It was so nice to be able to walk around because it was directly connected to Anbang Beach, and the room was in good condition. The breakfast was delicious, and I stayed in the annex building (?), and it was hot and hot because I had to walk to the restaurant during breakfast, but it's a place I want to stay for a long time, good value for money, friendly, and good facilities. There were many European customers, so it was quiet and comfortable. The balcony side is disinfected once in a while, but be careful not to open the door when disinfecting... .. Wow! What an amazing villa. Feels like a 5 star resort on a 2 star budget. Luon was very helpful and responsive! The room was gorgeous. I particularly loved the indoor garden in the bathroom—like showering in a tropical forest but in the privacy of your room. The pool area was lovely and you are so close to the beach, you can hear the waves crashing down. We also rented motor bikes at a very good price, and luon was very quick to respond and come rescue us when we had trouble starting one of the bikes. I can’t wait to go back here, and would recommend this lovely villa!

I would like to come back to Vietnam because of this hostel. ＜ If you go to Korea, you can't get away with it. ＞ 1. The boss and wife run it, but it's so kind. 2. Every morning you give me a breakfast menu and make breakfast. It's really better than hotel breakfast. 3. Room condition was really clean and I was surprised that it was better than the picture. 4. Thank you for buying and borrowing all the merchandise and living things! 5. It's very close to the sea. 6. The location is good because the market, motorcycle rental office, restaurant and massage are all within 1-3 minutes walk.

Peach house at An Bang beach is a nice place to base yourself and spend a week in HoiAn. Most people only have 2or3 days in HouAn, but if you also build in beach relaxation time off to your schedule, then this location works great.  Peachtree house is about 70meters or yards from the crashing surf of the beach. There are chairs to rent for 25,000d each and a cafe with food and drink.  The hotel location is on an alley half way from the street toward the beach. Taxis drop you on the street at the mouth of the alley and you must drag your suitcases about 70meters/yards. It is shown properly on Google maps now. The hotel room had good aircon, bidet toilet seat (nicer than the hose nozzle), good bed, mini frig, safe.  The small pool is attractive, other hotels in the area have larger pools, but that wasn't an issue for us. Breakfast is served like at Grandma's house. It is cooked and served each morning in the small kitchen in the lobby by the housekeeper.  She does great, we left her a tip.  The meal is excellent and filling. The only downside to Peach house is the wifi. It is slow. I'm not sure if that is the property's problem or an area wide AnBang issue. Peach house is an excellent property with a good value price. I'd come back.

Wow, what a fantastic place. Four of us adults on our first trip to Vietnam organised this accommodation and were not disappointed. Thanh is a wonderful hostess who makes you feel like part of the family and gives you all the support and travel tips you need. We wanted to go to Ba Na Hills one day so she organised private transport in a large comfortable car, didn't have to line up for tickets as the driver had contacts and we were straight in the front door without a problem. Thanh also packed a beautiful breakfast for us all as we left at 6:30am. Cannot rate this place highly enough, it was a wonderful experience. Situated 200m or so walking distance to the beach and surrounded by lovely gardens. Plenty of good restaurants close. An Bang is a quiet part of Hoi An away from the hussle and bussle. Great to relax but only a 10min taxi ride into the city centre if you want to do shopping etc.

This farm stay is so lovely and the host is a kind angel! She drove me into the old town a few times and asked what I wanted to eat/made me breakfast each morning. She also helped me book a great cooking class and a cheap car to Da Nang. The environment is very lovely and natural and the bed is comfortable. While it’s not located super close to the old town I liked the location because it’s relaxing and more quiet but still easy to get everywhere by car, motorcycle, or bike. I stayed here as a solo female traveler and felt very safe. Definitely recommend :)

My sister and I stayed here for two nights and we are very happy that we decided to pick this property. The owners Huang and Khanh are very kind and they woke up at 5:30 am to welcome us and give us an early check in without any additional cost. We took the room with the balcony and river view. The room was cosy and very clean. Very quiet place and we enjoyed our little chats with Huang. She got us fresh Banh Mi, Vietnamese Bread for breakfast and it was yummy. Also, she helped us with airport pick up and tour to My Son at a very reasonable price. The hotel is very close to the market so you can shop to your heart's content and rush back to leave the stuff in hotel room instead of carrying it around in just 10 min walk. We recommend this place of you are looking for a quiet , simple, cosy and very clean place to stay without spending too much. You will get your money's worth and much more. Look forward to come back some day!

I think one of the reasons that makes Hoi An so attractive is that the local people are so friendly. Just as Koreans have affection, this place is also full of affection. Personally, I came here for a cooking class because there was a local market nearby. The family living at home are really kind and helped me more than anyone else during this trip. I received help with nearby restaurants, things to do in Hoi An, and even bus routes for departure. I liked it so much that I stayed a day longer than planned, but I had a lot to think about. However, if you want to be treated with respect like a hotel, go to a hotel. This is a homestay. It is a place where you can interact directly with the locals and feel the atmosphere of this place. I really recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the modern family culture of Hoi An while backpacking. I don't often write reviews, but this place makes me want to write one.

The location is halfway between An Bang Beach and the Old Town. I didn't like the convenience stores or the places to eat, but the terrace was great In the morning we didn't eat breakfast and went to a brunch café The food was delicious and there were a lot of western people and the atmosphere was good ~ The local cafe staff was friendly and had a late night cup noodle I didn't have chopsticks, so I asked for it and lent it to me. The reception staff will greet you when you go out and back. It was so good, but when I went out I made a reservation Force a review, except one! The hotel service is great and friendly to the Chinese, compared to the hotel we stayed in Da Nang (Some of the hotels in Da Nang are obviously not friendly to the Chinese, the rooms with the same price to the Chinese are bad floor), so at this point Feeling good at staying. Then mention that the free breakfast here is really rich and can be eaten like lunch. And if you stay here for more than 2 nights, there will be a free dinner, three dishes and a snack. This must be confirmed with their hotel. I do n’t know if this preferential policy is always available. Although the ancient town of Lihui'an is 2 kilometers away, the room is humid because of the climate, but it really has no choice in terms of cost performance. The most satisfied hotel in the whole trip. I can give 99 points. If the hotel has wet problems afterwards, you can think of ways to improve it, then 100 points

Our first time in Hoi An and we didn’t know where to stay. I would strongly recommend staying here if you’re coming to Hoi An. Central location, 4 minute walk to all bars and restaurants but hidden around a quiet street so you don’t hear anything. The staff organised scooter rental with no problems and gave us information about the area, providing a map with local insights for where to go. Rooms are modern and clean with a spacious shower. The highest praise would be to the staff, they were amazing. Nothing was a problem.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have spent 8 nights with Ly and her beautiful family at this homestay during the Tết celebrations. I echo other reviews in saying this will be the best hostel/homestay you'll find. At Terracotta, you'll discover fantastic accommodation, beautiful service, great breakfasts, a delightful (and convenient) food menu, and the most welcoming and kind family. The homestay is a 10-minute bicycle ride to the Old Town. Rooms are immaculately clean and modern; the wifi is fast and reliable; laundry services are provided in-house with a quick turnaround. I felt so welcomed and cared for at Ly's homestay and will certainly return in the future.

We checked into Southern Hotel Hoi An an hour before check-in time. Lin and her team were gracious enough to make a good room with a balcony available for us immediately. The service, amenities, comfort and location were outstanding. We were just a short walk away from both the Night Market and the Japanese bridge which meant peace and solitude at night when the town was partying loudly. A big plus in our book was the breakfast spread that was included with our room. The only thing I would suggest is ensuring that all rooms get a good wi fi connection because ours (302) was a bit sketchy. Overall it was an amazing stay... complete value for money.

They were very nice, super acomodating, extremely clean and cheap. They are also located across the street from the local bus station that takes you to Danang. Super convenient. They even exchanged USD for me so I didn’t have to go to the bank.(5%comission which was ok with me since it was Sunday) They will offer transportation to Danang in a private car for (300000), a lot more than the local bus(40000 if you have luggage), so just say no and walk across the street. I would stay again, this time longer!

I like this place very much, Treasure Hotel. I felt that staying for 2 nights was too little. The hotel upgraded me to a river view room for free. The breakfast was very rich, including freshly fried poached eggs, boiled eggs, and chicken rice noodles. This is the hotel. The restaurants inside are cheaper than eating out. The quilts and beds in the hotel are very comfortable. There are many free shuttle buses to Hoi An Ancient Town every day. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vinci Villa Hoi An, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff at Vinci Villa went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even going out of their way to remember my name throughout my stay. This personalized touch made me feel like a valued guest, and it truly enhanced my overall experience. The room I stayed in was awesome. I opted to have breakfast in the old town most days, however I noticed a number of guests enjoying breakfast at the hotel. One of the standout features of Vinci Villa is its magical location. It’s situated within walking distance of Hoi An’s Old Town. The old town is surrounded by enchanting streets, ancient buildings, and a vibrant atmosphere. The convenience of being within walking distance to many of the city's attractions and popular landmarks allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local culture and experience the charm of Hoi An. I would definitely go back if I was ever in Hoi An again! Be aware that Grab can’t come into the lane, so you’ll need to order your car from the main road.

We stayed in Ancient River Villa in Hoi An for two weeks and loved every second of it. The welcome we received was very warm and friendly and Dzung and her lovely family and housekeeper looked after us so well during our time there. It is their home and they made us feel we were at home and part of the family too. We did not want to leave. They looked after us during our stay organising trips out which were all fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. My partner organised this trip for my birthday (60th) and Dzung sourced a bottle of Champagne and delivered that to my partner to surprise me. After we returned from a lovely day out in Hoi An we were greeted with a birthday cake and candles which was such a lovely surprise and a wonderful thing for them to do. The ensuite rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. There were even toothbrushes and toothpaste provided. Towels were changed daily, the bed was made every day and the linen was changed. It was always spotless. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided as was bottled water every day but even better, beer for a small charge! I slept like a log there. The breakfast was always delicious and beautifully presented, especially the fruit which followed the main breakfast and the bread rolls were so light and tasty. I am a vegetarian but my partner is not but there is plenty of choice for everyone. We had a balcony which overlooked the river and it was very relaxing sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. In particular some ingenious uses of the most common form of transport here, mopeds, scooters and motorbikes. The things they manage to transport on their scooters is incredible. We tried the local restaurants, the one round the corner is vegetarian and the food great but if you walk a short distance the other way you will come to Baby Mustard which also offers cookery classes. There is another restaurant in the same road which we ate at and enjoyed very much. Hoi An itself is a wonderful place and I am so glad we stayed at the Ancient River Hotel because it enhanced the experience. Dzung was always happy to answer any questions we had, give us tips on where to go, arrange trips for us or just sit and have a chat. We are truly grateful to her, the family and staff who are just wonderful, kind hearted and lovely people. The Ancient Town in Hoi Ann is a short drive away but easy to get to and very cheap by taxi. We walked there on occasions. If you love shopping, Hoi An will not disappoint. There is also a wide range of restaurants available which cater for all tastes. Hoi An comes alive in the evening and becomes an array of dazzling colour amid the hustle and bustle of the locals and the tourists. Take a boat ride along the ancient river or learn how to make a lantern or cook Vietnamese style. Try the egg coffee at Uncle Hunn Coffee place. It was a work of art in itself. Our group contacted Coco Viet Homestay for 1 day short. Need a few urgent shots. Sister and owner enthusiastically explain how the booking process and the potential of the group will have a room or not. This kind of customer service I think, if I don't take a room cuzng, I will miss this place for the next time. Fortunately, the group got a room. Arrived, met the owner very enthusiastically. Every room is clean, spacious and airy - not smelly in the smoke season. A few spacious with a balcony. Each room has a different decoration but has a same theme - retro, classic and elegant - the colors integrated together are very eye-catching. The owners only have many places with our group to visit Hoi An ancient town, delicious places - local restaurants, and a few typical tourist attractions - such as Cu Lao Cham, bars. Peaceful Hoi An street. The city is a rich place with historical - the group said that they will definitely come back 1 day soon. Thank you to the owners at Coco Viet Homestay for helping our group have a clean and beautiful place to think of; so that we can take the responsibility and realize many charms of Hoi An. The resort was really thoughtful to provide us with a complimentary room upgrade to a connected room for our family of three when we checked-in. I had great interactions with the resort staff. The resort was located at a relatively quiet area in the midst of paddy fields away from the hustle and bustle of the historic town which we like alot, but yet it is also near to the old town with a short 10 min car ride. There is a free shuttle service to the old town and the beach, but you can also easily do grab for less than SGD$3 to almost all places of interest from the resort. The breakfast spread was a good mix of continental, Asian and local spread, typical of most resort. The only downside is that some of the common facilities such as gym and kids playroom are abit worn, but then again, there are so many things to do in Hoi An that I doubt you have time to use these facilities. Another thing to note is that there is air-conditioning in the rooms unlike what trip.com says in their fine print that there is no air-conditioning.

In front of the hotel, next to the walking street. Very good location. The hotel has bicycles to borrow for free cycling too ^^ Staff can communicate in good English. but very willing and willing to serve Especially the male staff wearing glasses ^^ The room is a bit vintage and wooden style. Out of the way to the north of our house. The accommodation is a family room with two floors. There is also a Jacuzzi tub. Soaking in water is very comfortable But secretly a little old and there is no bathroom door, hahaha ^^ The facilities in the room are okay. Toiletries, shoes and bathrobes are also provided. Overall, it's okay ^^
