|12.97km from city centerThis hotel overall. It is probably an upgraded version of the All Seasons Hotel in China. The room is very large. It is about 25 minutes away from the airport. It is also 25 minutes away from Gandi's hometown exhibition hall. In about 15 to 20 minutes, there is a large shop mall. The hotel's breakfast has a freshly ground coffee machine and a large table. The rest of the breakfast is not something I am accustomed to as a *********. But the bread is very delicious when baked. Compared to other whole wheat bread, I find their eggs to be particularly sweet, especially the yolk. The service at the front desk was very good. You can exchange foreign currency here. The bed is soft for sleeping. Anyway, I like it very much. If you come to India for the first time, it is best to drink bottled water. I recommend drinking Coca-Cola.

|0.9km from city centerI stayed in the hotel for around 6 days in the month of August 2022. We were on a professional training program. To begin with the most surprising element was of course the behaviour of the staff. From checking to check out I found them to be absolutely amazing. Mr Biltu from front office to care of a lot of my personal requests. MS Sudipta and Ms Swathi were always pleasant and were warm, taking care of all the chote-mote needs we were nagging them with. Unlike ***y other hotels here I never found it difficult to approach the staff.. Food was another amazing blessing.. being far away from home and being in middle of such hectic schedule all our meals where yum. I remember Mr Somnath for the extra help he offered to us even though it was a buffet.. House keeping was prompt on request.. Cleaning was great.. Maybe the only Con i would mention is actually about the lift.. With so ***y rooms in place i believe one or two more lifts can be added for quicker mobility.. Last but not the least.. the view from my room was also great

|5.24km from city centerIt has been an average stay with 7 Wonders No Doubt staff was Good but few very basic and essential things were missing. Pros - Staff was good and, I was provided with GST bill where MMT Couldn't help us. One of the room has AC noisy sound hence they have shifted my room to one of the better room where I slept comfortably. On check out I ws offered Lemon water when it was required the most because it ws too hot outside. Cons - Location is not appropriate and no assistance on Main Porch you will not be able to rech the hotel reception because no where it is written that it is on 7th Floor. No luggage assistance during check in. Room was not cleaned properly, AC was too noisy I couldn't sleep till 3:00Am, Breakfast buffet was really no option very limited on top of that basic hygiene was missing. Plates and bowls cleaning and all. Linen in the room was not cleaned properly. Alot of improvements required, No Value for money.

|7.88km from city centerI am a foreigner and ALL Diamond who stayed for 3 weeks on a work trip. The hotel is modern; there is little wear and tear noticeable in the common areas or in the rooms. The rooms are small, but are clean with modern fixtures and appointments; the bed was really comfortable, but a queen bed in a junior suite reflects the small size of rooms. Shower water pressure is good but is offset by bad drainage. The placement of the shower, the tiling, and the absence of a screen or curtain around the bathtub mean that the shower must be hand-held or the water floods the floor - I slipped a few times climbing out. The small room and few storage space make it hard to unpack; the shelf for the suitcase does not have a light so I cannot avoid unpacking either. The restaurant offers a mix of vegetarian and meat options and a handful of non-spicy offerings during its dinner buffet - though not enough to justify its price vis-a-vis other international hotels. On the 3 occasions I ordered room service (not easy as nothing in the room told me how to use the TV or that the QR code is on a TV channel), once the order was wrong, and once drinks were missing - and when they brought them next they charged me again. Each time I got sick from food this trip was from the hotel - so I only ate the included breakfast once in 21 mornings. Ironically, they try to make me sign a waiver each time I bring outside food. The business centre advertised on the website does not exist. As “substitute” they offer to print any document I email to reception - which cannot work for confidential or privileged documents (a point to which I received no reply). The one time I did email printing to them, reception told me the email could not be found. This hotel would still be my first and only choice in Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar if not for the almost total lack of consistency or responsiveness in its service. Some of the restaurant staff are friendly and helpful to a fault, while some are curt and/or indifferent; one even brought me the bill before I was even done. I had to ask 4 times over 2 days to get extra coat hangers. My dry cleaning returned a day late and only after I chased - no one apologised or told me why it was late - certainly no discount on the dry cleaning charge. They asked my preferences for daily newspapers only after I have been there for 2 weeks, and offered to have fruit in my room - but in 3 weeks I only got 1 newspaper and 2 serves of fruit - and housekeeping took the cutlery away after one night. When a bag was left behind, they very kindly found a box to put it in and printed address labels for me (and I offered repeatedly to pay them for this service) - but it took 5 days and 7 texts to get its measurements - and I only ever received the length and width (no height). When I called to see why my courier did not collect the box, 2 people gave me 3 different reasons. Even being credited my ALL points required chasing - and when they did they only credited points

The ambiance was perfect, the staff was very courteous and specially Ms Sushma took very good care to make us feel special. Thanks dear. The food was perfectly cooked and deliciously spiced. Location is bit odd. If you don't travel with your own vehicle then bit a problem. But hotel staff extends as much as help possible for transportation. They have few vehicles which can be used on charge basis. Would like to visit again.
