It was a cozy stay at this average hotel. Very nice, polite and friendly staff. Nice location near the sea but a little far from the center of the city. The bathroom was not very clean for tidy persons but it was acceptable. The pool very good and clean with nice area. The room was spacious in compare with turkey hotels.

Birçok otel gördüm her önüne gelenin barmen olduğu sanırım bir tek burada. Suçlu yönetim. Çok işe az personel çalışıyor bar kısmında. 10 gidişin 8inde sıra bekliyorsunuz. Barmenlerin ve yanındaki elemanların canı çıkıyor ama çocuklar yine de elinden gelenin fazlasını yapıyor. Eleman az. Ama mesela aşçı kısmına gelelim eleman fazlalığı var. Barın yanında snack restoranda görevli 40 civarında yaşı olan aşçı arkadaş pek bir suratsız. Gerçi onun suratı benim keyfimi kaçıramaz. Restoranda masalara servis veren bütün gençler işinde hevesli ve iyiler. Ama iş yükleri aşırı fazla. Otelden milyonları götürüp elemanların canlarının çıkmasına sessiz kalmıyorum. Oteldeki barda bir kişi ismini vermeyeceğim yabancı müşterinin birine asıldı ne kadar kötü bir izlenim anlatamam. İngilizce bilmediğimizi düşündü sanırım. Sonrasında özel ücretsiz specialinden bende istedim 30snde hazırladığı başka bir basit içecek ile gönderdi beni. Kültür seviyesine bakarak çok da önemsemedim. Diğer barmen arkadaşlara sevgilerimi iletiyorum. Bazı yerli müşteriler evet gerçekten alıngan bir tavırla ön yargı ile geliyorlar türk müşterilere ayrım var vs gibi. Ben bu izlenimle gitmedim çünkü gerçekten sıkıntı profiller var ülkemizde. Buna rağmen sıfır önyargıyla gitmeme rağmen otel resepsiyonu beni zorla olumsuz yoruma itti. Öncelikle bize kattaki en küçük oda verilmiş. Kendini çok zeki sanan otel müdürü ve resepsiyon görevlisi arkadaşlar iyi okusun buradan sonrasını. Sırf oda belirtmedik diye hayatımda gördüğüm en dar oda (ki bence o oda kapatılmalı)verildi. Aşağı gayet sakin kibar bir eda ile indim rica ettim. İlk başta bana full dolu olduklarını söylediler anlıyorum sizleri dedim ama çıkışlar olacaktır vs. Dediki işte çok zor ama not alalım vs geçiştirildim. Sonra bir daha indim dedim ki not aldınız umarım bana pek öyle gelmedi ama bakın sizden rica ediyorum ben gerginlik çıkaran o profilden değilim güzelce rica ettim elinizden gelirse çok memnun olurum. Tekrar işte Çarşamba boşalacak yerler var söz vermeyelim ama ( bu kısmı otel müdürü de bu şekilde iletti Çarşamba ayarlamaya çalışacağım) En son eşim kötü polis olarak indi aşağı dedi ki asla kabul etmiyorum o odada kalınmaz vs biraz uzattı hemen müdür bey ekranları kurcaladı yarın (salı günü) yer var onu ayarlayalım dedi. Şimdi sorarım sana ey müdür bey adam gibi konuşana mı tavrın ? Kibar olmak mı suç? Ağzınızı açsanız şikayet edeceğiniz ilk şey türk müşteri olur. E kardeşim sen kötü polisin isteğini yapıyorsun ?? Bilerek ve isteyerek yaptığımız iyi kötü polis taktiği ile isteğimizin olabileceğini gördük. Ayrıca yabancı turistler bu platform gibi daha ucuza yer ayarlıyorlar türk turistler daha pahalı ödüyorlar ( dolar bazında) Sıkıntınız nedir işte bunu çözemedim. Bunlar dışında Otelin spor salonu 10/2 kullanılmaz durumda Otelin yiyeceklerinde bazı ürünler ilk yetişene devamı olmuyor . standart ürünler devamı var ve sorunsuz ekleniyor. Çatal bıçaklar yeterince hızlı doldurulmuyor. Suçlu personel azlığı yani yönetimde. Bu gençlere üç kuruş veriyorsunuz ama en çok onların sırtından para kazanıyorsunuz. Büyük baş personellerin keyfi yerinde gördüm. Son olarak animatör tayfun beye sevgilerimi saygılarımı iletiyorum. O olmazsa otelinizde zaman geçmiyor:) Otele kötü yönetim az personelden dolayı nötr veriyorum. Kendini uyanık sanan müşteri geçiştiren yönetimden dolayı nötr yerine negatife çeviriyorum. 10/5 puanla bu incelemeyi kapatıyorum.

I travelled to the Mesut Hotel from Ireland on the last week of Feb 24 with one of my friends. I was a bit sceptical before visiting the hotel as some of the reviews I had read where not overally promising, but as someone who works in a hotel I kept an open mind. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the beach is a zebra crossing away, the pool is a perfect size and the food was great, and I must add I am a plain, fussy eater yet I always found something to eat. The house keeping did a fantastic job, the hotel was really clean. The staff where all so polite and friendly despite not being able to speak much English so I appreciated them trying, especially a young girl at the reception who was very eager to help me when I needed it. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Alanya, the castle, beach, harbour and cable cars where all walking distance away and the weather was the perfect temperature for an Irish girl! The only unfortunate thing I have to say about the hotel is that the all inclusive closed at 10pm which was a little annoying but it did not overally affect my stay. As someone in their early 20's getting the chance to travel, I would recommend to any family or solo travellers to stay here because I know for sure that I will be back!

Honest review from a family perspective. It seems to me that people have too high expectations, and vote down, or low and vote up. From the reviews we were not that high in expectations, but we've had nothing short of a wonderful time here in start of November. I'll try to sum up something I felt I didn't know before arriving: All Inc: At beach: water, juices, coffee and one ice cream a day. No alcohols. Rest paid. At pool/restaurant/bar: water, juice, coffie, tea, beer, wine (red and white ok, rose not good to our taste). Vodka, campari, Malibu and some other local spirits. Food: buffé with what you expect from a buffé. Breakfast: serials, bread, spreads, egg, salads etc. Lunsh/dinner: salads, Turkish pizza, 4-6 dished with meat, one dish fish, pasta, rice. Always something to eat, but not the most exiting stuff. Lots of cakes. Snackbar (by pool side): nuggets, salads, Turkish pancake with cheese etc (very good) + (Children favorite food place). Clean rooms (we got main building). Aqua park, pool and Childers games very good.

Like one man said - this hotel has something that many other hotels are lacking - soul. Felth like second home. Felth like family. So friendly and naturally cheerful. There is also a parrot here and few cats, it makes this place even more cozy. They are so nice with animals and guests, tries cheering everyone up. They are just naturally very pleasant people to be around. One staff member celebrated her birthday here and everyone greeted her with so much warmth. They even gave guests some free cake to celebrate. All family members and kids gathered and it made me feel so alive and grateful for the things that really matter - family, friends and everyone around us. Im sure to come back here some day! By the way... THE FOOD IS EVERYTHING HERE! Big variety, everyday something new and very tasty! I hope they will never change this cause that also left me the biggest impression on this hotel! Yes, it aint super fancy, but it has life, meaning, cozy taste to it and I will always choose this. You really won my heart on this. Very sad to leave, but I've got some meaningful answers to take home, and its a big THANKS to the people working at this hotel. Dont forget the bond you have with each other, cherish these connections and this hotel will always stay alive with happiest guests that can have a little of that happiness that you share. Good hotel. Rooms big, furniture, san.technology, lamps all work, nothing broken, mask nets are. Bedding, towels clean. With water all perfectly hot, cold stress good. Feed moderate- good, I got enough, and I got a lot. Cleanness all over the hotel. The shortcoming is that there is no free internet in the room, but it's not scary. Thank you. I'll come back to you.

**Long post but worth a read if condidering this hotel** This hotel was booked as our first and most probably last family holiday (due to mums health issues). There was 8 of us in total on the holiday this included myself, partner, 2 daughters, mum, my brother and partner, and another brother. On arrival I was extremely upset to find that my family had been booked into a room that sleeps only 3 when I had put in the original booking 2 adults and 2 children sharing, after telling the manager that I was extremely uncomfortable with my daughter not being in my room or us all squeezing in the small room the only option I was given was to pay 350 euros for a family room. I think this is absolutley terrible, this was refused as I simply couldng afford so this set us of to a bad start. The next issue was that my mum is disabled and cannot walk, she was put into the furthest room (only accessed by at least a 10 minute walk under the subway) I asked for her to be moved closer this was refused I genuinely thought she may not make it home after all the walking. We tried in vein to hire some type of mobility scooter, searched both towns and found nothing, however, the hotel was more than happy to hire a wheelchair (not fit for purpose) for 25 euros a day 🤯 that is literally 5 euros less than hiring a car. This didn't make it much easier for us as we had a steep hill to get up each night and she is quite a large woman. On many occasions I thought we was both going to be rolling down the hill, this was supposed to fulfill one of my mums final wishes, a family holiday, she told me she just felt like a burden. The rooms if big enough was ok, comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities, shower gel, 1 2 English channels on TV (news) was bearable. However, each day we hung the sign on our door to have our mini fridge restocked and this didn't happen once? I'm not quite sure why? To be honest I got the feeling that the staff just didn't like us 😕 which as you can imagine made us quite uncomfortable. The beach I cannot fault at all it was absolutely beautiful and literally on the hotels doorstep, managed to get sun loungers no problem each day. The sea also is stunning beautiful colours and beautiful sunsets each night. The weather also was in the 20s each day which was a very pleasant suprise. The pizza bar by the beach was great freshly made pizzas and salads was very nice and the downstairs barman seemed friendly. We also tried the mock tails and milkshakes at an extra cost (4 euros) was worth a treat. The upstairs restraunt had plenty of options and the food was enjoyed by the majority of the party. Always seemed to have something available for fussy eaters and the English pallette. To eat on the balcony with a sea view was a really treat. The nighttime entertainment was also very good always translated to English to so we could all understand some fab dance acts. Closed in October 2020. The apartment is very good. Next to the beach across the road. But far away from the city and all markets. It is not convenient to take the bus. The bedroom in the room. There are 2 sofas in the hall. Kitchen with stove. Large balcony, chargeable air conditioning. The internet is pretty good. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers. Not bad. But the water is already cold limitation 1. Hot water. she left. Only warm during the day. Heated by the sun 2. Poor plumbing. 1 room has no shower hose at all. Wash yourself under the tap. Everything is flowing. Settle in another better room. 3. Tile heating time is long and fragile 4. Cleaning. Changed the towels by myself at the reception desk. Such cleanliness, never before. Well, well, well. If I had listened to all the negative reviews from my British counterparts, I wouldn't have experienced such a fantastic, clean and well run hotel. We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Alaiye Hotel & Spa Resort and I can honestly say its probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I cannot fault the staff for how well they look after the grounds, from the gardeners and maids down to the guest relations and bell boys. All staff were helpful even when they didn't speak English, we managed to get our point across. The on site shop was a lifesaver for little essentials such as gifts, drinks and snacks, they also have shops for clothing at extremely competitive prices. I didn't see any reviews about water being freely available around the hotel in fridges but their is an abundance of fridges around the hotel providing bottled water and also little plastic containers full of water. All Inclusive drinks had a large selection ranging from soft drinks to the Turkish beer Efes and also extremely tasty cocktails (Sense of Alaiye is my pick) and red/white wine. The all inclusive food is some what repetitive but so are the majority of all inclusive foods around the world, by the 2nd week I couldn't find anything new but I can assure you, we as a family never went hungry and always had something to eat at Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The snack bars were more or less the same daily with your nuggets, chips, donnor meat and selection of Russian cuisine and the snack bar at the back of the hotel served freshly made pizza and flat breads daily. The pool is extremely easy to find a bed all throughout the day so no need to get up early to put your towel down, it's a great pool because he's not full of chlorine as it has a mixture of salt water and feels natural. The beach is unbelievable, you need to get there early to secure your bed, you'll be hounded all day to sign up for excursions and you must try the Big Kral pirate boat, it was a great experience. Some negative points though, the entertainment starts way too late for a family, 9.30 every night and the music is UNBEARABLY LOUD but didn't bother me or my wife that much as the children were already asleep by the time it started at 10pm. I will reiterate, it will be EXTREMELY LOUD so bare this in mind when booking as no matter what room you're in, you will hear it clearly. The entertainment throughout the day is unchanged, the music also around the pool is repetitive and the same playlist is played regularly, I did inform the entertainment team and they gladly took suggestions but only lasted for that day and followed the next with the same playlist. I also want to add, I slipped really bad on the steps leading into the pool on the south side of the hotel next to the Vitamin bar, I really hurt my back and couldn't move my neck for days (which put a negative on my 2 weeks) I complained about the step to Guest Relations and was offered a free hour session of massage to t

Pretty average sort of hotel, some shops close by but bigger centres a good taxi ride away. Clean here & regularly kept clean too in fairness. Food was ok for all inclusive but not very special, great if you like salad i suppose. Rooms are nice, quite large good facilities overall. Only 1 lager included in all inclusive but there were cocktails, tea, coffee always available from one bar or another. Pools were decent, there were 3. Beach was shingle & narrow for it's privacy aspect. Would i go back? No.

A great hotel, super friendly employees everywhere, reception, breakfast room, general housekeeping who always smile and have good advice and are willing to help and go the extra mile Super wide breakfast selection with various warm dishes, cold cuts, all kind of cheese, cereals and of course many different salads, yoghurt and dried fruits - I could not think of anything missing Different coffees from Americano over Expresso to Latte and fruit juices Less than 2 minutes walk to the red tower and 5 minutes to the harbour. Seaview really perfect to see the “pirate” ships coming and going and also sunrise in the morning. As close to the harbour also close proximity to all kind of restaurants, bars and the shopping bazaars. We were super happy and will come for sure again, we really had a great time and enjoyed every single day 😎
