      I had stayed at the Biverah in the first week of this month when I had visited Trivandrum for official reasons. The hotel is located less than 5 minutes distance from the Medical college junction. The check in process was smooth. Rooms are decent sized, and come with all basic toiletries. Linen was fresh and clean. The bathroom in the room I had stayed (no.508) had an issue with drainage. About half of inch of water was logging in the bath area of the bathroom. I had not realised this on the first day of the stay, since I was out the entire day, Probably the room service people cleared it. However, on the second day, I had taken bath very early in the morning to visit the temple, and when I came back a couple of hours later, I found water still stagnant in the bath area. The ***agement should get this rectified. Otherwise, everything else was good. Restaurant provides a decent menu for the complimentary breakfast. Food tastes good. Room service is quick. Overall, you cannot go wrong by choosing this hotel.

      The room we were given was connected to another through a door. The door was locked from both sides. A big group of 40 students had checked in. And one group, about 7 or 8 of them, were in the room next to us. At night 11pm, they were making noise and talking loudly, which was a nuisance for us. We called the reception a couple of times requesting them to tell the students to keep quiet. But they did not do anything. The said they would talk to the teacher !!. Finally, we knocked on their door and requested them to be quiet. But they continued thei noise. And when they left well past night, they ran our room bell and went. Is it no the responsibility of the hotel staff to ensure customers maintain decorum? The rooms did not have a fan, only ac. And the ac temperature indication was so bright, that it lit up the whole room. Room service was pathetic. Whatever we asked from the menu, the response was a curt ‘no’. Housekeeping was ok. Lop cation is good, not crowded. There are veg only hotels nearby.

      I booked Park Chamber room for my parents who were on a 2 Day visit to Trivandrum. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay at the hotel and were impressed with the hospitality of the Hotel staff particularly of Poornima. She has been very cordial with my parents and helped them as needed. Breakfast buffet had been really good with lot of varieties and rooms were very clean. After all, good food and clean rooms is all anyone would expect during their stay. I did quiet a bit of research before booking this hotel and I'm glad they lived upto the reputation. I sure will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Suggestion - Call the Hotel reservation directly for better pricing.

Being a hotelier I ask for a corporate discount, despite the GM is an ex colleague and good friend of mine. The Stewart reply was truly unprofessional and I adjust it with due to his exposure in the industry. Then I called the reception and ask the ada***t lady to kindly connect me to GM, she refuses and told GM left for the day. Ask again to provide GM's number or check with him whether he would like to talk with me after introducing myself. Miss ada***t won't consider even disconnected the call without completing the conversation. After a disastrous epic for hospitality and tourism industry since pandemic and natural calamities ruled out, a gradual awakening happens to stir the industry steadily, let's grab those opportunities to uplift the sunken industry by positive attitude. ”Maturity is not when we start speaking big things..,, It is when we start understanding small things in big way.

      BIG NO if you are traveling with driver .. They don't have basic common bathroom for drivers they don't have parking for drivers they don't treat drivers properly rooms and food is ok. They don't maintain inventory to call reception..we have to remember their numbers and have to call multiple people to sort the stuff . we had bad experience at the time of checkout..my driver waiting outside and security ask him to move other side so three times he moved vehicle to different places . Suddenly onw guy starter shouting on driver because other vehicle is coming .this is unprofessional way of dealing and he should consider we also stayed same hotel and give equal importance.. this is not professional hotel.
