Hotel service staff: I personally think they are very service-minded and were quite nice during my stay. The pictures of the hotel are consistent with the pictures of the room I actually stayed in.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at this guest house in Addis Ababa and had a wonderful experience. The place was very clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable. All the staff were lovely women, and they made me feel safe, welcomed, and well-looked after. The manager, Ts’eḥāyon, was exceptional. She speaks fluent English, is very professional, and incredibly kind. She picked me up from the airport and drove me back at the end of my stay. She also offers amazing tours around the most popular and beautiful places in Addis at a very reasonable price, which made my trip truly special. The price of the accommodation was also very affordable, especially considering the high level of service. I felt at home the entire . I highly recommend this guest house to anyone visiting Addis Ababa. I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel facilities and environment are pretty good in Ethiopia. I stayed in a twin room with my colleagues from the company. It felt similar to the 200-yuan express hotel in China. Laundry was very cheap. The front desk and cleaning staff were quite enthusiastic. The breakfast was also good. The security staff were also very enthusiastic. But you could hear the barking of the dog in the bungalow next door at night. Haha. There is free airport pick-up and drop-off service. Overall, I can give it 80 points

Some staff were good and front desk manager during the day but it's poor over the phone in the night and restaurant waitress. Couple of days we asked staff simple stuff, like butter and we was told, there's no butter and almost everyday breakfast it was the same except on Saturday, they provided samusas. There breakfast is very heavy 😕 😫.. rice, anjera eithopian pancake with mixed with eithopian spice sauce, different bread, mixed cooked vegetable, cooked cabbage, cupcakes, cakes and arabian beans and cold porridge make with water and one choice of cereal. The room is big but the cleaning is not good and we found cockrach but we already informed the front desk manager. Overall poor service, poor quality of food and poor cleaning.

A blast from the past. Sure, overall the hotel is a little bit dated, but this only adds to the charm and makes it feel like a little piece of history. Staff is as well trained as you will find in Ethiopia, facilities are great (thermal heated pool!) and the setting is gorgeous.

Отель бронировали на неделю, так как нужно было работать удалённо. Отель находится недалеко от аэропорта. Ночью доехали до него на такси за 6 минут. Завтраки здесь по меню – можно выбрать 1 блюдо из списка, чай или кофе, фрукты или йогурт и сок. Готовят достаточно долго, на завтрак уходил час. Как мне показалось, постояльцев в отеле было мало, мы практически никого не видели. В стране постоянно отключают электричество надолго. В каждом отеле есть мощные генераторы. В один из дней, когда WiFi не работал, нам сказали: подождите полчаса. Мы пошли обедать, а когда вернулись, генератор они так и не включили. При этом генераторы работали во всех соседних зданиях. Когда через 2 часа без электричества я пошла ругаться, мне начали затирать, что если генератор заведут, то электричества не будет ночью. А кому оно нужно ночью? Только после моих просьб генератор всё же запустили. На следующий раз в номер звонили опять с песней, что ночью не будет электричества, а в итоге связь сделали. В отеле 5 этажей, без генератора не работает лифт. Чтобы дождаться горячей воды в душе, воду надо сливать не меньше 5 минут. В раковине горячей воды нет. В отеле есть только мыло. Шампуней, геля для душа и всего остального нет. Самый ужас – лающие собаки. Они начинали лаять или выть с наступлением темноты и поутру. Также с 4 до 8 утра жуткие пения из мечетей. Спать нормально из-за слышимости было невозможно. Уборка была нормальная. В номер ставили 2 бутылки воды и клали пакетики чая.

Because of this beautiful experience I could only have two days, and I ended up living in it so far.
