This hotel is a wonderful place to stay while in Huangshan. I have so many positive things to say about it, and I even decided to extend my stay for an additional night. The service was excellent and the people were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The manager spoke good English and was eager to help me organise my day-trip up the mountain. He arranged a car to transport me to the entrance of the mountain, provided me with a map and talked me through the hiking routes. I was also provided with complimentary fruit baskets and soft drinks throughout my time there. The breakfast that they served was plentiful and delicious. The room was very clean, tidy and aesthetically beautiful, the shower was powerful and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is also fantastic as there are many restaurants and shops within a close proximity, and the entrance to the mountain is only a 5-minute drive away. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Huangshan. I am extremely grateful to the owner and workers for their impeccable hospitality and for creating such an amazing hotel.

We were really pleased with our stay in the Atour hotel. The service is really good. The staff helped us with all the requests that we had. They provided the transport to the COVID test place and the Huangshan mountain hiking spot left us totally stress free. They also arranged the transportation from the Huangshan North Railway station to the hotel. The staff member 廖静 Liao Jing provided us all the necessary information in English and she was really kind all the time. She also gave us the advice which places are worth to visit and how much time we should spend there. She also changed our room when we asked for a more quite one that does not face the street. The hotel also provide the free laundry which is a life saver after a long hike. The design of the hotel is modern and all the spaces are super clean. We had an amazing experience in this hotel and if we could we would definitely come back.

The kitchen is open and serves Chinese and Western food. You can enjoy the food while watching the view. My experience after moving in was that some were okay and some were uncomfortable. For example, the wall-mounted air conditioner didn't work very well in the colder weather because of structural problems in the house. The water supply problem is also uncomfortable. The washing water will be unstable and the water consumption may be concentrated during the period. I hope the merchants will improve their facilities and equipment to make them better. 農家樂店麪臨街，很好找，地理位置很好，不論是去深渡港口還是其他景點都很方便。我們訂的是4樓帶陽台的房間，陽台很開闊，風景也不錯，上麪有搖椅茶桌和晾衣架，晾衣服挺方便，晚上回來洗個澡坐在陽台上吹吹風很愜意。房間整體環境的話，農家樂不能要求更多了，但還是很乾凈整潔的，除了熱水器出水有些小大家都是挺滿意的。老闆娘很熱情，不厭其煩回答我們關於景點的問題幫忙聯繫門票和出行，而且燒得一手好菜，玩回來有一桌噴香的飯菜是多麼幸福的事情。筍乾燒肉、刀板香、飩雞湯、紅燒仔雞、炒山芋梗子都特別好吃，臨走那天還看見老闆娘拎了條野生鰱魚進廚房，可惜沒這個口福啦。整體體驗極佳，性價比很高。
