The hotel is situated in midst of bustling Gurugram sector 29. The area is full of many mid to high end hotels and markets. The property is rated as 4 star but actually it is somewhat of a 3.5 star type. It's USP is perhaps the price point. Must be the most frugal of all nearby hotels, without any major lack of comfort. Pros 1. Location is ideal, comea with ample parking space (in open). 2. Impressive standards of cleanliness, hygiene and house keeping services. However, don't expect any extra frills. 3. Courteous, prompt and efficient staff (except at resturant). Cons 1. Biggest letdown was the efficiency and lack of training of restaurant staff. Waiters were practically clueless. 2. Food preparation is average. Breakfast is better than major meals. Buffets are decent but not lavish. F&B dept needs serious improvement. 3. Room size & bathrooms are small. Adequate for a couple but no spce for extra bed.

very bad WiFi couldn't speak to my family, you cant do simple Internet scrolling , or even to watch a movie , bedsheets are dirty and not changed only after fighting , poor food options only Indian and breakfast is very bad , the bathroom drain was clogged . no washing machine as claimed by thier website , u need to pay for laundry which is done outside the facility . overall experience is bad , it does not qualify for being called a hotel at all , small advise that you would thank me for , go find another hotel .

Rooms are spacious, well cleaned with aminities like gyser, ac, mini fridge, tv, room service, wifi etc. Room service from their be raw cafe is very good. Food is delicious. Tried their egg bhurji, chicken biryani, crispy corn, stuffed parathas, and kadhai paneer. None of them disappointed, all were delicious. Only thing i take issue with is that the lights in the room are bit dim, specially if you have to read/work. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent property on Golf Links Extension Road in Gurgaon. I liked nearly everything about the Grand Hyatt except some wear-and-tear in a couple of rooms. For instance, the first room I stayed at had wood chipped in a couple of places: not cool in a 5 star as 5 stars mean 'attention-to-detail'. The second room I stayed had stained cushioning on the wing chair, again not cool in a 5 star. Apart from these minor things, I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Hyatt Gurgaon. The breakfast spread was delicious, and I particularly liked the smiling service from the tall Kerala/South Indian gentleman who was manning their Dosa counter. If you guys from Grand Hyatt Gurgaon are reading this, give that dude a raise. He richly deserves it!

I stay here every single time I come to India, and have been since 2016. The rooms are spacious and beds are so comfortable! The hotel is in a very quiet area, which is close to local markets, supermarkets, bars and restaurants! It's quite close to Iffco Chowk metro station and so it's easy to travel around the NCR. Mavens house is also quite close to sector 29 and DLF cyber hub, so plenty of nightlife options nearby. I really can't recommend this place enough, it has genuinely become like a home to me. Staff are very friendly and so helpful! I visited last, during monsoon season and came back from being out to find lots of bugs/flying ants? In the room. I persevered for a while but by 2am the room had been absolutely overtaken! Even at this hour, staff were lovely and so accommodating, moving me to another room without any fuss! This was really appreciated! I've had a couple of visitors (lizards 🦎) in my room throughout the past few years and I'm sure staff could have dealt with this, however, I don't mind! They're cute and they eat bugs and flies, so they're always welcome to stay with me 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 Overall, if you want somewhere spacious, clean and comfortable to stay in Gurgaon, Mavens house is highly recommended!

It was four days business trip, and due to some glitch my company failed to confirm the reservation. And Mr Ajeet assisted me through the checkin and made it ease. The best part which made me to leave heavy heart is the attitude of Mr Bheem, who is very kind down to earth, a gentleman. I checked out by mistake and rooms where overbooked. And because of his kind nature he did all the effort to accomodate me in the property. And since the weather is extremely cold around 15degrees, I was also offered a cappuchino. I am really overwhelmed by this gentle gesture of the manager Mr Bheem.
