I am writing this with full confidence as I experienced their hospitality for two days from 16 May 2024. Superb location. Just opposite to Trivandrum Central Railway Station. Only 250 meters from the station. Only 100 meters from the Bus Station. There is a taxi stand right in front of the hotel. All major temples are there within 3 km. An excellent restaurant with cordial staff is available in-house—fresh and tasty food. Healthy breakfast served hot. The front office is very professional. They will take care of you as if you are their family guests. You will feel the warmth of their hospitality right from the gate security staff. The rooms are sparkling clean. The bathroom is spacious and superb. Lavish and well-designed rooms will make you feel at home. I am a satisfied customer, and I endorse the quality of this new property out of my heart. I will not look elsewhere for accommodation in my future visits to Trivandrum. All the best to the Cordial Sopanam Team and their Management.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were crisp and fresh. The bathroom was spotless and had plenty of amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was seamless. I appreciated the insert amenity, such as free wi-fi. I enquired about the place before hand and after i arrived here at the hotel. I found this to be exactly what they have promised me. Me. Ms. Shalimol and mr vipin had been really understanding and i am overwhelmed by their hospitality. Next time i visit tvm for my work. Without a doubt i will choose this property over others available.

Restaurant has been closed since covid days, told reception personnel. Breakfast was O.K., which was provided in hotel highland which is located opposite to highland park. The staff and atmosphere are excellent. I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. The food is very good and reasonably priced. The location is perfect, situated right next to the railway station, making it easily accessible. The staff are all very courteous and helpful. I stayed with my family for a night, and they even provided us with a room the next evening for free so we could freshen up. I really appreciate that gesture.

We reached this hotel on March 25th 2024 at 7.30AM and we got 3 bed AC room immediately. Room was very clean and neat . Also all basic facilities were available. The owner Mr. Venkatesh is very kind and he extended an excellent hospitality to us. I recommend to stay there whenever you want to visit Anathapadmanambha swamy temple/Trivendrum. Nearby there is a travel agent who provides Auto/Taxi in a very competitive price

Cherry on the top was the neighbouring restaurant and juice centre which served good quality food which saved the effort of searching for food and beverages. As mentioned earlier the location is approx 6. 5kms from airport, both bus station and railway station were within a 1 km range, even the famous padmanabhan swamy temple was at a distance of less than 500mtrs. Over-all a good place to stay while travel-ling with friends and families.

The steps leading to the Reception appears a put off. The rooms are well appointed and the service is excellent. The restaurant has excellent infrastructure. The staff at the restaurant, though very pleasant and helpful, appear a bit stressed to handle the customers when there is a rush. Food served was quite nice but there are some limitations regarding choices. The prices appear a bit more than it is worth but this is a reasonably good option to stay near Trivandrum Central.

The staffs are all humble, polite and always welcome us with a genuine smile. We had only break fast but the food was delicious with varieties . But they can improve the quality of desserts and bread items in break fast buffet. Its just a feed back rest everything was awesome. Special thanks to FO team , ***ger Shinoj , EX Chef , waitress at restaurant who assisted us during BF( Don't know her name ) and all members at CR TVM. Keep up the good work and we shall visit this property again.

As the hotel runs on solar power you dont get hot water shower on case you have to bathe early morning 3. The road was dug up right in front of the hotel and when we had to get down from the car none of the bell boys came forward to assist with the luggage 4. The restaurant in the hotel looks like a bar and family folks don't find it good to sit and have lunch/dinner there 5. The room i stayed in dint have a rod for the hangers in the wardrobe 6. Bed mattress was hard as stones 7. Room was quite spacious and toilets were clean 8. In room service is good

|3.4km from city centerThe room we were given was connected to another through a door. The door was locked from both sides. A big group of 40 students had checked in. And one group, about 7 or 8 of them, were in the room next to us. At night 11pm, they were making noise and talking loudly, which was a nuisance for us. We called the reception a couple of times requesting them to tell the students to keep quiet. But they did not do anything. The said they would talk to the teacher !!. Finally, we knocked on their door and requested them to be quiet. But they continued thei noise. And when they left well past night, they ran our room bell and went. Is it no the responsibility of the hotel staff to ensure customers maintain decorum? The rooms did not have a fan, only ac. And the ac temperature indication was so bright, that it lit up the whole room. Room service was pathetic. Whatever we asked from the menu, the response was a curt ‘no’. Housekeeping was ok. Lop cation is good, not crowded. There are veg only hotels nearby.
