The management of the hotel is very problematic. When we checked in that night, a group of guests on the same floor were very noisy. It was still very noisy until 12 o'clock in the morning, and the hotel did not see any action to stop any of the tenants who continued to make noise. Very bad check-in experience.

We slept so well in this hotel. The room was spacious and the mattress and pillows were so comfortable. It was modern, spacious and clean we would definitely stay again. We didn’t find either our check in or check out very welcoming or friendly experiences but overall great stay.

I booked a room with two queen beds for over 700 RMB, and there was no parking fee. It was very cost-effective in Silicon Valley! The room was not very big, but there were two 1.35-meter-long beds, a large desk, and a sofa, which was enough for a family of four. I asked the front desk for a room that was not on the road, which was very quiet. There are many Chinese restaurants in the park where the hotel is located. The most convenient one is that it is a five-minute walk from 99 Dahua. There are all kinds of hot breakfast and fast food options in the supermarket, so there is no Chinese food anxiety at all. The hotel is not far from Apple, Google headquarters, and Stanford, and it is highly recommended!

Very clean and the service staff are also very nice. Although breakfast is charged, coffee and lemonade are self-service. The fruit said 1 yuan per piece, but I had to pay for it, and the waiter said it would be given to me for free. The environment is also good. There are many restaurants across the road and the shopping mall is not far away. Overall, I am very satisfied. The only downside is that the air conditioner is too noisy, but given the weather in CA, it's okay not to turn it on. Booked a room with breakfast, but found out the next day that it was not a buffet, but a form of ordering at the restaurant bar. The waiter cooked according to the order. It felt quite worth it. But if there were many people, there was only one waiter, which was a bit overwhelmed :D One more thing to complain about. Since the hotel was newly renovated, the smell was still quite strong, and parking was charged, which felt a bit not worth it. Everything else was good.

I booked a room with two double beds for one night before heading to southern cities. We checked in at around 11pm. The reception staff was nice and check-in process was quick. The room was clean and without noise (we made a remark of requesting a room not facing El Camino Real). The mattresses were comfortable, although the pillows were too soft and low. The Bathroom is very spacious. Water speed is normal. Breakfast did not have a great variety of foods, but sufficient. Overall speaking, my hotel stay was money worthy, and will stay here again.

I stayed for one night as a halfway point to a camping trip. The hotel lobby is nice and has a great smell to it. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. Your standard eggs, sausage, waffles, fruits, etc. the room was nice and spacious. Mine had a sleep number bed which was great for me as a stomach sleeper being able to adjust the firmness of the mattress. The room was clean, but you can tell it needs a good deep cleaning of the carpets and scuff marks on the walls and furniture. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are a light sleeper. The walls are thin and you could hear kids running through the hall and yelling. There was plenty of parking. It was $12. I didn’t get to try the bar or restaurant because I went to the nearby mall instead to shop. All in all, I had a great stay and would come back again.
