Location is good, quite neighbourhood itself for good sleep, but a few minutes by walking to a shopping mall with everything. Quite clean rooms and good service. Only 1 aspect should improve is the facilities, I think the hot water is not 24 hours.

House Keeping is very nice. Recently I stayed at The Fern, and I was thoroughly impressed by the housekeeping service. The staff was exceptionally diligent, ensuring that my room was spotless every day. The attention to detail was remarkable; from the perfectly made bed to the neatly arranged toiletries, everything was pristine. The housekeeping team mainly Ms. Khushboo was also very accommodating to my schedule, managing to clean the room at convenient times without any disturbance. They were friendly and respectful, making sure to ask if I needed any extra amenities or special requirement.

Good location, easily accessible. Smooth and quick checkin. Rooms are reasonably sized for a business hotel. Staff is very courteous. We had checked in very late when their kitchen was closed, they arranged the food from nearby restaurant which was also of a satisfactory standard. Overall recommended.

I stayed at Novotel Chandigarh for 2 days it was very comfortable stay .very great location. The food was very delicious and my check in and check out was very smooth the staff was very friendly. Special thanks to t***na and Abhishek at the reception they took my check out very pleasant also I met a girl Anshika (cutie) at the lobby she was very friendly and polite. Highly recommended.

I booked a room in this hotel for 13th Feb-14 Feb 21...I checked in at about 9 pm since i had come for some business related works. Its very sad to write that this hotel being with 3-star rating offers such pathetic services which look very flashy in pics. I was greeted with non operational Telephone, Study light at bedside & TV, Cracked cup, no sleepers, washbasin with funny setting for hot water, no door in shower area, leaking faucet and a extremely mucky like Kettle...the door knob of bathroom is like of 1940's...the shower glasses were dirty as if not cleaned from past 8-10 months..the Cloth hook behind door of bathroom rotates in 360 degrees......i felt that these guys arent serious in maintaining rooms . The bed and the quilt was stinking as if its not changed since ages. The staff needed to be told to give two water bottles for two people, refill tea sachets and sugar....I was in room No. 113....There was some party going on in ground floor that night and the smell of drinks was coming till first floor.....i had never seen room like this in last 8-9 years of my stay in hotels in all over India.....To book this hotel is wastage of money is wht i felt....the very basics of staff is not clear ....

Room was neat and clean. Spacious. Washrooms were clean and nice. Warm water was available. Fresh towels and linens were there too. A couple of mirrors were dirty, like they had maroon paint on it. And one issue i faced was the door lock, their door lock won’t open easily, had to swipe in the card multiple times and this one time i had to call up the staff late night for that so that was bit inconvenient for me. The pricing was bit too high though, if it’d have been little less then it’d be perfect. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

This is the warmest hostel I live in India. The boss is super nice and helpful to me. He helped me arrange the next day’s itinerary, helped me communicate with the staff, quickly checked in, and helped me hit UBER. At the airport, everything is so good. Besides, the rooms are so big. The price can be said to be super value. His food is also super delicious, the price is not expensive, and it is very comfortable. I hope the boss's business will get more and more. good

Hotel location is very good. It's near 32 sector Government Hospital Chandigarh. It's collaboration with OYO rooms, so he first denied to give me hotel but after that he give me room. Receptionist told me next time i book hotel with OYO otherwise he will not give me rooms. Rooms are clean but AC remote is not working. Toilet is Smelly. Water bottle is not sealed i think they refill the Water. Not very good experience just over all ok.

We had a great stay here for a week. The staff were great. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding fresh. The bathroom was ok. No hot water in the evenings but staff provided us with a bucket of hot water each night. The food here was amazing and we had room service every morning and evening. One of the best hotel in Chandigarh. Stay was comfortable, staff was very courteous, food was great. The manager, Mr. Thomas, is an amazing person. He always takes care of guests on personal level. This was the first time I stayed at the Taj in Chandigarh and it was the most wonderful stay. The rooms are super clean and staff extremely helpful and supportive. I like to chill out at Lava bar. The music was fantastic! Our only regret was that we were running late and so could only enjoy the music for 2 hours but everyone still had a fantastic time dancing away. Thank you DJ ROSHH for playing good music for us. Real feel of tajness. We love to came back again soo next time ..

I stayed here last week, the hotel is on the highway. You can walk for 10/15 mins to the closest shops. The hotel only looks good from outside but not inside. The lobby is good but the rooms, they are ok, compared to the exteriors. When I checked in there was no hot water coming and a plumber had to be called to check, which was taking a long time. Rather, these should have been checked in advance, before the guests arrive. Being a big hotel, water bottles are not provided complimentary, you will have to pay for it. Also, the breakfast was bad not ***y options available.Internet also was not working properly.
