a total relax, the it is the right place to be! The first day there was very quiet, we didn’t meet nearly any other guests. The next day was rather busy since there was a group shooting some commerical so the total group incl. crew was about 18 people. That’s probably not what Innit is built for because e.g. for dinner we had to wait for more than one hour to get our food…. Food was in general really good, both for breakfasts or lunches/dinners. Prices were reasonable considering you have no other choice anyway. Service was mostly very good, we just found it strange that they never served the whole family (4 people) together but were bringing the dishes one by one (sometimes even delivering the side dish after we ate our main course, sometimes the soup arrived after the main course etc.). Coffee was terrible. While nearly anywhere in Bali/Gili we got an excellent espresso/capuccino, in Innit there is no proper coffe machine, just some sort of home coffee pod machine from which the coffee doesn’t taste good at all… such a pity Innit doesn’t invest in a proper coffee machine… The villas are nice but you can see inside that some parts are already stained/worn out. However in general it is a nice modern accomodation with beautiful sunrise/sunset views. Villa was kept spotless by our housekeeper who was very kind and polite. What didn’t we like at Innit? 1. The issues with the AC - it happened twice during our short stay (3 days) that there were a power cut-offs resulting in AC not working (they have a generator but we were told it takes time for AC to restart and work properly). One night it was really hot in the room but to be fair the Guest Relation staff were always accessible via Whatsapp and were trying to solve the situation as much as they could. Basically whenever we needed something, the Whatsap response was nearly immediate. Thumbs up! 2. Another dislike was the pool - don’t get me wrong - it looks great, it is big but the water was super hot. Considering it was very hot and humid outside I’d expect the pool to be cooler to provide the escape from the sund and humidity… 3. Beach in front of the hotel was nice and it was cleaned of plastic garbage every day. Unfortuantely the see was still rather dirty so we did not swim in it (because of the algae and pieces of plastics in it). Also the beach right next to the hotel was full of plastics. Suggestion would be to clean also that part of the beach since the guests simply do walk also beyond the imaginery hotel boundraries… 4. Missing fridge in the villa is definitely a minus. Innit Lombok Hotel flawlessly intertwines exquisite design, utter tranquility, and awe-inspiring scenery (the picturesque sunset and if you are lucky, you can see Mount Rinjani completing the background) crafting an ambiance that appeals to those who seek a refuge where artistic expression and natural beauty converge in perfect harmony. You should try the evening barbecue, featuring locally-sourced lobsters. All the cuisine during our stay was delicious. This is not just a stay, but a soulful journey that gently caresses your senses and lingers in your memories long after departure.

This is a quite new, well-maintained mini-resort hotel in the middle of nowhere, adjacent to a row of shanty food stalls (warungs), on a nice stretch of west-facing Lombok beach. It’s a solid hour and a half from Lombok airport and you’ll appreciate the airport transfer in a brand new vehicle, even if you’ll be struck by the juxtaposition (and perhaps engage in some self-reflection) as you look out the window at the island’s extensive poverty. The beach by the hotel is pleasant - though not “white sand”, as some have suggested. The sunsets are magnificent and a real highlight of the hotel. There was a particularly peaceful moment of total aesthetic perfection during one evening’s sunset that I absolutely treasured. The staff are all very friendly and highly attentive, with mixed levels of English. Generally enough for mutual understanding. The two minor gripes with the service are that: (a) a couple of things we’d asked about had to be followed up more than once before they materialised; and (b) food orders generally took forever to arrive. Neither issue was a big deal but, on the latter issue, I’m still mystified at how it can take 45 minutes for a meal to be brought out even on occasions when we were the only ones eating. The wifi was generally good throughout the hotel. The rooms - especially the ocean-facing rooms - are fantastic. I could happily have spent the week working away on the balcony, listening to the gentle waves and looking out over the water. The room is well-appointed, with a large, firm bed and a very pleasant private outdoor shower. It is usually serviced twice daily and the supplies of (essential) bottled water replenished. Be aware that, due to the proximity to a nearby mosque, you will likely be woken up each day (in our case at around 4.15am) by the amplified call to prayer from the local Muezzin. Not much you can do about that; you’re in Indonesia. The hotel pool is wonderful and the sun beds excellent and comfortable, though the muzak played through speakers by the beach and pool areas can be a bit much at times. The individual jacuzzis on the balcony of each room are a bit “extra” - probably a little unnecessary and over the top - but certainly not a negative. In short, the attractive marketing pictures are, indeed, a fair reflection of the hotel. In our case, we had a couple of massages included in our package and they were excellent. Kudos to the spa staff. We also booked two day trips through the hotel during our stay: - a snorkelling trip to the Gili Islands; and - a two-hour drive to a guided waterfall hike in the middle of the island, followed by a 90 minute drive to the large mosque in Mataram and another 45 minute drive to a coastal Hindu temple. The trips themselves were good but there were two issues with them. Firstly, they were bloody overpriced. 3.5 million rupiah for each trip was very expensive but we weren’t in the mood to shop around so we just went with it. Secondly, the hotel offered no

I have thought long and hard about writing this review as there are so many good points but also things that wouldn’t make us return or recommend the hotel. The hotel is set on a beautiful stretch of beach. The snorkelling isn’t great and there is a fair amount of rubbish that they try and stay on top of. There isn’t anything in walking distance so be prepared to eat all meals in the restaurant or get a 15 minute taxi ride. Although even using the grab app taxis wouldn’t come as too far out. The hotel are lucky to have a very talented chef. All meals we had were excellent. The complimentary cocktail and canapés were appreciated and the view from the restaurant is lovely. Although we paid the most for any dinner we had throughout our whole trip from Bali and Gilli. The spa again is equal to western cost so we didn’t use it. The rooms. Very well throughout and designed. You can’t fault them. Although every room has a jacuzzi on the balcony. We personally don’t like them and when you have the sea, a beautiful pool do you really need one? The noise of people walking around above us was annoying, especially as there were only four rooms occupied so they could have put us in a room with no one above us. The occupancy of the hotel was very low. Staff told us the day we were leaving they had zero guests. This makes for a lovely quiet hotel but with no sole and atmosphere. It is very expensive to stay here by Indonesian standards. I feel they should have made the rooms at the back less luxurious without a jacuzzi and cheaper to gain more custom. The staff. All very friendly and go over and above. The General Manager was entertaining a friend during our time there and his attention was very much there. We had one hello but no conversation. In business with such low guests surely you would make the effort to engage. My only other worry is the staff were going round one evening the geckos which I find unacceptable. This hotel has priced it self out of the market in Lombok. But for the local staff I hope it survives

We stayed Jan29–Feb2 2024 and had the most wonderful time. The lodge is everything all the good reviews say but we were still surprised by the quality of the lovely grounds, beautiful room, meticulous attention given to every detail by the warm and extremely attentive manager and staff, and the added extras that are just included (because most places would nickel and dime for a lot of what LL just throws in to make you feel welcome and comfortable). The most obvious example is the food. A gorgeous breakfast and dinner is included in the nightly rate. The owners Bill and Anya (restaurant owners from Belgium, go figure), and Chef Jiwa and his team have created breakfast and dinner experiences that truly became the sun around which each of our vacation days orbited - that sounds hyperbolic, but it’s actually completely true in our case! We also had an unforgettable and delicious sate lunch during our beach day at Gili Meno, and along with the chef had a team of really fun staff there with us to fulfill our every wish and need :) We went for a hike one morning with a great hiking guide (taking us up a ridge with spectacular views - one we could not have explored on our own - and through a Buddhist village, and more - thank you Edy!) and I had an absolutely glorious massage the last afternoon. If we’d stayed one more day I would have asked for another. The weather was perfect - like most tropical forecasts, what looked sort of rainy initially turned into sun and scattered clouds :) In our short time there we were utterly spoiled in the best way, received a generosity of experiences far above and beyond our expectations, and have nothing but good things to say about the oasis that is Lombok Lodge. Go! You will not be disappointed!! (And definitely do the LL shuttle from the airport - get into that Lombok Lodge happy bubble the moment you step on island!)

This was one of the best short stay holidays we have ever had, it makes a difference when all the aspects come together, great staff, great food and great location. After living in Asia for a few years it is certainly appreciated when the staff can deliver on the basics consistently. The 4 course dinner was great and the option of a la carte (especially for the kids) was a great touch. Will come back. The boat trip to the Gillis was amazing, our guide was patient and flexible. made sure the whole family had a great trip.

The hotel is relatively small, but very clean. It is a 10-minute walk to navigate down the pier. It is recommended that you take a horse-drawn carriage. The road is really bad, and dragging luggage all the way is a crime. There are bicycles when you go out to the hotel. There are people cleaning every day, the quilt and towels have a faint fragrance, the minibar is not free, there is no extra charge for bringing an 8-year-old child, and afternoon tea is provided for free every day. We stayed for 4 days, and there were two days. It tripped due to a power outage, but the engine soon started operating. We also borrowed the kitchen and cooked dinner for two days. There really is no hope for Indonesian food.

We wanted to express our deepest gratitude for the exceptional experience we had during our recent stay at your resort. The warmth and hospitality extended by your staff were truly remarkable. Each team member demonstrated genuine kindness, selflessness, and dedication, making our stay not only comfortable but also unforgettable. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed, and we felt truly cared for throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived until the time of our departure, the staff's commitment to ensuring our satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Please convey our heartfelt appreciation to everyone involved in making our stay at Tunak Resort a truly memorable one. We look forward to returning and enjoying your hospitality once again.

We loved our weekend at Tunak Resort! The villa is spacious and the whole resort offers the best sea views in Lombok. The service was excellent - the staff were friendly and attentive, and we enjoy our meals in the restaurant- especially the lava cake! We loved being able to bike, surf and relax all in one place surrounded by the jungle. I highly recommend a few nights here!

I very much warn AGAINST booking at this hotel and want to share my experience with Selong Selo on here to spare others the nightmare we experienced: This hotel essentially took our money and made it impossible to get a refund or rebooking. We had booked a stay at Selong Selo for 2020 - unfortunately Indonesia stopped tourism entries due to Covid and we were stuck discussing back and forth with the hotel, about what to do with our reservation. The first thing we realized was that communication with this hotel is extremely slow and difficult, since very single time someone new responded in what I would deem pretty bad English. Since 2020 we have sent countless emails (many left unanswered) and two years later are yet to get a refund or rebooking for our prepaid reservation of 1.500€. In this time Selong Selo staff has given us the hardest time I have ever experienced with any hotel during Covid: They set absurd deadlines for rebookings (essentially asking us to travel when there were no flights to Indonesia), downgraded the villa category we booked and then took days off our booking in case we rebooked. To be honest we don’t really see how we will get our money back and all this feels like a scam through and through. My verdict is this: Should something go wrong, you are stuck with this hotel and will lose your money. There are plenty of professional hotels in Lombok, so steer clear of Selong Selo!

Environment and facilities and services. Upgraded us to a double bedroom. Although locked in a bedroom, the area is invincible. Unfortunately, the water and electricity were cut off many times in two days and repaired many times. The steward lin is very nice. Villas on the mountain are still under construction? I hope to stay again once the facilities are complete.

If you like modernity in a hotel, the Tugu is not for you. On the other hand, if you like the charm of old Indonesian furniture, the atypicality of the bathrooms open to the outside, very comfortable bedding, gardens magnificent, sublime swimming pools, a superb beach, this hotel is made for you. The icing on the cake is an incredibly kind staff, a smile always present and daily attentions like pretty bouquets of flowers, fresh fruit put out every day in the room and the delicious free snack every day at 4 p.m. We spent 8 wonderful days in this magical place. A big thank you to all the staff.

New hotel, spectacular large villas with incredible views and private pools. Mattress, sofa and very comfortable amacas. Of sleep. Excellent service and delicious food, the area is very quiet but there is a taxi rank downstairs and in 5 minutes you are in the center of Sengigi. The massage at the Spa was excellent. The least pleasant thing has nothing to do with the hotel, but on the same hill there is a very active mosque with loudspeakers, not only is the music heard at prayer time from 4am (which is charming) but also the prayers are heard and sing for hours and hours. It's hard to rest and relax like that.

Pearl of Trawangan was a luxurious, incredibly clean, and central hotel, whilst still being far enough away from the noise of the local bars (5 minute walk from bars). The pool was lovely with a very well kept pool bar, managed by very helpful and attentive staff who couldn’t have been nicer/more accommodating. There were bikes you could hire from 100,000 rupiah (approx £5) per day to make your way round the island as there are no cars on Gili T. The rooms were spacious with a lot of storage, good AC and a comfortable bed. The bathroom area is effectively outside, however there is a canopy and it is always kept spotless by the staff so was still very comfortable. The restaurant was also second to none. They feed you plenty at breakfast time offering complimentary pastries and fruit, and have plenty of options for your “main” breakfast. Our breakfast was included when booking our stay. We also had a lunch and a dinner here, both of which were superb. Having cycled round the whole island, I think we chose the best accommodation on the island. Some of the others, despite looking nice, had pools right by the main road which didn’t offer much privacy, whereas the pool here was set back, still benefitted from the sun shining on it all day, and offered plenty of sun loungers. They also had their own loungers on a designated part of the beach, which is literally 10 steps from the hotel reception, meaning you can enjoy the best of both worlds. Could not recommend enough. We stayed here mid-June 2023.

Villa Almarik is perfect. This was our second stay and it won't be our last. Perfectly located, directly on the best part of the beach in Gili Trawangan, you can swim with Turtles just a few meters from the shore. Comfortable sun loungers, restaurant on the beach, a lovely pool, great food at reasonable prices and amazing service. The resort has a lovely quiet and relaxing ambience and yet it is only a 5 minute walk to the lively part of town if you want a night out. Rooms are really big with huge comfortable beds, flat screen TV and a lovely big bathroom. The staff here are second to none. You are welcomed with a warm smile and a greeting at every opportunity and nothing is too much trouble.

Lombok Chinese people rarely stay in Kuta for a week and have not heard Chinesetown is very deserted. The resort is amazing. The beautiful courtyard has a special person who pruning flowers and plants every day. The swimming pool is also very good and the service is very good. The staff will say hello. I think it can be improved: 1. Breakfast is a fixed tea coffee juice fruit + an optional staple food, but most of the choices are Benedict eggs. What is more monotonous? If it is not recommended for more than three days, breakfast at the hotel 2 restaurants There are a lot of flies in the room, and it is very annoying when I eat. Although there is a small fan on the table, it does not work much. However, it is a problem in many restaurants in Lombok. 3 The bathroom is semi-open and connected to the backyard. It is also a night when the lights are on the floor and all the bugs are on the floor. . I’ll call the front desk and tell me to turn off the lights. 😂 I hope these measures can do a good job.

To board the dive boat, we had to cross the road and the beach, then step aboard. Ozzy was our dive guide, and he could not have been more helpful. Underwater, he continued to be helpful whilst showing great skill spotting creatures that I would never have seen. Water was 29 or 30 c, so I didn't want a wetsuit, diving is a T shirt. Visibility was well over 30m. An abundance of turtles, we also saw small sharks, and so much life of all sizes, right down to pigmy seahorse and minute transparent shrimps. Thanks also to Michelle who was running the business while the owners had to be away, and to Magic.

A hotel that brought us a lot of surprises and warm feelings, we booked a two-bedroom villa. The hotel front desk manager saw that we were 5 people and immediately upgraded our three-bedroom villa. This is a big villa with a sea view. The room is spacious and everyone can live very comfortably. My son doesn't go to the beach every day in the private pool. Every waiter in the hotel restaurant is very enthusiastic and wants to learn Chinese, especially when I see my parents want to. Eat hot noodle soup, let the chef order seafood noodle soup, the two old people said that this is the most delicious noodle soup we have eaten in this ten-day journey, and the hotel front desk manager arranged the Lengmu Island sengjiji car and boat intermodal package Also very perfect, the price is much cheaper than Taobao, the key is that the Clippers directly to the hotel's beach to pick us up. Unfortunately, our trip to Gili T Island is only two days. I really want to stay in Kokomo for two more nights. If you have the chance to come back to Gili T, we will definitely stay in Kokomo.

The hotel is location one block from ocean. (5minute walk to pier). Gili at is a noisy island with parties going until the early hours of the morning. We couldn’t hear any of it from the hotel however every morning at 4am the mosque their service for an hour (or longer) which is VERY loud and makes it hard to sleep through the night. The hotel does provide ear plugs for this which is nice. The rooms NEVER got cleaned. Towels were not replaced and bed sheets changed. The bar has a decent happy hour but the drinks are not strong at all. Often tasting like non alcoholic drinks. Wifi is not very good. Unless it’s very late. No hairdryers or anything extra like this. Only toothbrush and toothpaste. (Which we’re not replaced) we ended up buying our own toothpaste. The hotel staff are VERY friendly though. Which was lovely. The hotel offers tours and trips etc for a decent price as well as speedy laundry service. The meals are pretty decent , the included breakfast is not amazing but it’s okay. If you’re only here for a day or 2 then it’s really not a bad hotel.

We were 4 nights in this villa that all over have large rooms . The reception is almost unguarded if you have the need for qlc you need to play the clock , the rooms have never been clean and at our arrival they have not explained anything or less said if there was free wifi ( discovered by chance last day ) we also had to request clean toilet paper and clean handbags . The bedrooms were also certainly already used and were fresh to cut .We say that the structure, as much as it is a little stuck with a good daily cleaning and a more careful service, could be a good reference point to turn the island . We were offered nothing more than a roof to sleep , in the hope that the room might be clean every two days we patiented , but nothing ... baskets with full patches for 4 days ... well we had the feeling of being of unpleasant guests ... .
