The only problem is timing where we need to order before. Few cons are telephone is not working as we have to go down to make the request for whatever. WiFi is not working on first day… Don’t expect covered parking, and you have to park on the side of the road and also it is safe. I travelled by bike with pillion. No issues whatever. We visited this resort for a staycation and stay at aqua villa with a private pool. The staff were friendly and cooperative. I would recommend that this place is a good pick for a staycation. The property is well maintained and has a good ambience. Even-though we dont get any good view from the room, the property by itself is having a comfortable lawn area and a small recreation centre which can be used positively. The swimming pool is well maintained except for it has many steps which reduced the area to swim. The kids swimming area is well planned. Breakfast was decent and had good spread for a complement. Overall a good place to spend a weekend.

Stayed from may 2-4, 2023. This property is not worth for the amount paid. Badly maintained bathroom. No morning coffee/tea served till about 7:30 am and that too supplied only after requests. But the staff were quite nice and the frugal breakfast was good-thanks to the chef. Yercaud itself is a very beautiful and scenic hill station but very dirty at most of the places including the lake area due to callous and irresponsible tourists. Garbage disposal is pathetic. Vegetarian food and related restaurants are very few and bad.

This hotel has a good location near the New Bus Stand in Salem. It is easy to find. It is inside and no cars are allowed n the steep so we had to walk a few blocks with our luggage check was no problem for us. The staff at the hotel was the most friendly and hospitable. Although they do t have a restraint they offered us room service with tea and coffee every morning. The only issue we had is we had no WiFi reception. The WiFi was not good enough to use in our room. We advised the staff but it never worked for us. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay

Beautiful stay. Room was very nice and i usually concern about restroom that also was very neat, clean & hygiene. Breakfast buffet really nice with choices and we really regret missing lunch and dinner (we booked breakfast combo) option also there if we inform earlier for lunch and dinner. L really need to highlight staffs mr. Sankar ( manager i think, mahendiran and another beard guy all 3 were very friendly and responsive. Hardworking and busy managing all, totally gems for their landlord. Hotel was situated in prime circle and located bit higher than the road level, really i like the view of hotel form road end. We missed campfire since it was raining. Everything was nice additionally if they add dedicated room service person it will be good. I think they have renovated and well maintained to meet amenities. Over all value for money.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. Even though it's at the city center, it is surrounded by very quite environment. The hotel is maintained very well, the staffs were friendly and it was easy to communicate with them either in hindi or english, unlike other hotels in that region where they speak only regional language. The food hygiene quality was also good and so as the taste. The room service was quick upon request, which was a great help for us. All the view points were near by the hotel so we could cover most of the places during our visit. It's a good hotel to stay during your vacation, it's economical as well.
