KumaaaKumaaaThis is the third hotel I've stayed at in Brussels, and it's by far my favorite. The location is excellent, just a four-minute walk from Schuman station, right near the EU headquarters. Before this, I was always staying near the central station, but this area is a world apart – no mess or chaos, and the security is top-notch, both in the neighborhood and at the hotel itself. It’s quiet with fewer crowds, which is a real plus.
Regrettably, I only remembered to take photos just before checking out. I booked the cheapest room type, but it was incredibly spacious. There was plenty of room to open two 28-inch suitcases without any hassle. The bed was huge too; two people could easily roll around without bumping into each other. All the amenities were spotlessly clean. The TV even had sports channels, so watching the World Cup in the room was no problem at all. The soundproofing was excellent; I only occasionally heard doors opening outside.
Within a 10 to 15-minute walk from the hotel, there are various food options. While not as numerous as in the city center, they more than suffice for daily needs. There are also three supermarkets nearby. And even though it’s not in the city center, getting to the airport, Leuven, Ghent, and Antwerp is incredibly convenient from here.
I have to mention that the hotel staff’s service attitude was truly exceptional. A big thank you to every staff member; they were always more than happy to help with any request we had.
The hotel lobby offers unlimited flavored iced water, and the lobby itself is very cozy, with a large comfortable area for relaxing. There's also a small bar where you can enjoy a drink in the evening. The whole environment is incredibly comfortable and relaxing.
Plus, there's a laundry room on the third floor. For just 7€, you get both washing and drying, which is a fantastic deal.
This great hotel deserves to be known by more people.

We had an amazing stay — everything was spotlessly clean, from the floor to the taps. The gym was brand new and immaculate. I loved the interior design of the hotel, from the colour scheme and décor to the furniture, coffee machine, cup and room amenities. It's clear that they pay attention to every little detail. Sadly, however, the doors are quite thin and have a gap at the bottom, so you can hear everything that is happening outside of your room and also can hear everything that’s happening inside the rooms when you are in the hallway. Besides, the bathroom door is incredibly thin and the bathrooms are very echoey, so travelling not solo might introduce some awkwardness if you are one of the people with shy bladders. Other than that, everything was great. Clean, friendly, top service.

The room is clean and quite big in general. Breakfast buffet has enough variety but to be honest with the price of 23 euro is a bit high. The jacuzzi is well-known but I didn't have time to try it out. There's a gym room in the hotel. Hotel service person is friendly. You can store luggage safely in this hotel. They have a big storage room and double check properly the tags when you redeem your luggage. So that you won't be worrying about someone taking your luggage .

Very cozy and warm (we were there in December) room, comfortable bed, good hot water pressure. There is an elevator, on the 4th floor there is a window on the roof, I like these. Delicious and varied continental breakfast. Polite staff, ready to solve any problem.
