The helpfulness of the team at reception and room service is amazing. Anything from helping us plan where to go, to fulfilling any requests within minutes. Location is a walking distance from pretty much anything you want to see or any good place to eat. The best hotel in Kutaisi for sure!

The best hotel in Georgia. Have never experienced such a warm welcome from hotel staff anywhere in Georgia. Could be 5 star hotel if they had pool or gym. Would be back again on my next visit. P.S. Special thanks to Reception Manager Nino for helping us throughout our stay.

Very descent hotel with stylish and rather spacious rooms, friendly staff, extremely well located, rich breakfast with local food and wine bar. We had stayed here before and will stay again. Rooms without balcony are also very nice but if you want a balcony, you should ask for it when you do the booking.

Smart and cozy hotel with a great atmosphere. Noticeable wine cellar worth a visit. Great location - 5 minutes walk to city centre. Spacious rooms - each room have it’s own unique name and designation. Definitely we will return here once again.

I spent 2 nights in Kutaisi. Staff was very helpful and they tried their best. There is restaurant on the first floor and its very comfortable. I stayed in Royal Suite and it was big and nice room with big balcony.

The hotel is not in the main city, the location is a bit off. Next to the hotel is the viaduct, very noisy at night, the noise on the road is very loud. The room area is very small, and the place to put luggage is difficult to find. The introduction on the Ctrip page is 18㎡, in fact, it is 10m. The data provided on Ctrip is often inaccurate, and the photos are not real enough. The room was very clean. The hotel's breakfast is on the top floor, and it is still very good. The restaurant can see some city scenery.

I made a reservation at this hotel on Booking for almost 3 weeks in May-June 2022, I received a confirmation with the reservation number. A few hours later, a message came from the hotel administration that they were canceling the reservation due to the fact that I was from Russia. Extremely strange behavior for the owner or administration. My review will probably be more of an advertisement for people of other nationalities or races, but this hotel knows firsthand about the policy of Russophobia. for example Message from Hotel Casa calda: Ruskim ia ne prinimaiu. Best location! walking distance from Bagrati Cathedral and Colchis Fountain. Cheap price for a night including a good breakfast. Staffs are helpful. Room is good, with tea, coffee water, some toiletries. Bring your own slippers and toiletries better. We got a balcony with a nice view of the river. Down the hotel there is a bakery, a little grocery. Definitely I recommend staying in this hotel!
