|0.28km from city centerIt's near the city center. The room is clean and nice, but it's a little inconvenient for me that the electric kettle is outside the room. I forgot to bring my keys and was locked outside once. Fortunately, they were so nice and came to open it for me. People there were great, just remember to bring your keys.

Super SPA - a swimming pool with warm water; good food - nooooo can and could be a little more diverse, but they are also fruit and sausage and cheese and salads and cakes and grain of various kinds - bravo bravo; we reached the passenger port by walking in 20 min. I'd love to go back there if I'd be in Split any more.

However, we still had to climb up the staircase after taking the lift which was a bit inconvenient. Location-wise, it is near to the tourist spot with everything in walking distance. It is just a bit far from the bus station given that uber / taxi cannot be stopped near the hotel. There were a lot of staircase / walking required.

Hotel location is good, 10 minutes walk from the old town Diocletian Palace, very convenient, eating nearby is also convenient, there is a supermarket opposite the hotel and I have seen the most complete wine specialty ”hotel” so far, bought the favorite German beer. The room is fully equipped and the largest single room I have lived in so far is quite good. Breakfast is also very good. Especially worth mentioning is that the reception girl at the front desk is kind and very enthusiastic. It gave me a lot of travel advice. It is very good. Not only the local attractions in Split, but also other good attractions nearby are also enthusiastically recommended. I have benefited a lot. I will stay at this hotel next time.

Receptionist showed us around the room and explained the check out process and breakfast (coffee and tasty croissants). Entrance to room can only be accessed from outside of the street. The landlord is also very good, will guide you where to park, and will help you with your luggage. If you park directly in the parking lot outside the ancient city, do not cap, the parking fee is quite high! There is also a roof-top garden with a sofa to rest, a kitchen with free milk, coffee, and cereal.

But we got a room right next to the lift and the room had a door with the room next door. Because of that, the noise from the neighbors during the last night was pretty disturbing!
And again, the breakfast is somehow disappointing for an hotel from that level. We stayed in a smaller 4 star hotel at the beginning of our stay in Split and the breakfast was much nicer and so was the cappuccino.

Google locates the hotel very close to the bus station, but if you actually walk, there are slopes, steps and stone roads. If the girl drags a large and heavy suitcase, she is still cautious.
Finally, the room is average, the big bed room, the actual twin bed, the bed is very small, I did not care about it because the transition is a night, but the price is not high.

It should be noted that if you are driving by car, parking may be a bit inconvenient. Although there are parking spaces behind the homestay, there are not many in number and it is difficult to find. It is recommended to plan the parking in advance.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and recommended to friends who come here to travel!
