I came to this place for the event and got some mixed feelings. The front desk staff was super cool and nice. Guest relations people... most of the time they couldn`t give me proper information or contradicted each other/ misled me. The room was basic. Due to some construction defect, there was always water on the floor in the shower (it didn`t go out for hours). It`s not ok for 5 stars. Food and drinks were not special but okayish, available 24H. The territory is the main ”disaster” because it is basically a spot between a few roads separated by the fence. And that`s it - the hotel walls and the fence. Almost no greenery and nowhere to go, no territory at all. The pools are relatively small. So, considering the price, I wouldn't be back or be there if not for the particular event. Thinks twice.

This hotel was given to me by my friend Amway. I chose this place just to take my baby on vacation. The size of the hotel is adequate, the health services are very good, and there are a lot of details that make people feel a little surprise. What may be insufficient for us is tomorrow The meals were basically the same. We stayed for four nights and we really had enough to eat.

I decided to stay at the Bellis Deluxe Hotel for our family reunion and my parents' anniversary at the same time. I had been searching for different hotels in the area and decided to go with Bellis Deluxe Hotel, and I don’t regret that decision. Everything was perfect during our vacation: room cleanliness, food preparation and diversity, animation team, and evening events. I want to give special attention to the service, which was phenomenal. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, always ready to help and give you a couple of tips about staying in this hotel! I was also surprised by the fact that almost all of the staff can speak Russian, and everybody can understand your requests in Russian, which was super comfortable for my parents due to their limited English proficiency. The hotel is very huge, and we purposely took our vacation at the end of March when it's not too hot here. We weren’t bored for a second. The huge territory is perfect for exploring, with a horse park and zoo. I wasn’t expecting the zoo to be so good, despite its location on the hotel's premises, but I was pleasantly surprised and happy to walk around, knowing how professionally the employees care for animals that cannot live in the wild due to various circumstances. The only con for me was the bar. They can make simple cocktails and cocktails from their list, but if you try to ask for something outside of that, they seem lost, even when you provide them with all the ingredients and proportions. I found a couple of bartenders who were on point, and whenever I saw them, I always tried to get my special drinks; otherwise, I would just go with simple cocktails. But this is nothing compared to my overall experience here! In conclusion, I will say that this hotel exceeded all my expectations! I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families with kids, as there are lots of kids' activities around the whole hotel! I will definitely return here if I stay in this area again! Thank you, Bellis Deluxe Hotel team, for the wonderful experience, and especially for the special attention and surprise for my parents' anniversary! They were so happy, and so was I :)

Our family has been coming here for 17 years and we’ve never doubted the service and the people are very friendly here. Especially this year that the club for teenagers has opened my daughter feels so included and finally has a safe space for her. The workers are very kind there and relate to the teenagers. And a big thank you to Svetlana and her team we’ve known her for ten years and she’s always been great to our children and helped grow and it’s great to see that even now when they are teenagers she still helps and understands them with their new problems. Overall great experience and we will definitely come again!

I have visited Turkey 3 times now, the last 2 times to different places but due to the pandemic they were closed so I selected the IQ Belek as it was all inclusive and as a solo female traveller it's generally better to be in this style resort. I arrived late at night, staff are in reception 24 7 so there was no issues. Lots of staff speak some English which was fabulous. I never expect anyone outside of England to speak English so this was a bonus. I was shown to my room and shown how to use my key card and the Aircon, which was a definite plus! It's an absolute essential, it's effective and nice and quiet too. The room, large real king-size bed, not twins stuck together. Lovely clean bedding and firm pillows. As is the tradition, there were thick cotton weaved blankets, trust me you don't need anything more, it's warm enough no duvet is required and once you find your ideal Aircon setting it's more than adequate. Bed was very comfortable and the curtains nice and thick so no light leaks. There is a mini fridge in the room and water is put in it every day for you. I selected what was described as a double for solo use, it was well sized with a little balcony that looked out over the amusement park behind. The bathroom was good, shower has a main shower head overhead and a shower attachment too. Ideal if you don't want a full on soaking. Toiletries provided in the room included soap, shower cap, shampoo conditioner and shower gel. Plenty of towels, 2 large bathsheets, 2 lare hand/hair towels and 2 smaller hand towels and slippers in a netted bag for use too. I was given a towel card, this is exchanged at the spa for a large blue beach/ pool towel. You can change them as you wish in the spa so if you want a fresh towel you just go to the spa and swap it for a clean towel. I visited the spa twice while I was there. Once for a Turkish foam massage and face massage and then again for a face shoulder massage and foot massage. Definitely an experience!! I slept like a log afterwards and my skin squeaked I was so clean! The cleaning staff visit every day and empty the bins and replenish any toiletries and remake your bed and give the room a sweep and wipe through. If you leave towels on the floor they are replaced. The room was fully cleaned a few times which on top of regular daily visits I think is more than enough. They visit around 11-1 each day. The restaurant exceeded my expectations. I visited out of season but it still provided a full service each meal time. Due to covid staff fill your plates for you with your selections. Breakfast has a mix of hot foods, some days including scrambled eggs, toasties, sausage mix, and then cold platters of cheeses meats and breads along with cereals and fruit. Lunch had a selection of around 6 hot dishes with accompanying rice and pasta and potato dishes, a full salad bar with dips and oils and sauces, fruits and then the most amazing cake bar I've ever seen. We spent a beautiful stay in the villa for 2/3 people, very restful and comfortable. Very secure too. The villas are really extraordinary as on the photos. The dream! We stayed here on route to our main holiday as we were all inclusive 5 star but booked direct with hotel. As flight arrived early hours of morning we stayed here for a few hours sleep to then move on to main hotel. It was only £32 for 3 people and was more than adequate. A guy there even offered to taxi us to our main hotel for a small fee 7 euros. This meant we arrived fresh at 9 am at our venue ready to start the all inclusive. Clean room , air con. Basic English speaking and 24 hour reception to greet us early morning when arrived. Will use again.

When I close my eyes and throw away my glasses i will give this hotel max 3+* When have you ever been in Turkey 5* hotel you cant it compare. Interiers- looks old 5/10 Rooms - after reconstruction, nice,small with really small bathroom and balcony 7/10 / you cant sit there, max 1person at balcony/ - funny: one day come back from the beach and we didnt find the door from the bath corner.. We call to reception: yes we take them... No information why , No apologize , when they bring it back... Staff- bar & restaurant very kindly, 10/10 Reception- we had 2x luck that we speak with lady who's english was very bad we think that she is able to speak just with russian customers and we needed to wait for another person. 2) when you arrive at 2am and they know that there will be customer 2+1, its shame that room isnt ready. And you need to call to reception to ask to prepare one bed more. 6/10 Food - Im very sorry but it was terrible. 3/10. Pools- big and clean. To take sunbed you need to be there at 6 45am. BUT OK its worldwide folklore.... 1) Water slides- AMO they are built for children under 8 and many years ago. No fun for older. 2 I don't understand how there can be less sunbeds than hotel visitors... I meant that they are all occupied both on the beach and by the pool. The employee's answer, is it possible to bring 2 extra sunbeds somewhere, and I don't mean 1-2 rows by the pool or on the beach: you have to arrive early.. 6/10. Beach-Garden. 10/10 - you can have sunbeds under palms trees - clean - sand. Maybe inside the sea is 1m part of stones but nothing special - you dont need any shoes to go to water as they say. Animation+kids club+ night program 6/10/8. Nothing special but good standart. Question- will i come back here. Answer is Absolutely NO.

Really enjoyed my stay at Kempinski. My friends and I went on a short vacation at the end of April. we had a great rest and were well taken care of. Thanks to the entire staff of the hotel, whose care was exemplary. I thank Savas for the attention with which he dealt with all our requests and Cuneyt for the excellent communication and problem-free accommodation. Hi! We were on a great trip in Turkey in Magic Life Masmavi Hotel for 14 days. First of all we would like to thank Ertan Sensu for being the best :) every time we needed something - I knew that we can ask him and he will help us. He always knew what do we want to drink and he remembered the names of our daughters. My husband and I also loved the Chill Out Bar and the people out there (Sinan Yarimkas, Okon Karatay and Pinar thank You a lot for your smile and great great service). We recommend You the best coffee and cakes from 2pm in Wunderbar - here I would like to thank Soner Arslanoglu - he was always smiling and willing to help. When our youngest daughter were taking a nap we had some relax there. The hotel is renovated, the food is really good - nice touch with kitchen for children :) Our older daughter wanted to go to the kids club EVERY DAY! So thank You goes to: Lia, Arife and Ozgun. We knew that we need to have entertainment for our daughter and we are so thankful for You girls! Kornelia is still saying that she wants to have Disco Night and dance. We are practicing: Sochu, baci, vira :) next time we will show You. Only next time we will come in April, because some of the attractions were closed and it was a little bit too cold :)
