From the moment you check into the Red Level you are made to feel very special with a huge smile from the team, a wonderful welcome and a glass of bubbles, the magic and making of memories begins, staying here feels like a dream, this place is FAULTLESS! The pure luxury of every detail is 5 star plus. The hotel, the beautiful array of fresh flowers, the location, the view, the room and above all the service. Our room was spacious, clean at the level of luxury you would expect, wonderful views over the picturesque grounds, balcony with wonderful sea views. House keeping staff, very attentive very respectful we loved our fresh flowers, daily chocolates, fresh fruit and water. Each and every member of the team has a smile, nothing is ever to much trouble. Everything to make our stay extraordinary good. All members of the team are amazing as individuals and professionals offering their guests remarkable service. The guest Red Level service/reception is always eager to help with anything you need. Rafa the pool concierge and the team are all excellent and can make anything happen around the pool. Noelia, The General Manager is incredible. The way she interacts with her staff and guests which contributes to the success of this hotel. Noelia makes sure that all the guests are treated with the utmost care and does everything within her powers to make the guest’s feel welcome, she always has time for everyone even with her busy schedule involved with running this very successful hotel. We appreciate the extra mile Noelia always goes in order to make our stay so wonderful, Noelia is always around and about in the Hotel very much managing with a hands on approach. We have stayed in this hotel for decades having also tried some of the other 5 star hotels in Marbella the Gran Melia Don Pepe is definitely 5 stars all the way if not more. We returned a few months ago with our family who also love this hotel, such wonderful memories for us all. My son and daughter call this place their “Jem of Marbella” Breakfast in the Red Level is delicious, nibbles and snacks are served throughout the day. We love the champagne bar just to chill in, you can sit here for hours and just enjoy the peace….. and the champagne! Bardot restaurant overlooking the pool area is great for lunch, sit in the shade or sun and enjoy the most wonderful freshly cooked pizza or a full on steak meal if you desire. You must try Erre the main restaurant in the hotel for the most perfect evening out. Delicious food extensive menu, gorgeous wines and very attentive staff a perfect night for us all. As usual we celebrated our anniversary in Tahini the Hotels Japanese restaurant absolutely 5 stars probably our favourite restaurant in all of Marbella. Tacha the beauty saloon within the Hotel is as you would expect, “One of the best” we had a fabulous treatment each whilst we were staying, making this a must do for every future stay. All in all the team made our stay very special, we wil

A fabulous hotel in a beautiful setting on Marbella`s long promenade, made even more memorable by its excellent standard of service. This was my husband and I`s third visit to this hotel on the Red level, in a superior room. The staff on the Red level, in particular Patricia, Laura and Alejandro were always very friendly, attentive ,professional, smiling and could not do enough to make our stay more enjoyable. On our arrival they quickly and efficiently sorted out our hotel room problem, which led to making our wonderful stay. The Erre Grill restaurant staff were also very attentive and paid particular attention to my husbands specific allergy problem. Every night they seated us on a table on the small terrace which we very much preferred. Breakfasts were very enjoyable with an excellent choice of buffet and excellent service. The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere with loungers provided around two lovely pools or in the lovely well kept garden areas. Our only complaint was that even though the food in the Erre Grill restaurant was very tasty and beautifully presented ,choosing something from the same menu every night,( as we were on half board )became a little monotonous. Great if you loved steak or fish. We will definitely be going back to this hotel and thank the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

A two night stay in a superior apartment with a sea view. Lovely and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Very reasonably priced and it was handy to have parking just outside rather than pay the daily rate for the secured parking. A very short walk to the beach and a nice 15 minute stroll into the port area. We didn't use the pool but sitting out in the well kept garden looked to be a nice way to spend time relaxing.

i have to totally disagree with the last review somebody made. Several times we have changed our booking due to travel restrictions but the hotel have been very helpful, they have even called me by telephone several times to make sure things were fine and I was happy. I dealt mostly with Andrea who went above and beyond her duty to guarantee customer satisfaction. 👏👏

1. Out of all the accommodations we stayed in during our 10-day trip to Spain, it was the most expensive but the worst 2. I paid in advance (including breakfast), but I went to check-in, but I said there was no payment, and I stood there for over 30 minutes. At this time, it was around 9:30 p.m. 3. Reservation details + card details + receipts, etc. are printed and shown. The staff tried to resolve it with the reservation company, but it didn't go well. He said he was sorry and said to go to bed, got the key and went to the room (moved by car) 4. I received two keys, but both of them opened the door. My husband got in the car and went to the front desk again to get them, but in the meantime, another one was missing. 5. I have to go to breakfast the next day, but no one contacted me to see if it was resolved or not. Since the hotel reservation company settled with the hotel, they said to go eat. 6. On the 1st day, after breakfast, they asked me to pay, and they said it was included, so they said yes. 7. On the 2nd day, I was leaving after breakfast, but the staff chased me out and asked me to pay. 8. I'm sorry when I check out, nothing to say

Just got back from a last minute holiday to the Marriotts Marbella beach club. Never stayed there before and I haven’t stayed at a self catering apartment for years, so wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised, the apartment was spacious and well maintained, it isn’t ultra modern, which I actually liked. The grounds are immaculately kept, the staff were friendly and after reading some reviews regarding the food, I was sceptical, but I found the on-site restaurants were lovely and the food was great (and I can be quite picky.) There are also some nice restaurants nearby and we enjoyed walking along the beach of an evening to visit them. The pools were nice, just a bit cold for me. I’d definitely recommend for a family holiday and would not hesitate to return.

My family stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Alhambra Palace. The outside common area of the hotel, including the dining room, was very well maintained and could deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms inside were a different story. We occupied two rooms. One was a “superior deluxe room,” and the other was a “classic city-view double room.” Both had the same price tag. The deluxe room was spacious and well-lit but had an odd arrangement with a useless bathtub in the center. Moreover, the room smelled of sewage when we entered the room—which I notified the management. They disagreed and claimed there was no sewage smell. I did not appreciate the response, as all four of our family members smelled of sewage. Nor did I escalate the issue, as our stay was short. The city-view room had a small window overlooking the city without much viewing space. The room was tiny, with two twin beds packed in the room, and was poorly lit. It felt like being in a prison cell. The shower doors in both rooms did not close fully, so the water splashed out. In short, both rooms were substandard and did not deserve the price tag at all. My recommendation to travelers is to stay elsewhere, and if you need to stay there, avoid the small “city-view” rooms and Deluxe Room #331 that smells of sewage. I got to love Spain and its people who are very friendly and helpful, but not this hotel.

The breakfast is rich, freshly squeezed orange juice is very good, the hotel staff is warm! We are three people, booked in Ctrip, have arranged an extra bed when arriving at the hotel, very satisfied, the room is large, the suitcase can be tiled! The hotel is very close to the high-speed exit and there is an underground car park that is very safe. We went to the city and the Alhambra for a taxi. The hotel can call the car because the road in Granada is very narrow. We are not very confident that we drive. This hotel receives tours. Consider dinner at the lobby bar or in the lobby restaurant. The service is especially good, the staff is also very good at English, and the paella is delicious!

My husband and I went to this hotel during our honeymoon. It looked great online, with 5 star ratings. On our first night there, we had no hot water. There is a rainfall shower and a shower attachment in the bathtub. We spent the whole day outside and were looking forward to a shower. The water was cold int he rainfall shower and barely lukewarm in the bathtub. We called the front desk, and a man came by and said our options were either cold showers tonight or to shower in the spa. The next night, we requested a different room in which the showers were hot. We were then told it was a problem in the whole hotel and they were trying to find us a room. They gave us a handicap accessible room, which would have been fine except the toilet was in the shower. We requested a different room, and the hotel agent confirmed the water would be warm. I was very excited to have a shower, and I had 2 minutes of lukewarm water and then it was cold again. Granada was already wet and chilly, and this really dampened our stay. No refund or discount was offered. I didn’t have a warm shower the whole time I was there, which for a 5 star hotel is ridiculous.

I’m sorry to deduct stars for this hotel as there is much about it to enjoy and we did. The concierge was very helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable and it’s a great location for the city but ……. 1. Having a roof top bar is an asset. We were encouraged by the reception staff to visit it as it has stunning views. I asked if you had to book and was told no, open from 7. It does have stunning views as we discovered when we went up there but it was closed on Monday and Tuesday! Why? It’s peak tourist season and we were encouraged to go up there ! Very disappointing. 2. The breakfast buffet was good but there was only one person clearing and laying tables and making sure supplies were replenished. There were queues for bread, juice , bacon and eggs. It was 9am. Shame as it’s a great location .

About location: Very convenient, quiet location, only five minutes walk to Columbus to meet Isabella. Regarding dining: The breakfast is very rich, and the hotel also provides afternoon tea, which is superb. About the room: Three people lived in a duplex building, which was very spacious. The only drawback is that the spiral staircase is a bit narrow. Regarding service: the staff are very enthusiastic and help guide the way with luggage. Antique courtyard building, heart water

My family and I stayed here for three nights and loved the hotel. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to all places of interest. We were even able to walk to the market. The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen, while small, had the basics needed. The pool was very very cold but with the heat it was needed. However, you couldn’t stay in there more than 5 minutes without getting cold. The parking is a bit of a pain. If you have a larger car you won’t be able to use their garage as there is a weight limit for the car to go down the lift. Other than the annoying parking situation, I couldn’t recommend this hotel any more. We will most definitely be back.

Found it easily. The staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and a good size and the bathroom was very roomy. The bed was enormous but, as is often the case, it was 2 large single pushed together and not one double mattress. However given the size of each that wasn’t too much of a problem. The room safe is not secured to a wall but screwed to a panel in the wardrobe. It could have easily been removed had anyone got into the room. Also there was no kettle in the room but that is not unusual these days. The hotel restaurant was good and well priced with a range of interesting dishes and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was only 10 minute stroll from the final stop of the airport bus which was great.

The location of the hotel is good, there is a paid parking lot, 25 euros / day is expensive in a small city, but it is too convenient. The room can late check out till 2am which is very nice. There is a bar and coffee downstairs in the hotel, and the breakfast environment is very good. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the most lively fountain and bar area, and 25 minutes to walk across the city to the Alhambra Palace. The first two pictures are of the church outside the room window, and the fountain is right outside the small park.

For a four star hotel the restaurant was only 1 star which is why I marked it so low. We were only here for 2 nights which was long enough! We has dinner in the first night, what a mistake! There was a very poor choice of dishes, nothing was labelled so you had no idea what to choose. Staff were too slow to top up dishes. Breakfast was absolute chaos. Only 2 drinks machines with long queues at both. Poor selection of food that was not replenished quickly enough for volume of diners. Our room was acceptable but nothing special. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill with one or two shops a short walk away, but no bars and the drinks in the hotel are very expensive. The one thing close by is the Alhambra. There are also bus stops nearby along with the hop on, hop off train that goes around Granada. The hotel will order a taxi for you, around €5 down to the centre of Granada. The Alhambra is not to be missed and I'd recommend the train that goes around the city.

Good location, convenient to eat around, have Chinese food, walk to Agong more than 20 minutes, but climbing is very tired, although the hotel is Samsung, but the decoration style is very modern, five floors have five colors of style, we are the second floor, blue The color tone is very beautiful. The disadvantage is that the breakfast tastes good and the coffee is especially difficult to drink. This is rarely the case in Europe.

First of all, the room is very large, the facilities in the old hotel are quite modern in Europe, the breakfast is not bad or bad, the standard European hotel buffet breakfast. The hotel is located outside the city, if you walk to the attraction at least 2.5 kilometers, but there is a bus at the entrance of the hotel, 33 or 31 directly to the city center. In fact, it is quite convenient. Finally, there is a spit point, the service is really bad. We stayed for two days and didn't even arrange the room! ! ! After I communicated at the front desk, I was a waiter. I only speak Spanish. I don’t know English. The result of the communication is that I have sent two bath towels. The room is too lazy to let her organize. God knows when she will wait for her to finish the room.... This situation It’s amazing...

As other have said around 10 minutes walk from City Centre but close to all attractions. Rooms are excellent, spacious and have a nice bathroom. Only one minor negative was around wifi - brilliant in reception but 'patchy” in room and would often lose connectivity. Overall first rate hotel and would return.
