This is already my Nth time staying at the Sheraton Shenzhen Grand China, and every experience has been consistently good. It definitely deserves five stars! The hotel's location is extremely convenient, perfect for both business trips and tourism. The room facilities, environment, and cleanliness are consistently maintained at a high standard, making for a very reassuring stay. Overall, the service is great; the staff are professional and efficient, and any requests are usually handled quickly. In summary, this is a very reliable hotel in all aspects, and it has become my top choice when I come to Shenzhen. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The floor number is completely wrong! Very desperate experience. Actually check in on the seventh floor! During the day, this building was so crowded that I waited for the elevator to wait for despair. I went up the eighth floor and found that I was not able to call the hotel and was notified to go downstairs. I took the luggage and it was not easy to take the stairs. I was desperate to wait for the elevator downstairs. After I finished, I let me go back to the eighth floor to stay. I was desperate to wait for the elevator upstairs. Feeling waiting for half an hour of elevator. On the eighth floor, I also found a few hk grandparents who were wandering in front of the wrong door. I reminded them to go downstairs again. This fake guide is really amazing. The room is average, the sanitation is average, and the ceiling is damp. The gap on the bedside is all gray, I dare not look closely, and I will never come again. I ordered a few takeaways, and the takeaway brother is complaining that this building is too troublesome.

Several power outlets in the room, including those in the bathroom, were not working. The check-in process was also quite unconventional; we had to call a staff member and then wait for them in the 11th-floor lift lobby of a commercial building. They then escorted us to the room where the check-in was completed. We were completely unaware of this procedure beforehand. We were left wandering around aimlessly trying to find where to check in, and at one point, even thought we had the wrong location. Thankfully, we were able to reach them on the contact number provided.

Good directions with screenshots are provided to you once you have made a booking so you can find the location of the entrance to the hotel as it is otherwise a bit hidden in the Convention and Exhibition Center. The bathroom is a delight. It features a rainshower head and additional handheld shower sprayer - both can be used at the same time and there is decent water pressure. The toilet features a Toto electronic washlet. Bottled water and softdrink is provided for free in the room along with welcome fruits. Amenities are also provided. Super convenient next to the metro station so you can easily travel anywhere in Shenzhen from the hotel. I have no hesitation in staying here again when I'm next visiting Shenzhen.

The biggest advantage of this place is its location. Gangxia Metro Station is right downstairs, and across the street is Zhuoyue Center shopping mall, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also quite close to Futian Central District, Coco Park, and other areas. We took the high-speed train from West Kowloon, Hong Kong to Futian Station, and it was just a few minutes by taxi from there. Considering the location, the price is pretty good, so don't expect too much from the facilities. The room is very small, especially the space from the foot of the bed to the wall, which is only about 30cm. If you need to get to the other side of the bed or the balcony, you have to turn sideways. We ended up opening our suitcases in the kitchen area near the door. It's really only suitable for young people doing a city walk who just need a place to sleep at night; otherwise, it's quite inconvenient. The highlight of the room, in my opinion, was the cleaning staff, who seemed quite responsible. During check-in, both front desk staff were rather cold, completing the interaction in a very formulaic way. I didn't even hear a basic 'hello' or 'thank you.' In comparison, the front desk staff during check-out was a bit better. When I showed my phone booking to the front desk during check-in, she didn't even look at it, just asked for my ID and requested my phone number. About half an hour later (around 10:30 PM), she suddenly called me, asking when I was going to check in. I asked her if I hadn't already. She then asked for my room number and, after that, just said she had made a mistake and hung up the phone. The building is a converted mixed-use commercial and residential property with many floors, so the residents are quite diverse. There are many guesthouse front desks here, which means the three elevators are often not enough, and the wait can be quite long. On our first night, we returned late and found the main entrance downstairs closed. Even the security guard at the door didn't have the authority to open it. Luckily, after waiting a while, a delivery person came out and opened the door, allowing us to go upstairs.

This apartment hotel was the perfect choice for our short family trip! The hygiene was impeccable; the bedding was changed for every guest, and the floors were so clean we felt comfortable walking barefoot. Even the washing machine had no strange odors inside. The facilities were very family-friendly: the washing machine solved the problem of changing clothes for the kids, and the gas stove quickly heated water for washing up. The room also had enough tables, chairs, and wardrobes for storing luggage. The environment was peaceful, with a small garden downstairs that was lovely for an evening stroll. The indoor lighting was excellent, and ventilation was good, so it didn't feel stuffy at all. The service was especially thoughtful; my family forgot a charger, and the front desk proactively helped us out. They also kindly reminded us about gas usage precautions. The whole experience was meticulous and considerate, and my family praised my choice!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The hotel may not look new in photos online but it is clean and well kept. More importantly, the staff of the hotel were very helpful and a staff member even helped me with my courier! The location is fantastic too! It is just a stone's throw away from a big shopping mall and there are many amenities like cafes, restaurants and convenience stone nearby.

Close to the train station, but hard to find. Because of our heavy luggage we took a taxi for the 5min ride from the train station. The taxi dropped us off in front of the residential area, but we were not able to find the hotel with the information provided on booking. We asked at the convenience store, but they couldn't help us. We called the hotel manager and no conversation in english was possible, but we could chat in WeChat. A picture of the front door of the hotel was sent to us, but we could not find it. Finally the hotel manager picket us up in the (not so nice) street to bring us to the correct building. The manager was friendly. But the location information has to be improved! The room was small and old. Low standard, but we knew we booked the cheapest accommodation in the area. We stayed one night as we travelled on to Hongkong the next morning.
