The air conditioner in one room leaked, and it was repaired twice but it was not repaired. Later, I said that I could only change the room to a smaller one, and my friend didn’t change it if he didn’t want it. The curtains in the room are too transparent. There is a room where the sun shines directly on the eyes at 6 or 7 in the morning, so I can’t sleep.

The apartment is more comfortable than the hotel. First, there is good air circulation. Second, there is space for children. Third, they can cook by themselves. It is very convenient for shopping and grocery shopping. You need to swipe your card to come in downstairs. There are two doors without worrying about safety. The aunt has a friendly cleaning attitude. There is a bar street on the opposite side of the apartment, and you can watch the sunset. It rained that day and the burning clouds after sunset were so beautiful! NaNa people are very nice, we can check out at 2 o'clock in the afternoon on our plane at night, and also printed out the information for us, which is very recommended!

On the third day of the Spring Festival, the order was old, the old decoration was collapsed, the sofa was collapsed, the sofa was new, the living room was large, the location was good, and there were a lot of eating around. Since I had been in contact with them via WhatsApp, they called out to me as soon as I went to the lobby of The Shore, and I was able to enter the room smoothly. It was helpful that we could keep in touch via WhatsApp during our stay. However, I wish they had notified me a little earlier when we were leaving. If you are leaving early, you should confirm the day before. The bedroom and living space could be separated, so it was convenient to put the children to bed first. There was also a balcony, and depending on the room, you could enjoy the sunset. I stayed for two nights, but when I returned to the room on the second day, it hadn't been cleaned. Was that the contract? I wish they had at least changed the towels. The pool, which can be accessed from the 6th floor, is free to use, has a nice atmosphere, and many people use it from morning to night. They check the people coming and going, so you can play with peace of mind. The location is good, and you can get everything you need within walking distance of supermarkets, markets, and Gaya Street, and it is relatively safe so you can go out even at night.

Hotel grandis is the best hotel I have ever stayed in kota Kinabalu this is my second time stay at the hotel. Before I have stayed in Hilton, Mercure, Hyatt but still I feel grandis is more comfortable because of its location, easy access to mall, big rooms, comparing other hotel like Hilton, Mercure the rooms are very small no bath tub or sea view. We book a deluxe room in grandis we had a sea view, the rooms are spacious, bed is very comfortable my kid enjoyed the bath tub, perfectly organised room, swimming pool and gym also available at the roof top. Good thing is that they have paid parking, buffet breakfast was pretty decent,easy access to Suria Sabah mall.

It was very nice. Kind and clean. Good price. Right next to Imago Mall. As soon as I got off the grab, I couldn't see it, so I showed the address to the guard who was sitting at the desk. He kindly drove up to the elevator and took me to the first floor of the reception. I was a little disappointed by the sound of the airplane. The other thing is so satisfying.

Really loved the place. Indeed the aesthetic one. Staff are really friendly and helpful. I stayed at the bunk bed mixed room and all the other tenants are quite cooperative and seems happy to stay there. Quiet and calm atmosphere. Even with the night market which happen to be just around the poshtel and my room is the corner next to it, it doesn't feel intimidating and noisy at all. I guess the walls are noise-proof. One great advantage. Toilets are clean. The free locker is big enough to fit a cabin-size luggage. Common area like the kitchen and TV room are also clean and most tidy. Love the small yet slow lift service too, easy to carry big luggage upstairs. Hope it continues to be like this and getting better in the future.
