The hotel is quite close to the station. The bed in our small double room was a bit on the smaller side. Breakfast consisted of a sandwich set. The best feature was the hot spring bath located upstairs. While the overall space wasn't huge, it was perfectly sufficient. The only downside was the lack of parking, but everything else was great.

It was smooth because check-out was good to just put the room key card in a post in front of the elevator. The interior and fixtures of the room were sufficient, but I thought it would be nice if the trash can was a little larger. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, but I didn't ask for cleaning, so the trash was immediately full. I think there are some guests who do not ask for cleaning, so I feel that it will be better if you can improve that point. The location is also available at Marunouchi Station in 1.2 minutes, so you can't transfer to Nagoya or Sakae.

Exit 4 of Hisaya-Odori Station on the subway is the closest, but there are no escalators or elevators to ground level, so it might be difficult with heavy luggage. I stayed here because I had a live show at the Aichi Prefectural Arts Theater. It's within walking distance, and there's an underground shopping mall (Central Park) across from Exits 3 and 4 (Otsu-dori) on Hisaya-Odori, which connects to Sakae Station and has a variety of shops, so it's safe even in the rain. Nagoya Castle is also within walking distance, so the location was excellent. My single, non-smoking room was fully equipped (desk, chair, kettle, folding mirror, desk lamp, etc.). There was an outlet by the bedside, and the room light could be turned on and off with a remote control. There was also a standby light, so even those who don't like complete darkness would have no problem. Welcome drinks were available until late at night, and I didn't use the kettle in the room. There were several types of tea and three types of soup. Since it's Nagoya, breakfast isn't necessary. For 800 yen, it was pretty reasonable. There were four types of bread: the salted butter roll and croissant, which were the same for both days, but the other two were different. The boiled rice* was delicious, with a nice salty flavor and a soft yolk. The curry was filling and packed with vegetables. All the staff were very nice, and overall I would recommend this hotel.

The location is fantastic as there are subway lines which are easily accessible by walking. Convinience stores, drug stores, restaurants, malls and resto-bars are close by. This time, for my stay in Nagoya, I chose the Toyoko Inn Nagoya Kanayama, and overall, my experience was incredibly satisfying. The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the station, making it easy to get to downtown Nagoya for sightseeing or to Centrair (Chubu Centrair International Airport). The surrounding area also has great amenities, with convenience stores and restaurants aplenty, which is a thoughtful location for travelers. The room, while not large, was very clean and tidy. The moment I walked in, I could feel the usual Japanese hotel sense of freshness and order. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the pillow height was just right, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. Although the bathroom was compact, it was fully equipped; the hot water came quickly, and the water pressure was stable, making showers even more comfortable than at home. What pleasantly surprised me was that they offer free breakfast! Although it's a buffet, there's a good variety, from rice balls, miso soup, sausages, and salad to coffee – everything you need, and the taste was quite good too. Especially that warm bowl of miso soup; having a sip in the morning instantly gave me that 'I'm ready to tackle today!' feeling (laughs). The staff were also excellent, always smiling, patient, and thorough whether I was checking in or asking for directions, giving a real sense of being welcomed. The overall value for money is very high, and I highly recommend it for both business trips and leisure travel. In summary, the Toyoko Inn Nagoya Kanayama is a great hotel that offers a reassuring stay, satisfying food, and a good night's sleep. If I had to give a score, I wouldn't hesitate to give it full marks, and I'd secretly add a 'visit again' praise in my mind.

It goes without saying that the hotel's exterior is clean and beautiful, which is pretty standard for urban architecture in Japan. The interior seems a bit dated, with a decor style reminiscent of Japanese hotels from the millennium era. The bathroom has a combined tub and shower with a curtain, but it was also clean and tidy. The room itself was surprisingly spacious, completely unlike the cramped feel of typical budget hotels in Japan. We could open both suitcases with no problem, and there was even some empty space! That was a truly unexpected bonus. The service was also very attentive; after filling out the information about my child, the front desk reconfirmed the child's age during check-in and provided small slippers and children's toiletries. The location is very convenient too, I believe it's near the Sakae commercial district. It's truly excellent value for money!

I booked this place because I knew I’d need to take the Meitetsu train to Chubu Airport. It was a bit of a long walk from the JR station to the hotel, but when leaving for the Meitetsu station, it was slightly closer—so that was convenient. There wasn’t much of a view from the window, but it wasn’t a big deal. I was just glad to have a window at all. Overall, it was a decent stay. I slept well after a long and exhausting drive.

The hotel is super conveniently located right after exiting Kanayama Station; just walk through the commercial plaza. There's an Aeon mall right next door, making it incredibly easy to find places to eat, drink, and shop. The lobby even has claw machines featuring Nagoya-themed plush toys. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, everything tasted excellent. The room was very quiet, and overall, I was extremely satisfied.

It's located between Tsurumai Station and Chikusa Station? It's in Chihaya, about a 10-minute taxi ride from Sakae, and it's close to my house, so it's very convenient. The rooms are clean and small, but have everything you need, Netflix available, delicious food available 24 hours a day, and even paper cups for rinsing and earplugs are provided! If you come by car, there is no parking fee, so it's an all-inclusive hotel that I use several times a month! I often see call girls there.
